At 42, vegetarian, and with no real fitness background, I am down 15 lbs of fat and up 7.5 lbs of muscle in a year. I truly never thought this was possible for my body, especially without extreme dieting or burnout. A huge part of this journey has been Josh. He consistently kept me motivated and always followed up to make sure I was on track with my nutrition. Having someone check in regularly and keep me accountable made all the difference, especially during phases when progress felt slower. That steady support is what made this level of fat loss possible. This was not a quick fix. It was a long-term process, and Pace Fitness really understands how to build sustainable results. I met Pam and was impressed with her knowledge, training and experience. She designed a program to help me regain my balance and conditioning while recognizing my limitations. After just a few weeks of working with Pam at her studio, my gait and balance is 100% improved and I've regained muscle and energy.     I highly recommend David with transformation fitness…read more I am very quiet and anxious and doing new things is really hard. I really wanted to gain confidence in a gym setting so I reached out to David. I called and we set up a meeting to discuss goals and expectations at his facility. When I arrived I was so nervous! He was so nice and patient with my axiety and everything went well. I started the sessions and I quickly gained confidence being in a gym environment. Every person that walks through the doors are so nice, supportive and respectful of each other. It is a group setting, but everyone has their own goals. He writes personalized exercises on a whiteboard and works with each person individually. No one is doing the same exercises as anyone else nor do you do the same exercise each visit. David demonstrates the exercise and ensures proper form. He explains what the target areas are and what you should be feeling. He also rotates from person to person to give you time to do your thing but keeps checking on you to make sure everything is going okay. He does include tension releasing techniques/exercise's which is a huge plus if you have tension or pain in any areas. Bonus: He provided two meal plans. All in all, great experience!

He is a down to earth family man and very easy to talk to. David is also a great personal trainer with a lots of experience and patience. He is very mindful of you capabilities, and he personalizes trainings based on your goal and avoid injuries at the same time. I highly recommend this place.

I first…read morejoined for the Boot Camp and TRX style classes but found that my 50+ year old body was not responding to that so well, even though I was loving the workouts, so I decided to swap out a workout day for a day of yoga instead. I was intimidated at first. I have some, but not a lot of experience with yoga and the idea of doing it in a heated environment made me nervous. They have 60- and 90-minute classes. I started with the 60 min Yoga Basics class which is not a beginner class necessarily, its challenging for sure, but sticks to the more rudimentary poses and movements. It's a great class for all levels and the heated room was actually very nice. I was concerned I would feel like I was suffocating but that was not at all the case. It felt great and I was totally sweaty by the end of class. It's a damn good workout and everyone is very supportive and friendly. Since I've incorporated yoga 2 days a week into my regular routine and dropped the hard work outs down to only 2 days a week I'm feeling MUCH better. Less injury, more bendy, and continued to increase my strength. Bean and the gym staff are all great at what they do. Heather and rest of the yoga instructors are wonderful as well. I'm loving UFF and the range of options they offer! The only thing that I would warn anyone about is they are not super great at providing instruction in the boot camp and TRX classes. Most of the members are fairly experienced athletes and there's a lot of assumption that everyone knows what they're doing and what weight they should be using. In a class of 20+ people they don't have a lot of time to coach an individual person. I am not shy and will almost always ask for help if I'm not sure, but not everyone feels comfortable doing that. I can definitely say that when I have asked for help, I get wonderful feedback and assistance. If you're new at this type of fitness you can schedule a one-on-one with a trainer to help you sort out a lot of things ahead of time, so you don't hurt yourself during a class. 10/10 highly recommend!
