I have been selling shoes to FC since FC started. I have mid 5 figures in sales over the past decade +. This place used to be the gold standard for shoe reselling businesses. But over the last 4 years they have gone terribly downhill. As a seller there are massive associated fees now which didn't exist before ~10% more than listed on my last cashout. In addition to this they changed onboarding software twice in the last 4 years. The staff has always been aloof, which they could afford to be when they were the only game in town. However now they also treat you like you are going to steal something from the moment you walk in. The vibe is horrible and the shoes are overpriced from the buyer side. Luckily there are other shops willing to work with resellers in a more favorable fashion. If it weren't for the international market for luxury goods that now exists outside the US, I don't think FC would survive. read more

It seems online purchases are the problem...and rightly so, they do not know the seller and the customer seems to be the one left with damaged product, wrong product, or undelivered product. TIP: Always use a credit card. My card allows for dispute of purchase where the business must respond to receive funds from purchase only after investigation is complete. RECOMMENDATION: If you are a victim of fraud by this company, report them to Attorney General. oag.ca.gov/consumers I experienced issues with Travelocity where they did not want to refund a partial amount as flight credit and the reps only read from scripts which was no help - they planned on keeping the money by stating it is airline policy...it's not. I reported them to Attorney General because as a Seller of Travel, they must register with AG. I got my money back with an apology letter! It works! Be sure to have all your details, screenshots, text, dates, etc...ready. Also, if they have X or IG accounts, message the company directly and take screenshots of their responses. It has now been 35 days that flight club took my money and has not sent me my sneakers (gamma 11). I ordered it on December 10th 2025 and it is now January 14th 2026 and no sneakers has been received!!! It showed on December 16th that the sneakers were at a new Jersey warehouse and still "on its way". On December 18th, which is my expected delivery date, the tracking info said "out for delivery" BUT it still said it was at the Jersey shipping center.... I LIVE IN GEORGIA. Emailed FLIGHT CLUB for help.. no response. The tracking status then changed to delayed delivery. I call UPS customer service and they call the Jersey facility and they told the service rep they can't find my package. Service rep says to contact flight club and file a claim. I emailed flight club again (because for some weird reason they refuse to use phone contact for service issues) and heard nothing back for a day and a half. I create a new email begging for help and some rep by the name of Noel writes me back saying they are looking into it 2 days later and I habe not heard anything from from them since and it is now January 16th. Ruined my kids Christmas gift and im out 444 dollars while watching everyone else who did NOT use this company wear their gamma 11s. By the way..this is the SECOND time they screwed me over like this .same thing happened a few months back with the Jordan bred low cut 11s. Worst nightmare working with these guys!! This place should have better reviews. Been here now 4 separate times and each time the staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. I bring in some preteens who not only like to have me make purchases, but also talk at length with staff all things sneakers and they handle them great with lots of patience. Today Jay helped us order one of our kids his most expensive shoes yet. Was worried going in they wouldn't have what we came for, and although they didn't have the size (so we ordered them) they did have the shoe and he knew all about them. Literally $218.83 down the drain. After reading all the other reviews and BBB complaints I wish I would've done my research BEFORE purchasing. Just be aware that basically everyone involved in the transaction(s) has ZERO liability. These companies are quick to showcase various brands and take your money, but when it comes to service and support - forget it. I will NEVER spend my money with either company again and I will do my best to prevent others from doing so. No customer service, no live person to speak to, and NO REFUNDS. Flight Club and Goat both GUARANTEE authenticity, yet are selling replicas. Quite obvious replicas. They honor their own policy of "no refunds" over their "guarantee." I had to dispute the transaction through AMEX, which is how I determined Goat owns Flight Club. My goal was to take notes of my three month, weekly experience here and provide an objective and comprehensive review to inform people who may want to use the consignment services of Flight Club. Well, I never got around to posting then and now it's several years later! FCLA and I got off to a rough start. Some of the people they hired were horrible and their system wasn't that efficient. However, in the 5 years that I've been a customer, I've seen this company make a conscious effort to improve. Customer service is much better now and the entire system is so efficient now. Both buyers and sellers benefit from the safety and convenience that FCLA provides. *Note- I have very limited experience as a buyer at FCLA /////////// My experience here is from the viewpoint of a seller. In 2014 I decided to clear out my shoe collection (roughly 300+ pairs) and FCLA has helped me sell some of it. Before this, I had never really sold shoes from my collection. I read through most of the reviews on here and still did not feel like I had a good enough feel for this shop. I had been visiting FC weekly for a few months. While they obviously do have their weaknesses (in store service), they do have some notable strengths (website). While service is not the greatest here, (as a seller) I would not completely write them off since you can still make more money selling certain items with them than you can with other shops. It's up to you to do the research and see which shoes are worth selling here. /// IN STORE SERVICE: The service in store was a bit iffy. Many of the employees here used to give you an attitude and some of them were in fact quite arrogant. Fortunately, this no longer seems to be an issue. /// ONLINE/EMAIL - Their response time to emails is pretty much what they state (up to 48 hours). If you want a quick reply, this can be an issue. It is pretty understandable though when you consider the volume of emails they have to get to. I've never tried calling and I can't imagine the experience to be very good. /// WEBSITE- The website is one of the better ones. It is very easy to navigate and search. I like how it is organized. Once you locate a shoe style, you can go to that shoe style's page and see the available sizes/prices. The only thing bad here is that you don't see the total inventory. For example if they have 10 pairs of something, the website may say something like 1 pair available at $300 (it will only show the quantity available at the lowest price point and there may be 9 other pairs available at prices higher than $300). At times there are also issues with the website inventory being up to date. I've noticed a couple pairs that I had up for consignment that had not been sold yet but were also missing from the website. /// CONSIGNMENT SYSTEM The main point here is that they take 20% of the sale price of your shoe when it sells. What's convenient is that once your shoe sells, you get an email and can log in to request a direct deposit. The Details: After you create an account and input what you plan on selling with the qty and price and they get back to you with either approval of your price, a modification to your price, or a note saying they won't take a particular style in for consignment. You then send your shoes to them or take them there by yourself. /// PARKING: Most of my visits were on Tuesdays at around 6pm - Metered street parking is not difficult at this time. However around 6:30-7pm and also weekends, parking is not easy at all. read more

Shoe Heaven. Everything you need from a true shoe-head's perspective. Everything you want, they have (minus the obtrusive price-tag). It's organized in a great way to make it almost seem like a museum more then an actual shop. I loved the way the expensive shoes were set up as well as a display. My only complaint was just the staff. Some of them definitely seemed like they didn't want to be there and seemed almost bothered if we were trying to talk to them. The lady at the register helped me out, so exclude her. A true sneakerhead knows what flight club is. You can't knock it down because of the price, unless you're not aware of the history and come here as a consumer unaware of the culture (which is not a bad thing at all). I just needed to drop off some shoes that I sold on GOAT. Flight Club has 2 locations on Fairfax: (1) the retail location at 535 Fairfax and (2) the drop off location at 503 Fairfax. Of course I went to the retail location. They told me I went to the wrong spot and a salesperson offered to walk me to the drop off location. The drop off location has no Flight Club signage on it, so you would walk past it if you didn't know what to look for (it's the one across the street from Dave's Hot Chicken).
