Every appointment I've scheduled has been canceled just hours before the appointment time--by the owner, Sue, herself. Despite repeated requests and a promise of a refund, I have not received one. I scheduled my next massage for August 29th. The owner, Sue, called me that day, stating she was sick. No problem, things happen, right? We rescheduled for the following week. That appointment was also canceled. Now for the last month and a half, I have gone back and forth with her attempting to get an appointment. I rescheduled each week, set an appointment, then found out day-of that she's canceling. She claimed to be sick the entire time and eventually canceled four times within a month. She didn't even call or text me to tell me, I had to reach out to HER to find out every time. What if I showed up at my scheduled appointment time like with any other business, instead of double-checking first? When I look at reviews, there were three posted during the time she was "sick". She took other clients but was "too sick" to take me? Last week, I decided I was tired of being dragged around and asked for a refund on the package. She ignored most of my messages, then eventually responded and said she'd "get to it later that day." A week has gone by and no refund. I've been nothing but polite and patient, but I've had enough. Since she hasn't refunded the package despite my requests, I filed a dispute with my bank. I have a full record of my conversation with her, showing every time she canceled and her refusal to give me a refund. I will be submitting all of it as evidence. According to the reviews here, I'm not the only person who's had to deal with this. Don't waste your money or time with this place.
