We have always enjoyed taking the kids to Flippo's (though we don't eat there, as it is way over priced), so we decided to do the Sunday cooking class, as they said it was very popular and sold out quickly. To our dismay, it turned out to the be the most dis-functional and unorganized "Class" we have ever been to. First off, they called the kids into the room over 15 minutes late. The only things they had set up ahead of time were the tables and chairs with the crayons, paper hats for coloring and latex gloves (which were n longer sanitary by they time they actually needed them). Upon waiting another 15 - 20 mins, a few of the parents started to walk the facility trying to find someone to ask when this was going to start, as not one employee came into the room in the whole time we had been there. Finally, one of the employees must have figured out that she was the one who was supposed to be working the event (or was volunteered because no-one else was) and started getting everything brought into the room 45 minutes after it should have started. They hadn't even put the children's names on their plates yet even though they had the list of who was scheduled to come all week. There was no class, or anyone teaching the kids what to do, they just had them grab a crust and go over to the tables and put stuff on them. Then, they took all the pies to be cooked and told the kids to play and wait to hear their names called that their pizza was done. Well, apparently, they can only cook about 6 pies at a time, so some kids didn't get theirs for another hour. I don't know if it is like that every Sunday, but it was a horrible experience. We were really disappointed. On top of all that, when we left around 1pm, not one person had gone in to clean the room and all the pizza fixings were still sitting out. read more

This place is so fun! I was surprised at how big it was, the playground was a hit with my large Summer Camp! We were having too much fun on the playground to all stop and try the laser tag part. The foam ball gun area is where they spent most of their time. The food is good too. I'm more happy with how clean it is! Can't wait to be back again later in the summer. read more

Great indoor playground for kids of all ages. There is a separate toddler playground, but the big kid slides are accessible to little ones too. Our 2 year old loves it, as does my husband! The food is trash. read more

Visited Flippo's this weekend as we are looking for a place to celebrate our baby girl's 2nd birthday. The personal was very nice and pleasant, they did us a nice tour and told us everything about their deals and packages. The place looks nice and clean. Also i love their toddler area (it is very hard to find something like this indoors) and cafe. Looks like it will be a lot to do for kids different ages. I have been bringing my son here for the past two years and always had a good experience! The staff is always friendly, and the equipment is always clean and well maintained. I just had my son's second birthday party there and overall I was happy with how things came out. I had about 23 children there and the party package only allowed for 12 children. Each additional child was $15.99, which I knew about and I was fine with that. It was just unclear of how much pizza was allowed with each additional child. I wound up ordering 4 additional pizzas for $12.99 each. It was very unclear what this establishment included in terms of food for the additional kids. I understand the $15.99 included admission, but I'm not sure what else. Other than that, since my party consisted of 23 children plus their parents, there was probably over 40 people at the party. There was only one hostess helping out. This was the only thing that put a bit of a damper on the party. I wanted to celebrate and speak with my guests and spend more time with my son and his friends. Instead, I was assisting in serving the pizza, drinks and cake. I knew it wasn't easy for one person to serve this many people (including small children.) I completely understand this so therefore I helped serve my guests. It would also have been a bit nicer if the person preparing the pizza would have cut it more thoroughly. Instead, I felt like I had to break some pieces apart. That was annoying. I explained that there should have been another host or hostess helping out and just being present in the party room. For example, when the hostess was cutting the cake, she had to leave the room to get more plates. Instead, if there were another person around, that person could have brought the stuff. When Flippo came out to greet the children, they all had a ball. The playground was great. I felt safe there. I liked the fact that there were a lot of staff members around the playground area to just be present there. Overall, everyone had a great time. My guests all said it was a very nice party. Awesome place to bring the kids. I would give it 4 or even 5 stars if it didn't cost me the same as it does to bring my 2 kids to Disney world for the day. I'm not cheap at all but it's $36 and change(without buying socks) to get my two kids in and god forbid they want to play an arcade game or two - I would have to dip in to their college fund. Also there is not one employee in the play area monitoring the children - I always watch my kids but other don't. Wish I could afford to go more because the kids love the place but I wouldn't be able to make it a weekly thing unless I want to dish out $150+ a month for only 4 visits. read more

Very impressed with this venue as they have a staff that constantly has an eye out for the venue, as well as each other! This is the second time we had an event and it just keeps getting better. Tonight was our 2nd time here and I must give thanks where thanks is due. Great staff! From the young lady at the door to the young man (Alex) that was working in the actual playground area, to even the young man running the food court counter. Main reason for this review is to recognize Alex. Alex went over the top to ensure my 4 year old had a wonderful time. My daughter is a VERY cautious toddler and is frightened by many things. At one point Alex noticed how scared she was to go down the blue wide slide and took it upon himself to climb up there and go down with her. Something that most teenagers would just bypass. The fact that he cared and just wanted to make sure she was comfortable and enjoying herself shows his true character. Thank you Alex! read more

I brought my 1 year old to this gym and wasn't impressed. The gym area for young toddlers was very small and over crowded. Nobody was controlling the amount of kids allowed in this area. There were even 5-6 year olds in this area. I can see how Flippo's would be a great place for older kids, just not for young toddlers. read more

I went for the first and probably last time at least for awhile. I have a 18 month old who although is extremely hyper and not afraid of what you would expect her to be scared of I found the experiencing to be a bit boring. The toddler area should really be called the "itty bitty baby area". And the big kids area was just way too dangerous even with me helping her thru out the whole way. I tried the big kids area just to give it a chance and the slide almost give me a heart attack. Its like at a 90 degree angle. I have to wait a couple years for my daughter to be able to actually enjoy this place. read more

Today I went to Flippos after a few months of not going due to Deanna the front cashier being rude and not caring and just plain old mean making my time at Flippos a horrible time. Luckily she WASNT there! I am soooooo happy that Katie is now in the front. I am also happy they totally got rid of Deanna! All the staff is now friendly and it is back to the FUN experience it is SUPPOSED to be!!!! I had such a great time today due to Katie that I bought the monthly pass again!!! Will be back again!!! Wow! This place was awesome! This was my first time here, and finally a clean, safe place for kids to hang out and spend birthdays, as well as a good time for adults. I had my son's birthday party there last Saturday and he was happier than ever!! Staff was extremely attentive and friendly, food was really good, which is a surprise for a playground establishment, they also serve beer and wine for adults! I didn't have to worry about the kids for a second they were entertained and the staff took care of all needs. Entertainment for the kids was also good, kids had an amazing time!!! Went in there for an event and first my experience was great front desk girl Antonia always smiling and friendly was handling all the children coming in and making sure everyone checked in. During the experience the owners would walk around and not interact with anyone! No friendly at all also the food was horrible and the pizza is tasteless and greasy. I gave Flippo's a 3 star rating because the toddler section is extremely small and doesn't have a wide selection of things for toddlers to do. It was pretty much a small section with a few toys. I brought my daughter there for her 1st birthday and she got bored after playing with the few toys that were there. I fee like Flippo's need to add a variety of toys and maybe a ball pit. They also need to have a larger space for toddlers and an attendant there to supervise just in case a parent needs to make a quick restroom run. Had my daughter's 8th Birthday party at Flippo's over the weekend. Every year since my daughter turned 2 years old I've used similar places to this and Flippo's is by far extremely overpriced, for what you are getting and the quality/quantity of the food and the place and customer service was horrible. We spent well over $500. With the food from this place, which was subpar. The package I got came w/ ONE juice box per child.. that's fine..I went to order another 10 juice pouches (which is what they really had) and the kid over the counter (I wish I could remember his name).. he was so rude wanted to charge $21. For 10 Capri Sun Juice pouches. Anyone that is parent knows that you can get a box of 10 for like $2. I don't recommend anyone doing a party for their little ones in this place.. read more

Was nice time and fun for 2- year old. Made to hold adult weight so you can climb and go up structure with small kids. Play area was clean, and so were the restrooms which is a HUGE plus. I did not eat there, so can not comment on the food. read more

The place was great and new when we had my daughter birthday party in December. My kids and their friends had a blast. My only issue was for the amount I paid for the party and extra food, and drinks they should have let you stay in the party room for aleast three hours. We were rushed out the room for another party when there were other party rooms not used and i didnt see the other party use that room as we were pushed out into the cafeteria area. I even offered to pay for another hour and nope wasn't allowed either. Other than that my kids had fun. Will bring my kids back to play just not havibg anymore parties there. read more

This place is a decent play area for kids. The toddler area was very small and the battery operated toys were all dead but my little one still managed to be entertained. I think once my child is a little older this place may come in handy. I give it 4 stars because the ladies at the front desk were really nice, enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you for making my day daughters birthday spectacular! Lauren was a very nice and helpful host. Flippo was amazing and all the kids enjoyed there time. But i was very disappointed with a few things. 1. The party started at 2pm but there was still people decorating after that time. I think its unprofessional to tell me i need to be punctual on the exact 2 hours i paid for, yet the room was not 100% ready for me at 2pm 2. I was told i can bring extra decorations and balloons and would put them up and blow them up free of charge. When i came the night before to drop it off i was told balloons are $1 each. 3. I asked if i can specify on the color of the cupcakes they told me i could. I was never told it would be a "pull-apart cake". I asked for them to switch it for a pizza but i was lucky to be able to order cupcakes from another place so last minute. 4. They popped one of my balloons to my daughters name. I never got an apology. They tried to fix it but it really didn't look good. I still got charged for all 6 balloons. Once again I thought it was unprofessional that i never got an apology and charged after something i purchased on my own and you guys damaged. Thank you for trying to fix it but the fact that I didn't get a sincere apology or acknowledge to maybe take off that charge for your mistake is not great customer service. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! So I booked my grand daughter's first birthday party there last Sunday March 5th. The day before I provided the staff with all of my own decorations for the next day. I got to the facility about 3pm on the 5th and the party was due to start at 3:30. Needless to say most of my decorations were still sitting in a bag on the counter in the room. They had most of their decorations up with a mixture of mine which was a Princess theme. I was pissed! The young man Alex came in and help in every way he could. The owner NEVER apologized or anything. One the guest started to arrive checking in for a party is like a circus in the front. They have NO COMPLETE CONTROL over what their doing. In the middle of my party my AWESOME party host Housie ( couldn't pronounce her real name) came and told me that I was at 20 kids and I only booked for 15. I was a bit baffled why the front didn't come and speak to me prior to adding kids onto my party. I went to address the situation with the front and requested the manager. Some young rude girl steps in front of the cashier and tried to clarify why I need to pay. I wish I knew her name I know it started with an A. I pretty much ignored her and this man says I'm the owner so I pulled him to the side and explained how first I had to help put up my own decorations moments prior to my party guest arriving and now no one had the common courtesy to come and tell me that more kids were being added to my party. He said he can take $25 off I was appalled. I was spending over $600 for a party and that's all he could offer then he said $50. I was disgusted and walked away. When I went back to the party I remembered that with the food package I ordered came with Stella beer which never came out. So the little miss wanna be manager walks in and I explain that I didn't get my beer and she nastily says did you pay for it. I told her go check the receipts and I walked away from her and went and told my AWESOME party host Housie! Which she took care of it. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and between Alex and Housie they made the best of everything they could, but as far as the way the owner Demitri and the rude girl who's name begins with an A goes I WOULD NEVER BOOK NOR ADVISE ANY ONE TO BOOK A PARTY WITH FLIPPOS AGAIN! The owner showed absolutely NO EMPATHY for the situation at all. When you have a customer spending that type of money in your establishment at least try and make sure their needs are met and your staff is more accommodating and not rude and nasty like that one girl! My advice for anyone looking to go there NEVER THROW A PARTY there! read more
