Do Not Go Here! I wish i could give negative stars. Conned me on the estimate when I wanted to compare prices. Way more than initial estimate. No communication! Told me 1 and a half weeks, kept my car over a month! No one wants to have a close, long term relationship with a body shop, and I hope not to need their services again, but Fletcher's did a fantastic job on my back bumper after a little fender bender that I had to pay for myself (a pox on the lady who was partially blocking my driveway). The damage was minor and wouldn't have been worth filing with my insurance, and I though Fletcher's price was reasonable. My car was ready when he said it would be and looks new again. They even cleaned up a couple of other paint marks that have mysteriously appeared over the past couple of years. I highly recommend this shop! read more

Went there during normal business hours and no one was there. I waited for 15 minutes, rang the bell multiple times, and still no one. I did see a child playing alone in the back of the office so maybe they went out for lunch. I did see on their signage that they charge $30 for estimates for insurance/legal purposes. Most places are free so I would look elsewhere read more

I heard about Fletcher's when my girlfriend needed body work done on her car after a wreck. She got the recommendation from our mechanic (shout out to Boudreaux's on Gentilly Blvd!) I had a simple electric side view mirror that needed to be replaced after a hit and run on my parked car. No fun! But Oscar and the guys at Fletcher's made it so easy! I called in the morning, and the same day I took my car in to get looked at and have the part ordered. Oscar was very thorough and called around to make sure I got the best price on the part. He then called me back the next day and had it all painted. When I showed up to put it on my car, they didn't leave me waiting, and I was in and out in 20 minutes! I can't say that I shopped around any other shops to compare prices, but I feel comfortable with what I paid at Fletcher's, especially because it was so convenient and easy! Working with Fletcher's Collision to perform some major work on our car was a pleasure start to finish. The precipitating circumstances were not great - our car was deemed totaled and required quite a bit of work to be able to get back on the road. However, everyone involved at Fletcher's worked to make the process going forward as easy as possible. The folks at Fletcher's were very communicative about the work needing to be done. They also were mindful about keeping costs down and letting my wife and I know where some trade-offs existed. Upon pickup, the car looked better than it did before the accident. In addition to the required bodywork, the car was cleaned inside and out. After driving the car for a couple days, I called back with a couple small concerns. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will regret it. He told me a final date, but he pushed it back three times bc he couldn't meet the deadline. Then, I got my car and it LOOKED great until I drove it home. The work they did was TERRIBLE. My fender fell the first day, didn't put screws back in my visors, I could hear wind coming through my window (which wasn't there before), new paint had chips in it, panels they removed were not reinstalled correctly. After my car was "finished", I had to go back 4 times for them to redo the work that wasn't done correctly. And to top it off, some of my personal belongings WERE NOT RETURNED. He looked at my car, made sure the damages were just cosmetic; no alternator damage, etc. He went out of his way to find the most affordable parts without compromising safety. I'm surprised and disappointed by the other reviewer's comments about Fletcher's Collision Center because my experiences there have been wonderful, and I've had several. I have used this body shop on multiple occasions and not only was the work done really, really well, but the cost was always lower than the other estimates I obtained. I have unfortunately had FIVE (yes 5!!!) minor hit and run accidents in the past 6 months, and the owners of Fletcher's, Oscar and Rosa, have always taken very good care of me. Several years ago, my previous car was involved in an accident with another driver who ran a red light. There was considerable damage to that car, and by the time Fletcher's was done with the work, my car looked better than it did even before the wreck! My brother is still driving that car to this day, and neither of us have ever had any problems whatsoever with the repairs. You can almost always find someone who is willing to do the work for cheaper, but in my experience, Oscar is not willing to do the job half***. If taking off the bumper is the right way to fix it, then it is how he will do it. My car is literally sitting at Fletcher's right now (this time some idiot ran a stop sign) waiting for the adjuster to come look at it. I trust Fletcher's completely. read more
