They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it. I found Turnage Auto Care through Yelp and made the appointment right through the Yelp app. Tyler messaged me and set everything up. Aaron greeted me right as I arrived and got the process started. While changing the oil they inspected my car and found a few issues with the tires I mostly knew about. He offered to send a quote to replace one or all tires & TPMS sensors ( which my 13 yr old car was needing ) I liked that they quote through a text link so you can see the cost and everything associated with the repair. You can decline the service or accept it. We talked about tires and sensors and ultimately decided to go with a better tire than quoted. They priced the cost and labor very competitively and I approved the service. There was no pressure at all during this transaction. Just information and options. I definitely was happy to find Turnage Auto Care, Tyler and Aaron. I'll be bringing both of my Hybrids to them from now on!

They only offered a diagnostic after they replaced the starter and stated it was the battery. When they finished the replacement they told us to replace the battery, which we did, but the car continued to not turn over after multiple attempts. My partner took the car to another mechanic in town to see what else could be wrong. Mechanic in town stated that whoever put the starter in put it in incorrectly, they cross threaded the starter, and now the part is no longer useful. When I reached out to the company for a refund regarding the service they kept stating they offered a diagnostic, which again was not true, and they blamed the part and not the individual preforming the service. They basically only offered to charge me more for coming out again to check their own work, only offering to waive appointment fee. Again I would not recommend this company

Normally, the price is less than taking it to the dealer. If you wait in the waiting area, they offer you coffee or water. They even like a good joke. We have always received good quality service, and if the cost is above the estimate, the call before performing the work. If you want your car repaired with quality, bring it here. This is our go-to repair shop. I heard they can fix Harleys, too.

Apparently they don't like money anymore. Lets not forget they tried to say my S10 needed a new transmission for 7 grand. When all it needed was an 18 dollar sensor. These guys are incompetent and careless. For context, the transmission had less than 7k miles on it.
