To avoid lines, fill out the electronic waiver online and bring it and also buy your tickets online that way you can avoid any lines and hassle ahead of time. Been here for an hour or so far kids are having a great time. They offer free tap water or sometimes it doesn't cut it for kids so be prepared to pay $2.39 for a bottle of springwater. The music isn't as loud as that used to be but then again it's only 2 o'clock on the weekday afternoon. They have several couches in the front for parents to sit & relax anD WIFI. I would rank the noise level a seven out of 10 so parents bring your earplugs if you need to. read more

The pro is they open early which is great with a toddler- there were very few people and no big kids running into my 18 month old. Prices are reasonable so can't complain about that. For sure this Park is older as you see signs of wear and tear. My little one was only interested in the trampolines but the climbing area looked small so once he's bigger I can see him getting bored quick in there. read more

I have a lot to say about this place. To spare the gory details I'll just mention the main points. The place is falling apart, extremely dirty and staff is lacking training and customer service. We were approached and asked to put our shoes on or purchase socks that said flight on them instead of urban air because "if you get hurt and have urban air socks on, I will get fired". Prices are much higher than even the nicest parks in the area. It is reflected in the guest attendance. For a Sunday afternoon, the place was dead. Great place to go if you have kids full of energy and it's a crummy day out! It is certainly showing signs of wear and tear and if you are a clean freak, consider yourself warned (or plan on showering after this excursion ). That being said, there are personal trampolines if you are worried about the 6 ft rule...(one per person at a time which is pretty well enforced by staff) and there are a lot of trampolines! There is dodgeball, basketball, rock climbing, foam pits, a mini ninja course including the warp wall, arcade games, and a huge kid play area. Plan on at least 90 minutes of physical activity and entertainment here. There is a small snack area and ice cream freezer available. The bathrooms are fairly clean. If they spent some time thoroughly cleaning and putting in some much needed maintenance, I would easily rate 5 stars. read more

Flight in Manchester is a great place to bring your little ones so they can burn up some energy. Once your entered in the system and have your Flight socks ($5) it's a breeze. I like to bring my little ones (6 & under) for the Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday jumps from 11am - 12pm it's just $10 per kid. And you don't have to worry about any Big Kids bumping into them. They have a Huge Inflatable Alien Ship Jump house with a slide. And a several level playhouse area with a crazy scary slide, ball area, maze and several regular slides. They can also bounce on all the trampolines, jump in the foam pit, play trampoline dodgeball and basketball. They will not want to leave ...just promise you'll bring them back another time. read more

Customer experience? What customer experience. Showed up 10 mins before 7pm, they wouldn't let us buy our tickets and then told me it was going to be an additional $3.00 per person to jump at 7pm. When I asked if I could pay the additional $3.00 and let the kids start jumping now, I was told no. By the way, I just booked my sons birthday party here. Beware-- once you pay the deposit, they will only issue a gift certificate and not give you back your money if you want to cancel. I wish I would have read the reviews on here before coming. Filthy...just disgusting. The area for the smaller kids has shards of broken plastic at the foot of the terrifyingly steep slide. The ball pit has so many broken and smashed balls that it looks pathetic. At least there are employees making sure that the big kids don't play in the smaller play areas...but it's a minimum. The counters are sticky and gross. The red slide is terrifyingly steep... it's just plain dangerous. If a child slipped and fell, they would brake their neck. We will not be returning- this place could be something really great but some serious TLC is needed. Also- be aware that your kids socks need to be thoroughly covered in rubber bottoms. Their website only says socks required but not what kind of socks. Our little one was wearing socks with rubber writing on the bottoms and passed the initial inspection at the front. Then after about 30 minutes of playing, two employees tried to tell us we had to buy their "flight" socks because his weren't correct. His socks were completely fine. read more

I brought my 4 yr old on a Tuesday morning and there was only one other child in there for the first half hour so it was great. My son loves this place and we come maybe once every three or four months. Unlike other reviewers they did not give my son a hard time for wearing Jump Off socks. The entire place was super clean from the trampolines to the bathroom. A girl was sweeping the trampolines while we were there. I let my son get a soft pretzel from the snack bar. (Only $3) The service was really great. They didn't have pretzels out but said they'd heat one up and it only took a couple minutes. It was delicious. We played a bunch of games using a card that we received from a birthday party we attended there. The only reason I gave four stars is because I think $16 an hour is a little steep. I was ok with $13 but for some reason I feel like $16 is a lot and I don't always have a coupon. read more

Manchester is definitely attracting some new fun businesses...the park mainly targets toddlers and elementary school kids...very colorful and vibrant ... apart from the trampoline being the main attraction there are lot of other elements to enjoy..the kids play place (like in McDonald's) but ofcourse bigger, better n jungle themed..I saw most kids here than on the trampoline ... arcade games n more also,keeping in mind moms and dads a nice lounge area with TV's and massages loungers. Like most places they make you sign a waiver... and for $15 an hr its a great way for the kids to burn off their high energy. read more

I wish it was possible to not even check a star. This place is AWFUL. Was here for a bday party. Not one staff member cares about their job and there appears to be no management. Went into the ladies room which smelled worse than a rotting diaper...until yup--there it was in the garbage, not wrapped in a baggie or anything. I take better care to remove my dog's waste. (I did tell an employee about the offense--never went back in to see if it was taken care of). While heading into a party room where apparently only the children sit (only 5 seats for Adults), we walked past a discarded plate with 2 breaded chicken pieces. On. The. Floor. Jump Off is the newest trampoline park in Connecticut. It's a good time for kids of all ages. I really liked the obstacle course set up for kids, it's like a kiddie version of "Ninja Warrior." They also have a few extras like a tight rope walk and gladiator jousting. In addition to trampolines they offer arcade style video games, food court with tables and a toddler area. You will have to purchase special jumping socks with grips, but you can save them and use again so your future visits you won't have to purchase again. They provide lockers for one dollar. No outside food us allowed. I found their staff to be both friendly and helpful. My cousins and I had a good time. Ready to jump, then give Jump Off a try. read more

This place is full of dust and the floor in the toddler area is gross and needs to be replaced. While here for my nieces birthday party, the next room over had people smoking weed. When the smell came to our side of the room I said something to the people who were managing our party room and they said it isnt us. I said I don't care who it is I have children in this room who don't need to be inhaling it. They should smoke in their own house and not in a public place with children. When waiting in line, I saw clerks pounding back bags of chips, but they had no interest in taking my money to use the services. Took my daughter here for the first time a month ago with mediocre expectations based on the other reviews but was not disappointed. They do an "open bounce" session for children under 6 on certain days before they open to the public which is great if you have a little one and are afraid of them getting trampled. They also let an adult go as an observer for free (you still get to bounce). Staff was very friendly and helpful and even helped us extend our visit beyond the hour time limit. The big red slide in the jungle gym would be my only complaint as it looks very intimidating, wouldn't recommend for most kids. read more

Okay, so this was my first time back since last year when covid started. It's still a fun place to go, my six year old loves the trampolines. They took away a ton of the games, and for whatever reason, the place is filthy. It doesn't look like anyone vacuums or sweeps at all. Which is astounding considering how little people are here right now. The staff could be cleaning right now instead of twiddling their thumbs watching me watch my daughter bounce. I came with my 4 year old on Presidents' Day so it was super busy. My son loved it, but I don't know that I would be back. $20/pp for two hours so I thought we were going to pay $40. Turns out you are required to buy their socks, which is another $2/pp. Add on another $1 for a locker. If you want to play the arcade games, they charge you $2 to activate a new card. All of that was annoying, but I was willing to deal with. However, after we were playing I started to notice some huge safety concerns. First of all there is a giant playscape (like Billy Beez) that adults are NOT allowed to go into. There is no adult supervision inside the structure, only at the entrance. A lot of it is poorly lit and there are many fall hazards throughout, but you'd never know since the adults aren't allowed in. In the main play space there is a Ninja Warrior-esque course....but the mats aren't sufficient. There are only mats under half of the obstacles and none are under the platforms. On a busy day where kids were packed everywhere there were a LOT of falls and pushing and no mats to protect the kids. Bottom line: my son had a great time, but I don't know that I would go back. read more

LPT, groupon. i was there yesterday with #1 and #2, they already have the socks (mo money!) so why not. they also only allow their own food (i guess you can attempt to sneak a coffee in) and they have an arcade (mo money!) and its already pretty expensive as it is, but what isnt these days. I like the pseudo american ninja activities and the dodgeball set up is nice too. what isnt are the tweenagers running and bouncing with reckless abandon while your little munchie is about to get smashed as they were in their path, so clear lines of where to go, things like that. in the 2+ hours I was there though i didnt see an accident, but realistically, they happen. we already booked a bday party here, so ill update you with that s-show. sproing! read more

Floors are not vacuumed, the glass wall in the ninja area is disgusting with finger marks, the warp wall is partially bare and don't even think about sitting in the chairs around the toddler area as they are all sticky. Our family had a lot of fun at the Jump Off Trampoline Park during the week prior to Labor Day. I took advantage of a Groupon deal. Both kids jumped around for 120 minutes. Please note you must buy the socks with grips on them at $2.50/pair. There was good amount of kids there on a Sunday night but no one got hit in the face - success! Attendees were plentiful, ensuring no shenanigans. Our ASD son was triggered by the arcade area by the entrance. However, approximately 1/2 of the machines were out of order. I was able to placate him with a $10 play card (+$2 for activation). All he won was one rubber duckie and a small smartie roll, even though he spent the entire card on claw machines. There seemed to be a major plumbing issue. The area around the water fountains was wet, with caution signage in place. The Ladies' room was out of order, so the Mens' was made unisex. Our neurotypical 10 year old daughter loved the climbing wall obstacle, and exclaimed she was on America Ninja Warrior. She also liked the basketball hoop/trampoline combination area. Once our son was weaned off the arcade he preferred to jump on the rectangular trampoline pads and was able to flip over, do somersaults, and cartwheels. In addition to the massive trampoline area, there is a 54″ maximum height Billy Beez - like course with slides. I noticed an additional area dedicated to toddlers. Staff was very helpful. There were very loud announcements from time to time, for birthdays and such. Plentiful areas for adults to sit back and watch their kids. There were multiple massage chairs, too! Dunkin Donuts is a two-minute walk; Starbucks is a three-minute walk. Although signage at the front door indicated no outside food or drinks allowed, I asked if I could bring Starbucks coffee and was permitted to do so. I called yesterday to make sure that they were open. I resolved by Stephanie they opened at 12. We got there at 12:30 and unfortunately Stephanie gave us incorrect information as they were closed. Today Stephanie told us again that they opened up at 3. At 3:22 I show up to be told that they do not open until 5 PM. I gone twice before to different jumpy spots BUT with my nieces. This time it was just me & my BF. Let's just say I appreciate the little kids that were near us playing cause we stood near em to catch our breath/ make sure our hips weren't dislocated and it looked like we had kids for a sec when WE were the kids that day. We had a terrible customer service experience. A heavy-set girl sporting dirty blonde hair with green highlights lied to me multiple times, when ticketing us. Right as we got to the counter, I mentioned that the company website advertised a Holiday BOGO Promo. I asked this girl if the buy-one-get-one-free deal for toddlers (3 and below) would be honored in store. She confirmed "yes" but proceeded to charge me adult ticket prices for my two little ones. After I noticed the incorrect charges, I brought the receipt back to her. She reacted defensively, lying to me that she had charged me the toddler prices but the jump in cost was due to tax fees. I pointed to the receipt that tax fee was an added line at the bottom of the receipt and I gave her a brief math lesson to show that she had charged me the full adult prices. This girl proceeded to lie again, saying that the systems online and in store don't align and she wouldn't input the promotional deal. Her manager got involved and manually adjusted the charges to credit my card. The girl also lied for the third time. She told us that the promotional deal was not available for toddlers playing 2 hours and that it was limited to toddlers playing 1 hour. I whipped out my phone and pulled up the the company website that offered the holiday promo for toddlers playing TWO HOURS. (Screenshot saved). The girl sat there and stared. I completely understand that mistakes happen and computer systems are not always easy to navigate. But seriously, all that this girl needs to do is to say, "Sorry about the mistake and inconvenience caused you. let me fix it for you right away". I get it during the summer it's so busy but I've been here on slow days and still dirty. Also this past trip the place was kinda busy and they only had one person monitor the whole trampoline area. I arrived with my children today at 3:40 hoping they could jump off for a bit. We opened the door and walked and was told by the staff walking by that they were closing at 4pm for the holiday. It was not posted on anywhere outside or inside that they were closing early and still states on their site now that they are open.
