Today my husband and i had a wonderful experience at this gem of a spa located in Lake Forest. As we walked into the spa we were welcomed by the front desk staff. The sign in process was very easy to follow on their iPad. The staff was very well informative. They basically gave us a step by step of what to expect on our chosen services. Stella, the owner, is very honest and sweet. She has always honored specials, Groupon's, and when a mistake was accidently made by the receptionist, Stella corrected it, no questions asked. The receptionist was very apologetic too. Stella wants to make sure the client is happy and taken well care of. She even called me personally to apologize and explain that she fixed the mistake. I really appreciated that. My daughter has received full body laser hair removal from Stella and she adores her. Stella made my daughter feel comfortable and not embarrassed. After hours of laser hair removal time together, I can honestly say that my daughter would consider Stella a friend and a safe person to confide in if she ever needed someone to talk to. I have received many treatments from Le Beau Te and have been very happy with my results. After having Covid, I lost a lot of hair, so I started PRP/PRF treatments at Le Beau Te. It's normal to not notice results for 6-8 months and it wasn't until I looked back at pictures from a trip that I noticed the difference. I will continue to do maintenance treatments of 3 injections a year for my hair. Additionally, I have received lip filler and small amounts of Botox that have both turned out well for me. I also purchase some products at Le Beau Te since they offer a discount off retail. I can purchase my Skinceuticals C E Ferulic for 10-15% less than I could online or from my dermatologist. I love that I don't have to purchase a "membership package" in order to receive a discount like other spas require. Lastly, I have to compliment Stella and Violetta for accommodating my daughter not once, but two times when she needed to squeeze in a treatment and pick up a product prior to leaving for college. I made an appointment for a consultation with Daphina on the recommendation of a girlfriend, who has beautiful eyebrows. Not only did Daphina adjust her schedule to stay late on a Saturday afternoon to meet me, she spent the better part of an hour working with me to show me what she thinks that I should do with my eyebrows. She was very patient with all of my questions and even plucked and shaped my eyebrows to show me what they would look like when I get them micro bladed. Daphina is kind and talented. In 25 years of marriage my husband has never commented on my eyebrows, but noticed them at breakfast the next day: "Did you do something different? Your eyebrows? Nice." Hilarious! I had botox there. It was the worst botox result I've ever had. The first time it's $11 a unit. I think maybe they aren't allowed to sell that much at that price. The light wrinkling between my eyes wasn't done. The light wrinkling across the left side of the forehead wasn't done. My right eye still is pushed down by the eyelid. It's not worth it for me to make numerous visits for small incremental application. I won't go back for another partial result. read more

I had an appointment with Violetta for botox. I was given the impression that she is experienced and knowledgable about placement and amount. I was able to tell early on that there was a bit of a struggle as I like only a little here and there and would rather need to add on than add too much. I tried very hard to make sure she was only putting in a very little by chin for mild dimpling I explained that if you go too high or put too much I have been so frozen before that it had affected my abilty to talk and had been unable to move my lower lip and mouth down. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I tried to make sure we did a llittle and this would not happen it did. I also begged to only put a little in for my lines on my forehead and glabellar lines and I asked and said I want to be able to move my eyebrows. And unfortunately I have no movement in my eyebrows. I had to go back because my right eyebrown was higher than my left and now my left is higher than my right. I shared with what happend with my chin and mouth and Violetta in a condescending tone said "You can talk!" Violetta took no accountability, was mean, disrespectful said I should not be in the career that I am in, and that Stella should not have given me a discount. Yes, this really happened. It was a horrifying experience! It has been over 3 weeks. I cannot bring my lower mouth down and some words do not come out right and I struggle to talk and express myself which is needed in my profession. This could have been avoided. I am unable to lift my eyebrows and my left is now higher than my right. For someone who is supposed to be seasoned, experienced, an expert, I would believe that this had to have been done in malice with how bad it is. Or, this is someone who does not know placement or appropriate amounts. I cannot come up with any other conclusion. When I shared my experience with Stella, Stella said that Violetta should not have said those things and that she would talk to her, she said that she does not want her employees talking this way to clients. That was it. I deliberately got a very little amount of botox to avoid any of this. I have been doing this for a long time so I know what I need. I do not know if it is Egos or what.. Now, I lose months of feeling confident, pretty, secure, normal... and certainly not made whole. I was treated horribly by Violetta. Never again. read more

Let me tell you.. the Total Skin Solutions is where it's at. My face has never looked better. I came in mostly concerned about my pores and acne scarring. They recommended I get the 3 pack of Skin Solutions to get the best bang for my buck. Becki did my first treatment and I left feeling like a celebrity- no joke my friends asked me what I had done to my face because it looked so smooth. She starts out by numbing you pre-microneedling and walking through the entire procedure. And no- it's not painful for anyone wondering! Their numbing cream really kicks in and she is able to adjust the depth of microneedling if you feel any discomfort. Next up was the LaseMD, and I think this is what left my skin really glowing at the end. To finish up she applied a cooling gold gel mask. I come here for laser treatment and facials. I must say, Stella is phenomenal! She is very sweet, smart and positive! She is a true professional and knows what she's doing. I don't trust anyone else with my skin. I've been going to Stella for facial treatments for almost 2 years now. My skin has drastically improved. When I first began receiving facial treatments from Stella, I had blackheads on my nose and would always have a breakout on my chin. Stella knew exactly what facial treatment to apply each time I would see her. Now I almost never get breakouts on my chin and I barely have any blackheads on my nose.
