    Gymnastics!
    Courtney O.

Fliptastic is just that - fliptastic! We have been taking our daughter here for a little over a month now and she loves it! She is in the Jungle 4 and it is a great active 45 minute class! She is usually exhausted and sweaty by the end! Teachers are friendly and patient. They have different classes for different age groups to fit any schedule! They also offer a class called Little Ninjas. They have different size trampolines and gymnastics activities set up that helps get them ready to advance onto the next class. Masks are required and they only allow 1 parent per child inside currently. They spray hand sanitizer on the kid's feet and hands before each class as well. I highly recommend this place for gymnastics!

Truly an exceptional birthday experience for our 4 year old! Not only did she have a wonderful time with her friends, but the owner absolutely took all of the stress out of managing a gaggle of very enthusiastic preschoolers. The coach had even the shyest of our daughter's friends having a wonderful time. Can't recommend this enough.

    An email from the owner.

I have to say i was highly disappointed with the owner denying a free trial class because my daughter did a free trial class in June 2021; almost two years ago and for an entirely different class. He did offer to charge me $26 for a drop in class though. Apparently a free trial class was going to break the bank. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have taken my business elsewhere.

    Never have toilet seat covers
    Natalie H.

This place is just unprofessional, old and musty. It always looks filthy, like they don't clean their floors and their bathroom is repulsive. One of their toilets has been out of order for a month now, and it probably won't be fixed anytime soon. It's their ADA stall, so it's probably illegal for them to let this go so long. They also do not have seat covers and the stall floors are dirty. Both of the soap dispensers in the bathroom are broken, so after using their filthy facilities, you can't properly wash your hands. The teaching staff is nice, but they are NOT gymnastics coaches. Most of them are high schoolers or college kids that need a job and a lot do not have any gymnasts experience. The baby class teacher is sweet, but she spends more time talking to the parents during class than actually watching the little ones. One of their teachers left and they didn't have a sub for her and I had to go and ask the staff who was going to be teaching class and no one knew. They finally pulled a teacher away from another class to cover it. The desk staff always seems grumpy and irritated that you are bothering them. They also do not address the parents who leave food trash on the tables and let their children run wild. If you want your child to look learn basic gymnastics skills or socialization, this place isn't bad, but for regular artistic gymnastics, I would suggest looking for another gym.

I really loved this gym it was such an amazing experience Thankyou for everything!! Love u guys

I decide to show up to the meeting and Keenan showed enthusiasm and he knew his position really well. I won't lie he got me into this program with a little nudge and I'm glad I got in! Mr. C was an amazing teacher, gets straight to the point, teaches you what you need to know and if you have any questions that he might not know, he will find the answer pretty quickly. Mr. C has a very fun personality and honestly, I will miss this program. A lot of the time, it felt like we were just watching YouTube videos or listening to teachers teach from old books and lesson plans instead of getting the education and hands-on experience I expected. I also experienced what felt like favoritism, and there were issues with the way some staff treated students and handled complaints. What was especially disappointing was the feeling that staff would discuss students negatively after the student had walked away or after a phone call had ended. That kind of behavior makes it very difficult to feel respected or comfortable bringing concerns to them. Another major concern was student privacy. I personally saw and received information belonging to other students that should not have been shared. Thankfully, I'm an honest person and did not misuse any of it, but it was still very concerning. Overall, this was a messy and frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend doing your research before spending your time and money here. Your experience may be different depending on the teacher you get, but I personally would not recommend this school.

However, she was amazing during my labor! She helped us understand the different options that were being offered to us while in active labor, and was an absolute rockstar during my delivery. She was coaching me and making sure both myself and my partner were taken care of. She showed him how he could best support me, which meant so much. My husband and I offered a break to Rafeal about 5 hours after she arrived and after I received an epidural and she NEVER RETURNED. During this break it became increasingly likely that I would need a c-section, and when we requested Rafeal come to support us through it, she replied that was not a service she offered. We were left with no support for a traumatic and unexpected turn of events. I spent the moments before surgery frantically begging her to return to the hospital. By the time she agreed, the relationship had soured so much we didn't want her to be with us and we told her to forget it. Beyond our experience at the hospital, which should be sufficient enough to render her unqualified as a doula, she TEXTED me at 31 weeks to tell me she would be out of the state from weeks 38 to 40+3 of my pregnancy. This is completely manipulative and misleading as we had a signed contract for her personal services for weeks 38-42. She offered $200 refund and a backup doula for her unavailability. We should have terminated the relationship at this point as she had proven herself untrustworthy and her communication style unprofessional. I've never written a negative review before as I believe in handling unsatisfactory services directly with the provider. However, Rafeal has been unwilling to offer a partial refund or even an apology ("I'm sorry your birth was not what you needed it to be" is not an apology for her behavior). Instead, she asked if she could use my experience to further her training and sent me prayers and blessings. I'm highly confident any other doula, or no doula at all, would be better then Rafeal. I'm attaching photos of our text conversation because I wouldn't be surprised if Rafeal accuses me of misrepresenting the events of my experience with her. No one should have to "strongly ask" their doula to return to the hospital for delivery, regardless of delivery method.

If coaches aren't going to actually play everyone, then the teams should be smaller--around 9 or 10 players instead of 12 or 13. They don't encourage their players or try to build confidence--they tear them down instead. There's a huge difference between being strict and being rude, and unfortunately, a lot of the coaching here crosses that line. It really feels like certain players are favored no matter what, and others get ignored or even bullied. Parents pay a lot of money and spend hours traveling for practices and tournaments, so it's really disappointing when players don't get treated fairly. Omni has potential to be a great club, but they seriously need to rethink their coaching approach, how they divide playtime, and how they treat their athletes overall.
