    Terrible customer service…read more We booked a rental car for a trip with our family and came they said we couldn't get the car because we showed up (I kid you not) 60 seconds after our reservation time. Not only that but even if we showed up on time they said they didn't have the car available that we booked and had confirmation for. They had similar cars to what we booked in the lot and they were unwilling to give an explanation why we could not have one of those cars. Not only were they not helpful, they were extremely rude. "It's not my fault", etc etc. exceptionally rude. I'd give less than one star if I could.

    1 Star Review My…read morewife and I experienced a complete bait and switch at this Dollar (Hertz) location. We reserved a vehicle online a few days before pickup, and the total--including taxes and fees--was $240. When we arrived, the price suddenly jumped to $320 with no explanation. When my wife asked the general manager about the difference, he couldn't provide a clear answer. When she asked for his name, he refused to give it and was rude and unprofessional throughout the entire conversation. We had no choice but to accept the inflated price. When we got into the vehicle, it was filthy--women's hair on the seats, dust on the dash, and the outside hadn't even been washed. We had to clean and sanitize it ourselves before driving off. Even worse, I watched another customer drop off a vehicle, and within minutes another customer drove off in the same car--no cleaning, no inspection, nothing. Completely unacceptable. Customer service was no help either--they brushed off our concerns like they didn't care. This entire operation feels dishonest and careless. The bait and switch pricing, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional management make this one of the worst rental experiences we've ever had. Beware of this Dollar/Hertz location. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly don't value their customers. We will never rent here again.

That alone showed me how dedicated this company is as well as how hard working the employees are. Despite a few small challenges with the rental, outside of their control- Branch manager Bryce provided truly exceptional service, going above and beyond any expectation I could have had. He truly went the extra mile. His commitment to this branch is beyond infectious. From picking up the vehicle to returning I always left with my heart full and a huge smile on my face. Getting a vehicle stolen can damper anyone's holiday spirits, special thanks to Enterprise for keeping the spirit alive in me! Truly a God-sent team. I am very grateful, I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate service!

    We rented a "standard" car for a couple days. What we got was a Corolla with 50k miles that smelled…read morelike wet dog, had dents and dings throughout, and an inside hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. We had it good though. The young lady who turned hers in had a "standard" suv that turned out to be a Mitsubishi Eclipse with 225k miles and the same interior as ours. Another couple turning in theirs had a Corolla with over 50k miles with what appeared to be vomit all over the interior roof. If you are looking to rent a car in downtown Nashville, look elsewhere. Oh and the people who worked there appeared they rather be elsewhere.

Really enjoyed the Toyota Camry LE hybrid. So much that I am thinking of buying a hybrid for my daughter and/or wife, or both for their next cars. All our current cars are gas guzzlers. First experience getting 45-50 miles per gallon. A positive shock only buying 5 gallons of gas after driving 250 miles! Atmosphere - Small location. Consistent business. We knew if we did not get back early on Sunday, there would be a longer line. Yes, the line started to get long after we left. Service - Good. Not the friendliest folks (not rude or anything), but efficient and fairly quick. I rather have efficiency and speed over overly friendly people as we have places to go and see. Price - $300, reasonably priced for 6 days (really 5.5 days as we needed to return the car by 11:30am as they close early on Sundays). Includes $65 for adding an additional driver; $13 a day. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2006 and being a part of the S&P 400. 2006 Cendant dissolved and split into 4 separate companies hence creating Avis Budget Group. 2011 Avis/Budget acquired Avis Europe, reuniting the Avis and Budget brands. 2012 Avis/Budget acquired Apex car rentals of New Zealand. 2013 Avis/Budget acquired Zip Cars. 2015 Acquired Maggiore Group, Italy's 4th largest vehicle rental company.

Here is what I posted on google reviews..i'm still furious. Read the reviews on this place. Unfortunately I did not. We checked out of our hotel this morning, hoping to have an excursion on the outskirts of Nashville. This car rental has been booked for at least six months with a credit card deposit. We had a late night so I couldn't make it at the original time 9 AM but I called the number listed and the person on the phone said yes no problem, and they hold it up to 20 something hours.. OK great. I arrived an hour and 20 minutes later (1 hour 20 minutes later) and the agent said 'sorry no cars not sure what to tell you; nothing I could do. ' She said they hold for 1 hour. So here we were after a beautiful vacation in Nashville with no option. She said 'try the airport'. I asked if they could shuttle me...nope. I mean literally no help other to wait in the small lobby on the off chance someone returned a car. So I went to the app, changed reservation to the airport...at a higher rate (no choice), had to pay $20 for an uber (keep in mind I ubered 10 minutes earlier from hotel to this location), and lost hours. I cannot say enough bad things about this place avoid it all costs they don't care. I plan to call corporate when I return home. Funny enough, they had a waitlist and called those people, but didn't call us. I repeat we did the right thing by calling earlier saying we were going to be late and asked if that was OK and that we were told yes. Agent who did nothing is in the attached picture.
