The studios themselves have the best views out the windows which I think adds a lot to the class. My favorite class I've been is the heated class on Sundays with Chelsea and it always helps me feel ready for the week. Chelsea is also a wonderful teacher who makes sure everyone feels comfortable during the class.

It's warm and you hold gentle stretching positions for 5-10 min using blocks, bolsters, and blankets. They'll even tuck you in and you can just relax your body and mind.
