But I dropped car off at 12PM and picked it up at 2PM same day? why would they charge dealership repair cost and over charger people, why not be fair and have a lifetime customer and not a disgruntled customer? Definitely avoid this shop, they either are challenged being mechanics, or if they're good mechanics, they're Shiesty businessman. Joe answered my call quickly and provided an estimate, and could be available as early as next day. I was initially a tiny bit worried about some of the reviews I read about scheduling/showing up, but Joe put my worries at ease and communicated with me within a reasonable amount of time and showed up when he said he would. He and his partner were communicative, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. They worked on our car repair in the pouring rain with no complaints! I would recommend them again and again and again.
