While shopping, a staff member walked up to me and said, we're now marking everything down. Items that are $14.99 will be $7.99 and items that are $7.99 will be $4.99. I was like ma'am, say less. I went all over the store looking for clothes, tried them on and bought them all. I got over a $900 retail value of clothes for $147. As you know, their clothes are excellent quality and stylish. If there's a Dillard's Clearance Center near you, visit them. You won't regret it. Macys also has a clearance center called, Macy's Backstage. It's called shopping smart.

She found a selection of dresses and understood what I was looking for. They didn't have a ton of items in my size. And I do think they do a lot of specialty ordering...which of course I was way too late to do. They did have some really beautiful dresses and a variety of styles. PLUS what I saw was not the same items that I had seen in other shops around town. My sales person was great and not pushy. And didn't seem to mind that I showed up in a tshirt and tennis shoes. Parking tip: there are only a few spots in the front but there is more parking around back and that parking lot exits to the sidestreet behind the shop. Definitely a spot to check out for a special dress.
