Our truck was towed to Eagle after my wife was hit on the highway. We gave them our information and did not sign authorization to work on the truck and we told them specifically not to touch it until our insurance company USAA came to look at it because that is what usaa told us. Well... in their eagerness to take advantage of insurance companies and good people they decided to tear it down and do an estimate. I asked them why they did this after we told them not to and they said "they are used to dealing with usaa and thought it would be ok". Usaa called a tow service to have the vehicle moved to the body shop that was going to do the work and Eagle refused to give it to them until the tear down and estimate work was paid for, even though they had no signed document allowing them to work on the truck. I called several times and kept getting the run around and no call backs. There is a reason this business has only 2 stars and I hope they stop trying to take advantage of good people in this town. They will never see our business and we will not recommend them to anyone. read more

I've taken my truck to Eagle Auto Body & Paint several times and was never disappointed. Given fair quotes and good info to make decisions with info available. Never been disappointed. Tony and his team provide great service. Highly recommend for anyone in the Belle Chasse area! read more

I'm torn on my rating for this place. I took my car to get the rear bumper replaced after a fender bender. They gave me a competitive estimate so I chose them. Rachael is their front desk assistant. She's got a crazy deep southern Louisiana accent and is incredibly nice. In fact all the folks I dealt with were nice. Ok, here's what really upset me. They advertise a military discount on their sign out front. Being active duty military, I certainly appreciate this. I was initially told the discount was 10%. My initial estimate without the discount included was $636. Upon completion, my bill came to $618. That's a whopping 2.8% discount. Rachael tried to offer some sort of explaination as to why it was no longer 10%, but it made no sense. I realize they don't need to offer any military discounts, but if they are going to put it on your sign to pull in military folks, they should explain how it works a little better. The bumper looks good, but be sure you discuss the military discount BEFORE letting them work on your car. read more

Terrible customer service, and professionalism is poor! They held my vehicle for 3 weeks for a 2 day job! Tony, which is the guy who took care of me, do not return phone calls! I take the time to tell the women who answers their phone my name and phone number for nothing!! He never's returns calls! He told me my car was going to be finished in a week, called in a week it was not finished. Then he told me by the middle of the next week, it was not finished. I had to actually go up to the place personally because I could not get in contact with Tony. He was no where to be found when I arrived. His dad told me I was waiting in line to be painted, keep in mind Tony never told me I had to wait on my car to be painted. Simply Bull! I will not recommmend this place to anybody. It takes a simple phone call and honesty, but it seems difficult for them. read more

Called to get a cover got my truck bed. Had to wait for a call back. Get a call later that after noon place my order the following day. Had to call several times to get my order placed. I accidently ordered the wrong size. I picked it up and returned it the same day. And was told by Tony that my cover would be in the following day and I had to pay a 50$ restocking fee. I call the next day no order 2 days no order on the following Monday it's in but now I have to either pay the entire cover again or wait an additional 3-4 days before I can receive it. Oh and I still have to pay the 50$. Not mad about the 50$ just wanted the clear truth about how long this would take and then to be told either pay again it wait that's BS!!! read more

What a rip off ! Dropped truck off at 9:30am and was told I might get it back the same day, unfortunately they were not able to complete the detail. Day two roughly 4:45pm I pick up truck to find as many water spots on the truck as before. Worker tells me some water spots could not be removed, then asks if I instructed the shop person taking my truck in to have the spots removed. Did a horrible rushed looking job with wax marks still on the trim , rear windows had spots on the inside as if they forgot to wipe them and license plate still had spots they didn't appear to have been touched,a Waste of $162. The guy offered to keep the truck and work on it another day but I had no confidence a THIRD day would net any better results. HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

Got master cylinder replaced and it went bad after 2 months. They did warranty it but when replacing it they replaced only part of it and told me that's how auto zone did the warranty. Took over a week to get the part in because they didnt order it initially when they said they were going to. All in all a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I needed some rails put on my roof rack. I went to Toyota dealership and they quoted me 2hrs labor for about $220. I called Eagle to see what they could do. They not only saved me $ (more than half), but I saved myself 2 hrs of my time and they finished the job before I finished my coffee. I would call Rachel, Tony or Mike before you get any truck accessories installed somewhere else. Professional and fast is what I needed and they delivered. read more

This place sucks!!!!! Avoid this Mom and Pop shop, after 40 days my vehicle was returned to me in worst condition than when I turned it in to them. Beware. The worst customer service I have ever received in my adult life!!!! read more
