I'm really disappointed in the service I received today from who I believe to be the owner of this small business. For a place that's supposed to empower women, I'm thoroughly shocked that I was unable to try on items I was interested in purchasing. I've never walked out of a store and immediately cried because of how I felt. I walked in as a returning customer who has spent over $1,000 and was told I couldn't get sized because my name wasn't in the system & needed to make an appointment to be sized. No big deal, I then politely asked if it was okay to try on a few bras just to see how they fit on me since I went up in size and wasn't sure if the bra would look nice or not, I was told no. I told her I could show my previous card transactions to prove i've been there before and even went as far as to explain the person who had checked me out the last time I was there. I was told she doesn't work there anymore, and their system has changed so even if I knew the size I bought, I wouldn't be able to try on the bras. I think it's a very inconsiderate that you cannot try on a bra, which can look different on every person, if you have not shopped there before... which I have, many times. I'm not trying to take business away from this shop, I just want to warn the upcoming customers who may want to see what they look like in an item before purchasing it. Especially when it's an expensive item that should make you feel sexy and good about yourself. read more
