My cuticles were flooded on both toes and hands and the lady doing my toes filed it so hard it hurt and started to bleed. On my hands the gel chipped one day later. I called and asked to come in to get it fixed, went in, showed the manager who then proceeded to argue with me and told me I was a hard customer and said that giving discounts justified the lack of quality work done. I would not recommend going here and will not be returning.
