I would give this place a fucking no stars! Garth the salesmen was good with us, the owner of Gridley Honda-seadoo is a fucking dick, came in checkout out our seadoo and trailer I looked and the left taillight was broken we told the sale men and got a mechanic working on it. 1st: we came to finalize our paperwork for our New seadoo sparks trix 2018, Got all that done an taking care of! 2nd: before we left I inspected the new seadoo, and the new trailer we got with it. 3rd: the two mechanics couldn't figure out how to fix the taillight nor the electrical problem. The owner of Gridley Honda-Seadoo comes out and looks at what's going on and he gave us two options either take the trailer like as is or come back tomorrow and it will be fixed. We weren't tripping about coming back but we took time out of our day and wasted our gas! We asked the owner could you like give us some gas money for coming back we aren't rick, it's not our problem that this isn't ready! We were suppose to just show up and pick up! The owner goes back into the store and says "well then just leave the fucking thing here" and that's what we did. he disrespected me and my brother, told us to us to just leave the "FUCKING thing there because of a busted taillight. Our problem was with Sea Doo delivering the machine. Sea Doo had issues, but as soon as they knew my Sea Doo was near, we got a call. We shopped Sacramento; won't waste time doing that again. When I first moved to Gridley I went into this store to see if they could find me a new window for my ferring. The movers broke my 750 Aero/Shadow ferring window. I arrived and walked to the service area in the back where the guy was helping somone else so I waited about 5 minutes and then he got my information and started looking in the catalog. While he was looking someone called on the phone and a woman in the front office asked him to pick up the call (there was literally no one else in the store besides the three of us). After about 10 minutes of him being on the call, he ended the call. I then asked why he was not of "Customer Service" to me a person looking for parts in the store vs. calling on the phone. He said oh I had to take that call. So then I walked away, frustrated and irritated. I decided to ask the woman, "who was the manager" and she, "she was". I then asked her what the policy was on customers who "walk in" vs. "call in". She said that we want to serve everyone. I said I'm accustomed to being addressed and ordinarily those who "call in" ARE "put on hold or called back." She said that was not their policy. So I left and took my business to YUBA CITY YAMAHA/HONDA and they ROCK.... I have had NO issues being a customer of theirs and I am VERY SATISFIED with how they handle my interactions!!!!!!!! read more

Had rear tire go flat about a mile from there shop at 4:30 pm. They came out and picked us and the bike up and dropped us off at a motel. They had to order tires so I will come back next week and pick it up. Great service and help. read more

I am a very dissapointed customer. I had taken my generator in to be fixed and told the gentleman to ONLY put one part in. He quoted me $200.00. He found other problems but I asked him to only focus on the one issue. Even after telling him this he decided to fix the other issues as well and charge me $500. I will not take any of our generators back to them. read more
