I first went inside the health center that shares a parking lot and called the office when I couldn't find it. They were very friendly and helpful in getting me to the right place which is just around the other side of the health center building. Once I arrived, I was brought right in for pre-exam because I had filled out the new patient form already through their website. Dr. Cho was very thorough in her examination. She would explain each of the tests so I had an understanding of what she was looking for-which I appreciated. After the exam, I had a question about contacts and Dr. Cho explained what that process would be like to me in detail. I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. I came in for the exam only, as I had already picked out a pair of glasses through a manufacturer that I was interested in buying from directly. For those looking to purchase glasses at the office, their selection appeared to be large and of good quality. I can't really think of anything that could be improved in my visit to Dr. Cho's Optometry office. I chose this place because of the 5-star ratings, and I made a good choice, as should you. I never felt "rushed" to get in an out like some optometry offices make you feel like a number. Dr. Cho paid very close attention during my exam. My eyes have some unique problems, and she also had some good points and recommendations for me that no other optometrist had mentioned before, and I've been seeing optometrists with my contacts for 20+ years. Went for an eye exam and was attended immediately and politely by front office staffs. They gave me a tablet-notebook to fill my patient details (blissful, considering writing 6-7 pages of your history in 5 mts). It showed at the very beginning, how they cared and also up to date with technology. I was taken for various small tests by the interns. Yes you heard right, interns. But much to my astonishment, they were really smart and as polite as everyone else. Hadn't they told that they were intern, i wouldn't have figured it out. They were good! Having encountered all these people prior to meeting Dr. Cho, it sort of elevated my level of expectation for Dr. Cho herself. And yes, she did live up to that expectation. Dr Cho was a real professional and caring too. Seldom you see such combinations. Not only she took all the time(and care) to exam the eye, but also asked my common complaints, history of my eye sight, reading, computer habits, eating habits and all those things that's a little away from the context. Importantly she wasn't rushing up just to attend more patients. It was more quality rather than quantity!! read more

Dr. Cho and her team are great. She is thorough, fun to interact with, and most importantly I feel she genuinely cares about her clients. As an example, when I came to her as a new patient, she took some time to get to know me and my interests/hobbies. Although at the time, I was comfortable with my current brand of contact lenses, she recommended I try some brands with UV protection for all the time I spend surfing. We found a lens that performs even better than my previous brand while offering additional protection from the sun. Dr. preformed a very thorough eye exam and wrote a perfect prescription that accommodated my astigmatism. I've had multiple glasses in the past that were way too strong but the doc gave me something that felt right. Easily the best experience I've had with an optometrist. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating even though I arrived a few minutes late. I hardly ever write reviews but Dr. Cho and her team definitely deserve a 5 star rating. This is my first time to have an eye examination. I feel quite great with Dr. Cho. She is very beautiful and kind. She will tell you what she is doing and is patient with your questions. You can make appointment very easy and the reception(I forget her name) is very helpful. I could complete the paperwork easily online. I also like the surroundings there, very quiet and convenient. Dr. Cho is the most professional optometrist. I've been to the bigger companies like LensCrafters (creepy old men) and smaller boutiques (try to push products on you) and Dr. Cho outperformed them all! I came in for an eye exam only since I needed new contacts. She did a very comprehensive eye exam and did all different tests that I never had done before, such as testing my peripheral vision and testing at what point I begin to see double. She even took the time to pluck out a couple of in-grown eyelashes that she somehow found. Her office is full of technologically-advanced equipment. Most notably, she uses an HDTV screen instead of a big piece of poster paper for her Snellen eye chart. I must admit, I was going to just get my contact prescription from her and then go straight to 1-800-contacts to order my new contacts, but she was so professional and competent, I went ahead and ordered contacts from her, knowing her customer service would be top-notch (and it was!). She always followed up asking if the contacts worked well for me (for fit and for vision correction) since my prescription jumped up a lot. After my exam, I browsed her contemporary and stylish frames. I wasn't ready to buy new glasses yet and she didn't try to push the frames on me. She did a good job of choosing very stylish frames, however. She also knew the pricing very well for different types of insurance. Her hours are great and her office is the only one open past 5pm in the shopping square. That shows her great work ethic and understanding that some people work 9-5pm and can't get their vision tested until after work. I had a very pleasant eye appointment with Dr. Cho. I scheduled my appointment online and it was very easy to get in on a Saturday. I received a confirmation a few days later via email and her staff called to remind me of my appointment the day before my appt. I filled out my history form on the website so when I came in, I went straight into the exam room. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork, which was awesome! Dr. Cho is very knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. After my exam she even helped me with my insurance and told me that I should use both of my insurances. I needed both contacts and eye glasses so she explained to me how to save some money by using one insurance for contacts (since it covered more) and the other for glasses. I ordered a year's supply of contact lenses and a new pair of designer glasses for a lot less than what I was expecting to spend. Woohoo! Also, she had a good collection of frames. Best of all, she even fit my husband in for an eye exam so we didn't have to come back. I would definitely recommend Hannah Cho Optometry. Convenient, fast and good service. read more

I, in fact, will use your services again, and I have already recommended your optometry services to my family members, friends, and co-workers. For anyone that is not familiar with Hannah Cho's Optometry practice, here is a brief rundown. Professional demeanor: Excellent. The way that Optometrist Hannah Cho presents herself to her clients is very respectful in the utmost matter. This is not my first time visiting an optometry center, and I can tell you first hand that not all optometrists show the same friendly and courteous manner which Dr.Cho displayed. As I went through the usual eye exam that I have grown accustomed to (bad eyes), Dr.Cho would stay engaged to ensure that I was at all times comfortable and informed as to what was going on. Any questions that I asked were all answered with an informative response. Accordingly, I find that her knowledge of the human eyes, glasses, contacts, to be at the same level of what I can only imagine optometry professors at universities would possess. Conclusion: After being in the care of multiple optometrists in my life, I can honestly say that Dr.Cho is at the top, if not the top of the best optometrists list. Her prices are more than reasonable, her optometry office location is rather easy to find, and there was never any pressure put onto me to buy anything, which I can't say for so many other optometrists. I feel like I would be in good hands at this optometry office and I will continue using Dr.Cho as my optometrist. This review is so long overdue. I originally meant to write one, when I first went to see Dr. Cho over 5 years ago. She was very pregnant at the time, and it was clear she was pretty tired, yet she still took the time to give me on of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had. She is professional, has a great bedside manner, and to this day, is the only person I trust to help me pick out frames for my face. Trust me when I say that the latter is a very big deal because I have a large head and a round face, and it is very difficult to find frames that are both functional and stylish. Then last year, I met Dr. Wong on December 31. I had tried to get an appointment that week and they were fully booked. I ended up going to a random place just to use my VSP allotment to get some sunglasses, but I instantly had a bad feeling and left. I called For Eyes again and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. When Dr. Wong was giving me what I thought would be a routine eye exam, he noticed pretty quickly that something was amiss. He dilated my eyes and thought I might have a detached retina and was concerned I would need surgery that day. He insisted that I see a retina specialist, which I honestly thought would be a long shot because it was NYE, but I listened as he called doctors he knew for 20 minutes and pretty much called in favors and got me an immediate appointment. While this was happening, Dr. Cho helped distract me by helping me pick out what is now my favorite pair of sunglasses. Long story short, I was sent to a specialist where I spent another 3 hours, and while I didn't need surgery, he was correct that my eye was indeed hemorrhaging and I did get diagnosed with a pretty serious eye condition. If it weren't for Dr. Wong's insistence that I needed immediate medical attention, I could have eventually lost my eye or suffer permanent vision loss. I am forever grateful for Dr. Wong and Dr. Cho for creating a space that isn't just professional and full of expertise, but one where I feel like I'm more than just a number. As an added bonus, the facilities are clean and modern and they have a great selection of frames. read more
