The studios themselves have the best views out the windows which I think adds a lot to the class. My favorite class I've been is the heated class on Sundays with Chelsea and it always helps me feel ready for the week. Chelsea is also a wonderful teacher who makes sure everyone feels comfortable during the class.

I've only been going here for about 3 weeks now and so far it has been good and I have enjoyed the classes I have taken. It's not gimmicky like some chain yoga places that really emphasized fitness and looking a certain way rather than the mind body connection. I also like how this studio is set up, and I enjoy going in the mornings as it's much more relaxed and not as many people which helps with my anxiety a lot. It's warm and you hold gentle stretching positions for 5-10 min using blocks, bolsters, and blankets. They'll even tuck you in and you can just relax your body and mind.
