The Fleuresh team bent over backwards to make my day - and the day of my two relatives - relaxing. We tried facials, massages, and exfoliation. I enjoyed an excellent third-trimester prenatal massage and the women working kept us comfortable and happy during and between sessions. Previous experiences with prenatal massage have been too light or too gentle to make any real difference (as if the masseuse was concerned effective pressure would induce labor...). After my time at Fleuresh, I experienced real relief from sacroiliac and sciatic nerve pain, as well as overall better circulation. Late in pregnancy, no relief lasts long, but the effects from my massage at Fleuresh were lasting longer than any of the other spas I tried. I will be returning. read more

Visited Fleuresh while on a weekend get away from the City. We enjoyed a couples massage that exceeded my expectations. I asked for "deep tissue" expecting the basic pressure I usually receive at other spas, however this massage truly relieved knots and pain in my back, shoulders, neck, and legs that I have had difficulty in the past finding relief from injuries caused from work of being a firefighter. If I could give this more than five stars I would. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage with romantic details, and it was amazing. The spa itself is very clean and soothing, lots of candles and gentle music. Its very centered around the elements, they have a different room for each element. We were taken care of in the water room, which was exceedingly peaceful and relaxing. The massage beds are very comfortable and heated so we were relaxed and warm the entire time. Elizabeth and Nathan were welcoming and attentive to any and every need. We both have muscle problems due to injuries; Elizabeth and Nathan were very knowledgeable on how to work on them and helped us both greatly while still providing a relaxing and soothing experience. The romantic details was just as lovely as the massages, they painted us both in a chocolate, mint, vanilla, and milk mask. Their shower is very unique, you can have the water come from the top shower head or from two smaller heads on opposite walls around mid torso. They offered us two very soft robes, one before the shower and one for after. After the shower we sat wearing the robes in the meditation room and were given a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We were allowed to relax as long as we wanted, and enjoy each others company. The price was very reasonable too, for an hour and a half massage for two people and the body mask, shower, champagne, chocolates, and time in the meditation room it was all around $270. All in all a fantastic experience, we're already planning a day to go again. read more

I went to exhale for the first time yesterday. I made an appointment online using the Book Now through their website and it was wicked easy. When I arrived I was greeted and taken care of immediately and after filling out some paperwork went back to the infrared sauna which was relaxing and different than any sauna I have ever been in. The decor was nice and everything was dimly lit which added to whole ambiance. I got the Thai Herbal Compress Massage and it was amazing, the focus on the joints was different than most massages I have received. Kim was amazing and very easy to talk to and explain what you were looking for from the massage and adjusting to pressure or in my case using more pressure, which was fantastic. The herbal part of the massage was heavenly, everything smelled amazing and I got to take home the bags to use in the bath! Also I received a 20% first time discount which was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be back and hopefully I can get my boyfriend to come along. read more

Maybe the massages are great but a SPA?? Not even close. Save your money and go to Chill Day Spa you will have a much DIFFERENT AND ENJOYABLE experience. I have been to many Spa's.There were many things that ruined the experience for me that other spas provide.This was NOT a spa. I have to say the Woman who took care of me was very nice through out the entire experience. First they provided me a basket to put my things in. It was so small that I couldnt fit everything including my purse. Spa's usually provide a locker in a nice accommodating area equipped with essentials you may need after or during your experience. Hair products, towels etc. I didnt know where to put my jewelry & purse etc since I couldnt lock them up. They gave me a cheap thin wrap around, the floor was painted cement and FREEZING.... no flip flop where other spas provide sandals to wear and a nice cozy thick bathrobe to wear. . You would think they would of had floor rugs to at least keep feet from freezing. No comfort there! I thought this was a SPA. I got up on a table not even heated to at least compensate for the freezing floor. The body mask she put on me was freezing!! But she said it had to be and couldnt be heated up cause of the sugar. You cant even put the bowl in another bowl with warm water to take the chill out??? Ok there's more. She gave me a heated oil hair/scalp massage. She poured oil of the top of my head near my forhead and it was so HOT that it startled me and I told her I felt like it BURNED me. She apologized and she cooled oil down.I lied there trying to enjoy the scalp massage while feeling the skin and area near my forehead still burning. It was not relaxing because I kept thinking I will have a red area now on my forehead and may even blister later because the oil was sooo hot. Time to go to the shower. She gave me a cheap robe and she showed me the shower. I was cold to begin with and now I had to walk on a freezing floor across the hall, no privacy even and was showed how to operate the spa shower. I thought .... couldnt she have turned it on for me and at least get it warm!. I walked into the shower area that was very cold... no heat....turned the shower on and jumped because the water was so damn cold! I stood there in the freezing water trying to operate the temperature which took me awhile. Ughhh I was so discouraged by my experience..... and no shower cap. She didnt really specify if I had to wash my hair to get the oil out. so I rinsed my hair and when I asked her after she told me I didnt have to that my hair wasnt going to be that oily. ugghhh. So I got dressed with wet hair. I went home with wet hair in the freezing cold. There wasnt even a blow dryer in the bathroom like other Spa's provide to at least get the wetness out of my hair. I couldnt believe that the people that wrote these great reviews were actually customers! I have to say the woman was very nice though. This "Spa" needs alot to bring it up to par with the other local Spas. It cant compete with Chill Day Spa which is a great place to go and I highly recommend it! I've been to Fleuresh 3 times in the last 4 months. The reason I am a returning customer is because the massages are excellent. The massages I need aren't the fluff and buff type stuff, I need to have work done on me when I'm there and they've done a great job "working out the kinks" I also appreciate the shower and sauna to use before and after. Beyond the massages, I've also found the folks in the lobby/etc. friendly and helpful. Owner Kimberly is responsive and down to earth, and sets the tone for a business that has a vibe that I like- pleasant and fun, unpretentious, takes being in a customer service business seriously without taking themselves so seriously that the place isn't relaxed and enjoyable. So Ive had my pedicures on here a few times and its amazing! Very relaxing and tranquil. I decided to try a massage there. I booked a relaxation massage for 120 minutes. During this time the massage therapist talked non stop about her boyfriend and asking me all these questions about my life. which is nice for the first 5 minutes but after a massage is generally quiet. My second thing was although this was avoidable she should of excused herself since the last 40 minutes she couldn't stop burping. I wont be going back for a massage here but if you want a pedicure and mini facial this place is amazing for that. read more

I booked 2 appointments online a couple days prior and it was super quick and easy. We had Nicole and Miley and they were awesome. We were greeted and offered a drink while we filled out the paperwork. The reception area was relaxing and comfortable. The massages were great. My mother's was stress relieving and mine was deep tissue. Nicole did the deep tissue and it felt incredible. Some feedback would be a bit more of an introduction. The greeting from the massage therapists was pretty short and the discussion of what type of massage and problem areas was the same. If we had been before, this was our first time, it would be ok but a little more of an introduction/review of services is nice and maybe even some 'aftercare' advice? I liked the sauna and the ambiance, so I decided to try it for a massage. Melanie was PHENOMENAL! Sweet- professional and best massage I've had. Called back to book and cannot as she's left. this place is amazing, everyone was super nice. the waiting area is comfortable. i almost don't want to shout out my massage person bc i want them to have more availability for me (ha ha) nicole is amazing!!! she was so knowledgeable with anatomy and was able to explain my back pain and why it was happening. she recommend stretches and poses to help. her massage was honestly a god send. i was pain free for the rest day after for the first time in years which is actually saying A LOT. A couple weeks later, i'm still in less pain than before i went in. i've had other massages before and they felt really great but none of them actually helped the underlying pain. nicole is the best and fleuresh is wonderful!! read more

I have emailed and called to make special requests and they go above and beyond to accommodate you. I wanted mimosas for my sister's birthday and not only did we get those but we also got strawberries with a warm chocolate dip!! Above and beyond. Do you want a special product?--they will order it for you, ship it to you, or even set it aside for when you come in. They take phone calls and emails about any questions you may have. They truly care about your health and well being. I signed up for the 3 month membership (60 minute body and face) and I will definitely be continuing on after the 3 months. The membership is DEFINITELY worth it. It is so wonderful to have a day each month where you get go and have such wonderful people take care of you for a couple hours. And you get great discounts and services with the membership. I highly recommend signing up! I have visited this spa two times. The first visit was when it had first opened. I had a less than fabulous experience. There was a lot of noise from surrounding units in the strip mall and the provider of my facial seemed very nervous and unsure. A few years later i returned. On this visit I was to get a myofascial release massage. It was to be 90 min long. I arrived a few min early on a very hot summer day. I was asked to sit in the sauna to warm up my muscles. After sitting in the sauna for about 10 min i had to go out to the lobby in my towel to explain it was not getting warm at all. It was never turned on! I then was put back in the sauna for 10 more minutes- Now taking almost a half hour off of my actual massage. The massage therapist apparently had no idea what a myofascial release massage is. She slathered me in oil ( there is no oil involved in this massage) and basically gave me a very gentle full body massage. Myofascial massage entails targeting triggered Pain points and placing pressure for up to 5 min -10 min on them. There was no pressure or targeting. It was very frustrating and wasted 90 min of my day along with $100 of my money. On top of this my pain was not even remotely addressed. When the owner asked if id like to come back and try again - I simply asked that my money be refunded... It was not. Very disappointing experience and i feel the failure to refund my money because i did t not get what i paid for -even minutely... Is very bad management. Spend your money elsewhere- this place is not worth the time or cost! Her text follow ups asked for feedback and i then asked for a refund- which has been left out of the communications below. Also left out was the part of the email where owner kimberly states "This is not a restaurant where if you don't like your meal then you can send it back.... I have your signed receipt. I do not offer a guarantee of satisfaction. We will not be issuing you a refund. Good luck in your search for a better spa/massage therapist." Very professional! read more

Came here on a whim with my mom. Elizabeth was our MT and she was great! While waiting for my mom I sat in the infrared sauna and was completely relaxed. When finished I had an amazing shower, wish my shower was that big at home then off to my massage I was.! I came in to get a pedicure and was told not to wear shoes for the rest of the day or I would smudge the polish. I thought it was weird that there was no way for them to dry the polish other than putting "drying drops" on which did nothing. I was being very careful all day and was wearing flip flops, but I somehow smudged them three hours after I got them done. I went back and they fixed them for me which was great, but it didn't end well. I didn't wear shoes for the entire day as I was advised, I went to bed and they were fine, they felt perfectly dry. I woke up and they were fine, still felt perfectly dry. I put shoes on for an hour or two THE NEXT DAY and when I took my shoes off my polish was COMPLETELY SMUDGED AND RUINED. THE NEXT DAY! So I paid $60 for a pedicure that got completely ruined the day after I got it done because it STILL wasn't dry??? How does that even happen? To clarify, I would have no problem paying $60 for a pedicure that actually lasted for more than one day. I wish they would of told me that there was no way for them to dry the polish, because if I knew that I never would of gotten a pedicure there. Not everyone can get a pedicure and then avoid shoes for an entire day. And even though I did that, they still got ruined THE NEXT DAY. I also wish they would of told me that if I wore shoes the day after I got my pedicure, it would be completely ruined. It's absolutely not worth that much money considering I had to remove the smudged polish and redo it myself... so disappointed. The people there were very nice, but due to the poor quality of my pedicure I will have to find another place. read more

Our favorite part is being able to use the infrared sauna before our massages. We have had different therapists every time, but they have all been great. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure we have a great experience. We always leave there satisfied and ready to plan our next visit. After getting a couple's massage, I signed up for a 3 month program to help fix the chronic pain in my back from working at a desk job. About half way through, I started to notice significant changes and by the end of the program, my back is much better than when it started. One thing to consider is that during the massage, when the trouble muscles are being worked, it will be somewhat uncomfortable, and that was explained to me. Pressure can be adjusted of course, if it's too much, but I let Kim do her thing and it was worth it in the end. Very friendly staff and I will be going back for routine check ins to keep my muscles where they should be. read more
