We had an amazing time at Off the Wall! My child and her friends had a blast from start to finish. Unfortunately, one of the kids did get hurt, but the manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. Wanted to just have an entertainment game fun night without driving far. They did change the inside and have regular trampolines but we didn't want to jump or do ropes course and no proper shoes for laser tag. There are fewer games then they used to have. Alot of claw games for higher ticket points. I noticed one virtual game and one motorcycle race ride. Various fighting games and fair type ones. The large air hockey was not working there were 2 smaller tables and a pool table, which we noticed had 2 of the same number 15 balls and another missing. You can only buy either $20 or $50 or even more expensive game card nothing in-between it offered 400 points or 1200. They also required to sign a waiver even though we only were going to play video games, which was off since other places do not do that. We still just made the best of it to enjoy the fun. read more

Lots of fun stuff for the kids, but a good chunk of the staff is pretty useless. We had a birthday party there, and the host pretty much did nothing. The room wasn't ready when we showed up to decorate. Party plans were made ahead of time, including food purchases, but over half of the stuff we ordered never was made/failed to show up. Waivers were submitted online beforehand by a large number of our guests, but they insist they didn't receive any of them, so everybody had to fill and submit them again (taking away from their play time, which is timed). We had younger kids at the party (10 and under), so we asked to have the pizzas double-cut, into smaller slices... but they refused, and we had to run down the street into the Dollar Tree to get a pizza cutter, to then double cut it ourselves. We ran out of pitchered drinks multiple times, and I had to bring the pitchers back to get refilled, as they pretty much never/barely checked up on us throughout the party. It would have been cheaper and more sensible to go to eat elsewhere either after or beforehand... Maybe just pay regular admission and try bringing a cake, if they'll let you in with it. Having the parents buy their Groupon offer, and then reimbursing them, would have made more sense for a party and saving money. read more

This is a great place to go in order to escape the heat and the rain in July. The price is right, five dollars for one hour of jumping. Since we already had our socks from a previous visit, it was a no-brainer. The staff was helpful. There are plenty of things to bounce on. My problem is, there are crumbs all over the tables, and this place just opened five minutes ago. My only review is if the mini golf. As an adult with grown up kids we didn't go on the arcade or trampoline area. We did hit the bar for some cocktails. Yes they offer a full bar! Then played a round of mini golf. Luckily we had the place to ourselves almost due to a ton of city holiday events happening that night. I was so impressed with the new and clean indoor mini golf. I work with kids so going somewhere and watching the staff be disengaged is a little disappointing. I e always viewed these jobs as being so fun and having the ability to make a great impact of children. And more often than not, they all just seem annoyed they took this job. Luckily my children attended a birthday party here weeks prior and they both voted that this should be the place we should have our party. I was connected with LEANNA after sending in an online inquiry and she's who had me at hello. Beyond sweet, personable, friendly and assertive. She knew the ins and outs and without me even raising a question she filled in all of the blanks. On party day, she greeted us and our guest with a smile from ear to ear and was so attentive. The park was SUPER CLEAN, room was perfectly decorated with extra settings for everyone. JAMES also attended to our room and he was SUPERB. Both went ABOVE and BEYOND and made every last person feel so special. Every child's wants and needs were met. Even if that meant little party favors exchange request. They couldn't have been anymore generous and gracious. I never throw birthday parties for my children because they're always a nightmare, this occasion was a pleasure. 7 pm on a Friday night, all the neighborhood kids are inside play video games or something, but there are no kids outside! So, I decide to take the kids to a trampoline park! I didn't realize OTW Game Zone wasn't a trampoline park, but it has an enormous bounce house thing that has slides and all kinds of things. Even a little bounce house for toddlers! We purchased a 1 Hour Jump and More, which has an hour of jump time and a $15 game card for the games. There are also ropes course, and Laser Tag, at least. We arrived at 7:45 pm, it's pretty chill, not crowded at all, and very clean! Lots of games for all ages. Socks are $4 a pair. It's not too big, but on a night like tonight, it's perfect! They had me at GIANT Pac Man and Asteroids! I am a child of the 80s. Spent most afternoons playing galaga (unfortunately there is no galaga here). There are kiddie games and some adult games thrown in. This is a spot for kids birthday and parties like that. You purchase coins on a card that you slide for whatever game you want to play. You also receive tickets when you win...GUESS WHAT...NO TICKETS came out when I won. It said 4 tickets but I did not receive my tickets from the machine on the fame I played. Thats where the one star came off. There was a family in there playing games and had children with them. I was with my cousin and that was all the patrons they had this afternoon. They have a large concession stand and I am sure when the place has more people they must do ok. I actually didnt go and look at all they offered but it seemed like typical arcade food like hot dogs and pizza. I saw it a few months ago and have been dying to see what games they had. Besides playing pac man I played air hockey and the living dead game. That game you have to shoot the zombies in the head to kill them and that I did. I love that game too! Terrible customer service! Came at 8:30. Was told they closed at 9. Their website clearly stated they closed at 10pm started June 9th (today) as well as Google Maps stating 10pm. I just wanted to express my disappointment in this place. Half of the machines are broken or don't work, playground and rock climbing along with several other attractions are under construction. Would have been nice for a heads up that my $250 will be spent on claw machines. On top of all this, the ahole manager Isaac didn't allow me to take pictures of my kids in the jump zone without purchasing socks for $5. I just got home from my son's birthday party at Off The Wall and I'm upset. One of the guests at my son's party won 2,000 tickets in the big claw machine. Everyone was euphoric that she won this great prize. When she went to redeem the prize the front desk team told her it's for 1,000 tickets, not 2,000 tickets. See the picture below and let me know how many tickets you think are in the bag. The manager refused to a give 2,000 tickets to her. I just spent nearly $1,000 on a birthday party for my son and then they treat my guest so poorly. 1,000 tickets is the equivalent of a small stuffed animal there, nothing significant. If you're a young teen alpha male, and want to feel dominant, this place is your world! That's how I felt when I decided to join a bunch of young teen males, some who hadn't even reached puberty yet, trying to take my head off with a soft sponge ball, all the while I'm trying to keep my balance and not fall on my ass on trampolines. Yes, I did land on my knee on some plastic piping and it still hurts today after 3 days. But being a grown man, I had a great time here jumping, and playing Laser Tag which was my favorite thing to do. The area for laser tag was a huge multi-level area that's 10 degrees cooler than the outside and it was fun running down your friends and shooting their lighted vest. I also tried the sky-walk which is basically an obstacle course that's 15ft above and consists of short 15-20 feet long wooden steps or cords that require you to have been a former Marine to not fall and miss a step. It's not only a balance act, it requires a strong grip and upper core strength, and a ton of flexibility. Suffice to say, I completed half of them, but the other half certainly lost my interest. I didn't see any fire rescue around so I happily finished and receded back to earth. For the Groupon package that was bought, it included an hour for jumping, an $8 attraction, 2 $4 attractions, a meal and 1 hour game card. If you bought this separate, it would total $46.45 but with Groupon, you'll save $21 and pay just $25.00. The meal included was 6 over fried and hard chicken nuggets with decent fries and a soft drink. Their advertised special price of this alone was $8.95 but honestly, I can't see anyone paying much for this; the food is really bad and didn't give me enough confidence of trying something else here. If they can improve their food, I'd say a 4 star place for sure because there were many parents hanging out waiting for their kids to expel all their energy just so they wouldn't bounce off the walls at their own homes and NONE of them were eating. Service was friendly at every level, from the personnel in the front, the place that served the food, to the ones working the sky-walk area. read more

We had some time before our escape room appointment so we popped in and was immediately transported back to being an adult sized kid! We plated video games, a 4 person air hockey, life sized Galaga, and saw the bumper cars, trampolines and rock wall. Above your head is also a ropes course. They had multiple private party rooms that I imagine get booked quickly for birthday parties and camp outings. There was a snack bar in back and it was all vervy clean with hand sanitizer stations throughout. It was not busy when we were there, but could see it being very loud when it is. Fun place to let your kids spend their energy! Off the Wall is located at the far end of the plaza, with plenty of parking. Check Groupon for deals before you go, or just buy directly from their website. You'll save time and money buying ahead of your visit. You can also fill out the safety waiver online too, which also saves you time. You are required to wear the rubber-soled socks if you plan on jumping. You can buy them there or bring your own. There is a lot of trampoline space that can accompany a lot of people. I went on a Tuesday night, so it wasn't very busy. You cannot bring cell phones while jumping on the trampolines, but you can stand on the side and record if you want to get that action shot. An employee is required to be present in order to use an attraction, either the trampolines, the green blob thing, or the rock wall. The employee really does watch you while you're on the attraction, which is good because they can and will stop any kind of inappropriate or dangerous behavior (he stopped us to say we couldn't have cell phones on the trampolines). It's nice to see that kind of watchfulness over the play area. I'm not sure how often they clean the trampolines but that's what I'll take a star off for. There were a few areas that smelled gross, and I could see some wet spots on the trampoline surface. It's a little off putting for adults, but that's just where kids play. They do have several hand sanitizer dispensers set up all around the building. There is a cafe where you can eat basic fare foods like pizza and hot dogs. They also serve alcohol for adults. It's not fine dining, but it provides good snacks and cold drinks. There are lots of video games that require money put on a digital play card. There is a $1 charge for a new play card. You can earn tickets to redeem for prizes. Off the Wall is open late, even on weekdays. It's a fun place to go, especially if you have kids with endless energy. read more

My kids love this place - the jumping. However, the workers who deal with the food are less than pleasant. I asked a question to a worker about the pizza order- I asked what drink came with the pizza and when I asked for water, he goes to give me water from the fountain. I obviously thought they were going to give me a bottle of water! I looked at him -with an incredulous look and said "really?" I think you might have said you were giving me tap water. I then had him get me a soda. He looked at my and acted like I was totally bothering him. The line for food is always a mile long. I'm not sure why they don't make a lot of the pizzas ahead of time and then heat them up to move it along. Also when you want to check what is left on your card (I.e. rock wall, laser tag etc there is only one place to do that- up front where it is always crowded). It would be great if the place could install some tables with USB ports for people to plug into. Since parents need to be there with their kids that would make time go quickly! For the kids, you can use any non skid socks (can be from sky zone, planet air, etc.) and you can trade them in for "Off the Wall" socks if you want. We came here with our three kids. Right as soon as you walk in you see all the different games they have, to your right hand side is the counter to purchase your tickets. Heads up you need to fill out a safety waiver for everyone that will be entering premises. You could actually do it online before you get there to save time. They have different packages that you could purchase. For my son we bought the Jump Eat and Play combo $22.95 includes 1 hour jump time, $10 game card, a soft drink and 2 slices of pizza. For my two little ones and both my husband and I we decided to go with the $12 for 60 minutes jump time. There were about four employees on the counter so the line was not that bad. The only thing I didn't really like was that when it was my turn to pay the lady was not welcoming at all, it seemed like something was bothering her or she just didn't want to be there. Well just in case have your phone ready to show them that you got the email confirmation for filling out the safety waiver, for some reason it did not show on their system and I had to fill out another one if it hadn't been because I showed them the email(phew). Oh if you don't have non-slip socks you could buy for $2 each pair. We got to the trampoline area and I suggest that after you pay, you go directly into the trampoline area as they really time you and your time starts about 5 minutes after you have paid. There are employees in the trampoline area watching that nothing inappropriate is going on and to let you know when your time is up. There is a separate area for the little ones which they let parents be with the little ones, of course parents need to pay if you want to be on the trampoline with the little ones. One thing that didn't make any sense was that I could not hold my 1 year olds hands while jumping, mind you she just started to walk. That is one of the rules but it shouldn't apply to toddlers, but ok rules are rules. We all had fun specially the kids but the reason I gave it three stars is because is a little overpriced. Didn't like that I couldn't help my 1 year old jump. It would have helped if they would have explained how everything works for instance that as soon as you pay your trampoline time starts running. And one suggestion to the owner, the bathrooms were clean which is a plus but no changing table for little ones. I would return but just with my son not my two little ones because one is overpriced and two you can't really help them to jump. My little one had to be crawling instead of jumping because I could not help her. read more

Second time at this indoor jump emporium. First, I must praise the front desk staff-very nice & accommodating! They let us use a groupon & 4 living socials at one visit...great deal!!! Another positive thing about this place in general is that it appeals to all age groups. Some kids outgrow these type of places by the time they reach elementary school. My kids & their friends range from 7-10 & they love it here. COOL stuff to do!! Tons of different jumping:: standard big trampolines, a kangaroo jumper (big green blob!), & trampoline volleyball, & my boys LOVE the trampoline dodgeball & basketball. There is a rock wall, although they have not tried it. Awesome laser tag done in teams. Of course, cool arcade games.
