Also the owner lied and said I never contacted the gym when I called for a month straight no response. I feel the response from the owner was nothing but victim blaming and slander instead of taking accountability. The gyms only concern is money and purposely ignores your request when you want to cancel to get an extra month or two out of you.

Our older daughter frequently tells people how much she learned while at Gym Nest and that she felt so welcomed by the gymnasts and coaches. We moved at the end of the summer and she misses Gym Nest very much. She tried out for our new local gym's Xcel Bronze team. I do not blame them, there should be at least one qualified gymnastics teacher to train and over see the rest. It seems like a baby sitting session with exercises and some basic equipment drills. After I saw them playing musical chairs with hula hoops instead of chairs I pulled both children out. That was the only time I got to speak with Julie (over the phone, I never seen her there). Maybe she is the only real gymnastics teacher. She did not care about my concerns and also did not care about losing a customer, I guess business is good enough.

The "instructors" take this too seriously. It's one thing to push the gymnastics TEAM, it's another thing to approach "for fun" classes that way.

For gymnastics it's ok. I think it's a better priced facility and they do allow the option to pay…read moreover time. Classes are more than an hour so it's worth the cost. So that's nice. The exception to this is the ninja warrior program which is not worth the money. It costs almost as much as gymnastics and it's only an hour. Classes run back to back also. So It takes 15 minutes for the staff to assemble a warrior course in the very back, which bites into your hours time. Then the kids just run the same course over and over. It's cute, but for 45 minutes of an obstacle course, it should be pretty cheap. My only other frustration is the mob scene that erupts when classes are changing. There's zero flow or crowd control. And no gap at all in start/end times. So you're fighting your way through "parenting pick up pandemonium". I generally find the staff and coaches very helpful and nice, as well as the desk clerks. No complaints there and they offer some really nice camp options during the summer. I would recommend gymnastics definitely.
