The women's top and color I wanted was a new color for the top and wasn't in stock. She was able to assist me on the Nike app to order it on line, getting me a 15% discount using the app and free shipping. I also wanted a men's running short which she found but they didn't have the style and length I wanted. Again Yessenia was able to guide me on the Nike app and saved me an additional 15% plus the color was on sale. Score. Yessenia, thanks for the great customer service! There was a minor complication because they shipped my shoes without a receipt, but thankfully the young lady, Susie, was super helpful. Another gentleman stepped in too, and together they made the return process super easy. I ended up getting a completely different pair of shoes, these two pink/fuchsia sneakers that were absolutely adorable. Something about the two toe, sneaker was just super cool to me, and they were extremely comfortable. Definitely the better buy, to me. The store was really clean, really organized, and the customer service was a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautifully designed store with a good selection of products but the staff doesn't seem all that interested in providing customers with a good experience. The first time we came in to buy shoes we had to actively search for someone to help us. While they were friendly and responsive to our requests to try on shoes the person seemed a bit distracted and not that knowledgeable about the products. The second time we were there, we had a problem with the shoes we bought on our first visit and were looking for a solution. The shoes were about four months old and the inside of the heel had collapsed. We wanted to just exchange them for a new pair since it had been such a short time since the original purchase. The person at the counter was dismissive. When I explained the problem with the product she did not acknowledge the defect even though it was quite easy to see. She explained that the in-store exchange/return policy was 60 days I asked if they might be able to help me online or at their customer service phone number and she said she didn't know but that I should leave and Google it. Not a great experience. I sat down inside the store and called customer service and connected with the nicest, most helpful customer service person ever who immediately did her best to understand the issue with the shoes and let me know she would do everything she could to help me. Since the product failed, we were well within the time limit to return the shoes for a full refund. The return window is much longer online or on the phone. She also made me aware that the original product we purchased was now on sale so she helped me return the defective product and then helped me purchase a replacement at the new sale price. It could not have been a more perfect experience. I would recommend trying products on in the store and then buying online or over the phone. The customer service in the store doesn't make shopping there worthwhile unless you don't want to wait for the shoes to be shipped to you. Love all the Nike styles just would like a better in-store experience.

Socks. That's the…read moreonly reason I came through here. But there have been multiple visits before, although it's been a minute since. Someone had Jordan socks on their wish list. Admitting, I am one of those who'd rather go online than go to a store to score stuff. But this is one of those rare occasions when online offers were priced completely ridiculous. Then I remembered this spot and remembered finding bargain buys for MJ stuff. Checked out their hours via Yelp and TADAH! Found myself in their store in no time. Parking is no issue - I found out right up front. It almost felt VIP. [Insert chuckle here.] They've done a little upgrade. The store looks a bit chicer and more modern. Tons of merchandise like the last visit. I got distracted for a few minutes (so many cool shoes!) but remained focused: I was here for socks and socks only! They had a bin of socks which I went through but couldn't find the specific ones I need. So, I asked a worker if they had any others. He guided me to a wall next to the cashier and BOOM: there they were, those specific ones I needed to get! And another great surprise: they were cheaper than anything I found online! (We're talking about at least 30% cheaper!) I walked around and found a lot of cool merchandise. Walked through the back and was told of the table with all items "on sale for 40% off." I found a couple of shoes, but even at 40%, it was still a little over my budget. They were so dang cool, though, I WANNNEETTT!!! They always come through at anytime I need anything Michael Jordan. Even though they had the exact shoes I was looking for, if you don't look like you're in there to…read morespend money (I was in workout gear), then they seriously don't even acknowledge you. I wandered around the store for at least 15 mins trying to get the attention of one of the associates, but every time I made eye contact, they quickly rushed to the back room. I finally went to the register and asked for shoes in my size. They asked if I wanted to try them on, but I was so ready to leave that I said "no, I'm sure they'll be fine", then paid and left. I don't normally shop for shoes in person, preferring to order online and hope for the best. This experience makes me realize I should stick to that.
