First time floater and the experience was incredible. The facility was clean and homey. I never felt more welcomed with a nice tour and my obnoxious questions answered. Before entering the suite pod there is a beautiful shower with two types of shower heads. The waxy ear plugs they provide are easy to put on. Once entering the pod the music they play is soothing and the green light is subtle on the eyes it was all very relaxing. You don't necessarily need an appointment although it would be nice if you would like to request one of the bigger or smaller pods. The employee was very helpful, and explained everything very clearly. As soon as you walk in it feels very relaxing, the scents, and the overall atmosphere is extremely welcoming. If you meditate this would be an amazing experience for you. Even if you aren't involved in meditation, this would be a great experience. I had no clue what to expect, or how I would feel about it. It was so relaxing and very clean. If you have had any pervious injuries I seriously suggest coming here for at least a 60 minute session. The water inside the pod is warm which helps with the relaxation. Before and after you get inside you take a shower. You feel amazing afterwards, with a glow that lasts for a few days. They provide contact holders, tissues, ear plugs, warm towels, robes, slippers, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and a blow dryer. read more

My job can be very stressful and my days can be long so I decided to give gloating a try after hearing of all the great health benefits, including stress relief. Upon arrival, the aroma heightened my senses and calmed my mind. The staff was quite welcoming and Joe helped me out with everything I needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the rundown, as it was my first time, he also answered all my questions. The facility was very clean and the ambiance was that of zen and relaxation. Almost every thing you need is provided which makes it an easy escape after a long day. The temperature of the water was perfect and I liked how you can set the light at your desired level. I chose to turn the lights all the way down and experienced a deeper meditation/relaxation. The sound proof walls of the suite gave way for a ASMR type of underwater acoustics that helped lull me into a meditative state. The hour and a half was over before I knew it and the water gently woke me. After floating, I instantly felt rejuvenated. It made me feel cleansed on more than just the surface level. I immediately felt more calm, relaxed, and ready to take on the night. I highly recommend trying float therapy, and when you do decide to do it, you should do it here. My wife and I came here for the first time 2/20/20. What an awesome experience! This was our first time ever trying float therapy. We were greeted when we walked, check in was a breeze, then we were shown to our pods. After giving us a brief but very informative walk through and floating suggestions we were on our way. My experience was awesome in the pod. For me it took just a few minutes to let my body get fully relaxed and let the water keep you afloat. Total relaxation and calmness sweeps over you. We drove from Palm Springs to Redlands for this experience and we WILL definitely be going back. The drive was well worth the experience. read more

Did not really know what to expect going in but, all I can say is I'm definitely coming back. When we first walked in the owner Joe gave us a nice tour through the facility giving us a little info on each of the float pods. The whole place was super clean, well kept and I was surprised with how big each of the float pods were. All of the rooms were private with the pods in the center of the room and a lovely infinity shower right next to the pod for you to use pre and post float. The actual float itself was an incredible experience that you must try! You lose sense of time during your float and if you have the lights completely off during you lose your sense of space as well. I definitely felt more energetic and relaxed after our session, overall it was like a big reset button for my body. As a nurse I highly recommended to those with muscular and skeletal issues. As a person recommended to those who want to try a new relaxation and stress relief method! P.S. to say the owner Joe is an incredible human being does him no justice. I've been doing my research on places to relax since I run a busy law firm. I found this place though yelp so I decided to try it to prepare me for my long week. I invited my sister (who is claustrophobic to try it with me )from the moment we got there joe was very welcoming. He took the time to explain what we were doing and also all the health benefits. I really just went in for a moment of silence, however I left feeling relaxed and at peace . The facility is very clean andas high end equipment ,even the shower is an experience . They have different options to choose from for the floating therapy. I chose the larger tank and turned off the light completely , it was so relaxing I felt in touch with my mind and body I swear I could hear my heart beat . I ended up spending about two hours floating and I firmly believe I could have slept there . The water temperature was perfect and I never felt cold. When the session was over my body had lost all the tensión i had been carrying for god knows how long. My sister tried the smaller capsule since she is claustrophobic and enjoyed her time , she looks forward to coming back as well. I'm glad I found a place where I can relieve all my stress. read more

Again I had another great experience at Float Evolution. I had a 90 minute float today, and this insomniac actually fell asleep in the water. He is simply amazing, such a welcoming and knowledgeable man. Every time I go for a float, I feel as though I was the first person ever to use the facility, it is so clean and fresh. I have floated at a few different locations, but this was by far my best float. The staff was very knowledgeable, and the facility was not only immaculate, but the design was tranquil and relaxing. There is a discounted rate for first time floats, and different options for monthly package memberships vs per session as well. I will definitely be back. It is fantastic to find a float location close to Riverside that has hours that work for my crazy schedule. Joe has a beautiful place set up and a very kind and calm persona. When you go in here you feel taken care of and not rush. I absolutely loved how floating made me feel, I forgot myself and the world around me for just a little while. Time was different. I've had absolutely no pain in my entire body for the last 24 hours. My husband and I have heard a lot about floating and the therapeutic effects it has on the body. We decided to try and it and we are so happy we did! Joe, the owner, was so nice. The spa is very tranquil and comfortable. The floating was amazing! We tried an hour, however, we will be doing 90 mins next time. My body relaxed enough on our visit that my neck adjusted itself during my float. It was a mini adjustment but enough for my neck to feel better. Both my husband and I felt relaxed afterwards. Next time, we will arrive a little early and relax in the waiting area which is very cozy. It is also nice to stay a while afterwards to bask in the float afterglow. Floating is our new happy place! I tried Float Evolution our Sunday evening and I don't think it's possible to say enough great things about my experience. I suffer from chronic lower back pain and haven't had much luck with chiro or physical therapy. This is the first thing I've done where I haven't had pain start to come back within two to three hours. The one hour float left me feeling great well into the next day with just one treatment. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere with a very friendly staff, can't remember the gentleman's name. Everything was explained in such a way as to where it is super easy to understand. Joe was amazing- walked us thru everything and answered all our questions. It was clean and very nice inside. I did the float tank suite- I got a bit nauseated near the end and joe took the time to explain to me that it may have been due to the suite- with it being big it's hard for you to understand where you are. He took the time to show me the pod in comparison to the suite and explained why I may be feeling sick- toxins removed or because of the large space it may have been hard for me to orient myself in the suite which made me feel nauseated. Not sure if this is a thing for me- but it was relaxing and I'm glad that I tried it. If I do decide to do another float I would rtn to float evolution.
