What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. He was also extremely affordable as well. He started work right away and did a phenomenal job. We gave him pictures of what we wanted for the kitchen and fireplace, and he replicated the style to a T - which most contractors can't do without a designer helping them. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. Eric was extremely detail oriented throughout the process, checking in with us as needed for style and safety decisions, and always updated us on cost or possible delays. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.
