In my Mom's 55+ retirement community (she's 85) in Mesa there are several senior citizens who have been conned and pressured into buying, in my mom's case, $52,000+ electronic organs and keyboards. A lot of these people can barely play 4 songs... Fletcher Music starts you off with a little keyboard/organ and keep telling you that you need more. "We'll buy your "old" keyboard and you can upgrade to this new (more expensive) one." They talk fast and shove papers to be signed in front of people while telling them that they need to upgrade or else they'll never get better! And they keep you on the same payment plan without making it clear that you'll be making payments for longer than you originally signed up for. Mom finally did the math and realized she'd been conned. They then clean up the used keyboard and sell it for NEW!!! Taking advantage of the elderly is disgusting and these people should be run out of town. My mom has since passed, leaving us with a $30,000 boat anchor that Fletcher won't buy back and literally no one wants. We had a hard time even giving it away and it was only three years old and barely used! Scum of the earth taking advantage of the elderly. But that IS their business model. read more

Staff is very customer oriented, friendly and helpful. The teacher is an exceptional musician and very much enjoys working with his students. I have been a student for several years, and love the learning and interaction with the other students. This is not only an educational experience, it creates wonderful friendships. Terrible experience with the very experienced sales woman. I would not recommend this store for experienced or novice beginners unless there is someone welcoming to potential customers. Interesting how there was no one playing in the store and she made it clear that we were not welcome to play any of the instruments. She also wasn't helpful as she didn't recommend another store for us to visit to where we would be welcome and she could possibly receive a referral fee. read more

All the reviews are accurate...these people don't care one bit about the customer only the sale. And they won't sell you the upper end organs at first because they want to keep upgrading you to a bigger and better one (more commissions and more sales)...1 step at a time..tripling the cost of the organ and you just keep paying and paying. Bought 1 organ and before I even had it 4 months they already hounded me to upgrade again. Plus almost all of the organs werent even new for the thousand of dollars they charged. They resell them over and over..at top dollar and tell you your getting a deal. This business has no concern at all for the customer....and the manager is the worst example.
