    Float tank

Found this place while at a conference in Riverside. Communication was great when I emailed some questions. The place was very clean and staff was sweet and engaging. I even did a tour of the other float options when I was done. I live pretty far but I want to go back and try the other float tanks and HOCATT machine! One suggestion would be to have a variety of tea. I really like hot tea after my float at a different place.

Pretty cool experience. The place is a very clean and simple set up. Went on a float with my wife and luckily they had both large pods available. The staff was super friendly and took the time to walk us through the whole process. We did not do the ice plunge or sauna but they looked nice. One thing I will say, I loved the showers before you float. Super powerful and loved that raining feature. Priced well enough to return as needed. Overall a pleasant experience, will return again.

awesome experience. clean facility. kind staff. Sucks that they're closing this location soon!

I really love this place! The environment, the staff, specially Louisa!! Always taking care of me. I did the mi they sauna challenge and noticed my HRV has improved. I also threw in a few cold plunges. The floats are amazing! Me and my daughter have done the floats and we both cried out first floats. Please go and enjoy, all while improving your health, mind, and body :)

Very relaxing ..seamless use of sauna, plunge pool, zero gravity floating pods...as well as showers. This place hits the spot ...any time of the week.

Glad I finally went today! It was so peaceful and relaxing just floating around in silence. There's a nice shower inside to use before and after floating. There's also other amenities like ear plugs, vaseline to cover cuts and scrapes (not recommended to float when you have open wounds, I'd imagine it would be painful ), bodywash/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, lotion, q tips, contact lens cases and eyedrops. My skin felt really nice after. It didn't prune or anything. Can't wait to go back!

I hate to write a not so great review. I typically float at another float place but decided to try here since it's a bit closer to my home. Unfortunately my whole 60 mins in the tank was not relaxing at all. There was a slow constant drip from the ceiling of the chamber that ruined the experience. Every time I'd start to drift off, I'd get startled with a water drop. I did bring it up to the front desk afterwards and was just offered an apology. She explained it was condensation because the weather outside is colder. But I've never experienced that at my normal float place. Needless to say I probably won't be back. Update. I was contacted by the owner and was offered an opportunity to come back and try and different pod. This visit I also did the sauna prior to the float. One word. INCREDIBLE!! I was Leary of the pods vs the tanks because I was afraid I'd be a little claustrophobic. Not at all. I actually enjoyed a smaller space more. I didn't seem to drift as much and really stayed still there whole time which allowed me to totally leave my body and RELAX! I will be back for another Flauna session soon!!

10/10 would go back…read more I really enjoyed my experience at this spa. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. Here's how to make the most of your visit with a Day Pass: Pack a tote bag with swim suit, dry clothing, fresh undergarments Mock Up Itinerary: Arrive by 12-1 pm, Leave by 6-6:30 pm Dry Services: 12:15-1 pm I recommend starting off at the Salt Cave for 30-40 minutes, then going into the Mind-Sync area where they have meditation and relaxation. Wet Services: 1:10-1:50 pm saunas first, then rinse off Sauna Tip: I always start with dry then go to wet spending 15 minutes in each one. 1:55-2:15 pm *Depending on what slot is available upon checking in, you can book 15 min Hot Mineral Water bath which was my favorite. Be ready in the waiting area 5-10 MIN before your appointment because they will not go around looking for you!! 2:30-3:30 pm Hit the pool. They also have mineral water pools outdoors no appointment needed. 3:30 Shower 3:45 Snack/Gym. I didn't do it but you might as well. 4:00 Go BACK to Mind Sync and try something new Additional Comments: Price: $160 pp (holiday upcharge) / I do not know the regular price but I believe it's $130 on weekdays Spa: women's spa area was a bit busy with groups of ladies. The hair products were running low, lotion as well. Showers around 6:30 pm were in busy rotation and some ladies had to wait for a shower. Visitors/People: Some visitors do come in groups and might not follow spa etiquette in terms of using their quiet voices but that's outside of the actual spas control and is a result of visiting on a holiday like I did. Check out: Can get a bit crammed up during the holiday weekend (I visited memorial weekend) so be mindful there are 3-4 people behind the counter and if you try to leave 10 minutes before they close you may be stuck waiting 10-15 minutes. I suggest planning to leave and checkout by 6:15 pm Meditation Area: The blankets in the mind sync area are very soft however they are reused so once you're done the staff will fold it and place it back onto the chair. They have headphones and they offer headphones covers for sanitary purposes, which is great. Food: They have a cafe and a food service window by the pool area. I did not have the chance to try the food on site. You can also probably bring your own bev/snacks. They have oranges and nuts on site from what I remember.

We easily spent most of the day here enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer. The day pass is not cheap - $165 per person but you do get to enjoy quite a bit of options. The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.

Since this was my first float experience, that is what I expected and I had no comparisons. This was my experience... I wish I remembered his name- Bill (maybe?) He was a customer who ended up buying the lounge was very welcoming and informative. You can tell he really enjoyed and believed in the therapeutic aspects of floating. He explained everything in detail...took about 10 minutes to set me up for a successful float. I had my own locked private lounge which consisted of a shower, changing area and float chamber. I was impressed with the cleanliness and appreciated the provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and two different kinds of ear plugs. After entering the chamber of darkness and began floating, I did not feel claustrophobic at all, which was my concern. I think it helped knowing I was in a 7ft by 8ft chamber instead of the pod I initially expected. I floated for 60 minutes. It was like a scheduled nap without the guilt of doing anything. My only job was to just relax and be present in this moment. After the awkwardness of this new experience and being able to be completely still, I stopped feeling the water and air. It felt like my consciousness was suspended in a cloud. Only when I purposely moved was when I felt my body again. Surprisingly, I fell asleep and even more surprisingly, I learned I snore because my snoring woke myself up. Embarrassingly, my snoring was the only thing in that chamber with me. I wasn't quite sure what I thought of my first float experience. However, it wasn't until I went about the rest of my day that I started feeling the benefits of my float. I felt very chill, relaxed and centered, I had a sense of zen with me for a few days. Because of how I felt after, I am definitely going to return. It was like a great massage, but for your brain or consciousness.

It's been a long time since I've been to the K-spa or Korean spa/bathhouse…read more This was my first time at this location, which is near the Diamond Jamboree plaza. I got the body scrub and massage for $135 since it includes admission, which is normally $40. Prior to the service, they recommend you soak in the hot pool for approximately 20-30 minutes. The facility is separated with a women's and men's area, and once you enter, you pay for your admission or service, put your things into the locker, strip naked, and head to the shower area where you are required to shower before you do anything. For just the admission alone, you get access to a variety of saunas, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a common area with heated floors for relaxation. You get a time limit of 6 hours, which is way more than enough. At my appointment time, the workers, who are dressed in black bras and panties, call out your number (which is also your locker key number) and you head to the service area. The woman scrubbed off my dead skin for 30 minutes while applying a quick 5 minute facial mask, then had me shower off and come back. Next, she applied oil all over my body and gave me a mini massage which basically just loosened a few of my knots in my shoulder and back area. It was not really relaxing, but I only care about the results. :) Then she poured some type of warm milk all over my body, and poured some into my hand to wash my face with. She also shampooed my hair at the end... and I was asked to shower off my body again. I then headed to the common area where the co-ed saunas were and tried out the Salt room, the Forest room, Ondol room, Fire Room, and Ice Room for a short period. I spent a total of about 3 hours there with the service time included. Since I was short on time, I will get another service in the future, but come earlier to use the sauna rooms first, maybe try out their on-site restaurant, then get my service at the end and go home from there. I really enjoyed this day of pampering at the Korean spa. I just wished the guests weren't all on their phones and being loud. People were having full on conversations in the common area and whispering loudly in the sauna rooms. Technology has somewhat changed the Korean spa experience for me, which used to be more relaxing... but this was still great for the price. Happy spa day! Yelp Review #43- 2026

From a 4 to a 2.5 stars…read more I came here recently to relax for a few hours, get some reading done, get a massage, and dine in their kitchen. They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt rice bibimap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.
