This is probably my favorite yoga studio in the area. I come here through classpass which is super convenient. The facility is always clean and has a very peaceful feeling when you walk in. The studios themselves have the best views out the windows which I think adds a lot to the class. My favorite class I've been is the heated class on Sundays with Chelsea and it always helps me feel ready for the week. Chelsea is also a wonderful teacher who makes sure everyone feels comfortable during the class. read more

I attended a restorative yoga session at One Yoga. I hoped that the session would help me relax and unwind for the evening. I noticed the near 5 star rating and thought I'd be in for a treat. I was extremely disappointed. The studio seemed to be very disorganized and the session wasn't very relaxing, at all. There was loud noise from the gym on the other side of the door and lots of banging upstairs. The music in the studio was very loud and initially was very upbeat. I assume it was an attempt to drown out all of the other anticipated noise. It wasn't a good experience. I'm disappointed. read more

I've done 2 classes of prenatal yoga here and everyone I've met is very sweet, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The two yogie teachers that I've had have both been very good. It's also great looking out into a park during the class, can be quite calming or entertaining depending on what's going on out there! The studio is very clean and there's lots of equipment for everyone to use. You can also hire mats and towels if you forget yours. Right now they have a $40 for 30 days special which is what I'm on. read more

Beautiful studio in a perfect location with great instructors. I purchased a 30 days for $40 pass and went every day, some times twice a day. The instructors are very knowledgeable and there is a range of different levels and classes. They gave me a swipe card that I used to swipe in to classes, and I loved that the instructors were at the front to greet you before class by name. I am not sure how their monthly memberships work, but I loved popping in and out of classes whenever I wanted (rather than having to pay in advance for a specific class and committing ahead of time, as in ClassPass). The community is very open and welcoming, and the lockers are very clean. I only wish they provided towels. However, I am not continuing with OneYoga, as ClassPass is a better option for me. Since I am a student, I only want to commit myself to one class a month-but this would cost me $20 at OneYoga vs. $10 via ClassPass. If I am going to pay so much for a membership, I want more variety in my workouts. If you really want to become a yogi, though, OneYoga is the place to do it! read more

My second favorite yoga studio in Denver. It's super clean, their rates are reasonable and teaching styles very approachable. They have lots of beginner classes. I haven't gone on a week night, but the weekend classes were never too crowded. It's typically about 8-10 yogis with plenty of room to spread out. A good mix of seasoned and new yogis of all ages and sizes. I've taken the heated Power 2 and Ashtanga based classes. Their level 2 classes do assume some prior knowledge of basic sun salutations and poses, but they're very doable for level 1 yogis. The flow is not too challenging and the majority of the poses are basic. It's a good mix of slow breathing, strength, balance and restorative. I do appreciate their attention to alignment, without spending too much time in any given pose. This is less "workout" focused than Core Power or Sumit. Another comparison, while Kindness Yoga is still my overall favorite, their level 2 classes can be intimidating when you see people pop into advanced inversions like there is nothing to it. You don't see much of the show-offy stuff at One Yoga. I just wish their classes were longer than 60 minutes. Just as you get warmed up and flowing it's time for Savasana. I need at least 75 minutes! Otherwise this would be five stars. read more

The three rooms are very nice. They are clean and have lovely views. All teachers are excellent. The classes on Saturday​ morning with David​ Hatch need to be in a larger room. It sometimes is a bit close and although David​ is exceptionally accommodating​​, too much closeness makes it difficult to stretch​ out over the confines of the mat and so he can only teach with certain postures. That would be my only​ concern, though it is a concern only because SOO many enjoy his class that the room is small sometimes.! We can only say that it is wonderful to have so many people enjoy yoga by David​ Hatch. I would like more beginner and gentle classes. Love​ love, love the restorative with Beth Sanchez​. One of the best studios in the area. Incredibly clean and offers many workshops and a variety of classes. I've taken a few classes and every teacher has provided a phenomenal experience. Perfect for anyone new to yoga or someone who has been practicing for years. The teachers truly know how to teach and will help you deepen your practice. Proper form is important when practicing yoga and these teachers truly know how to provide the correct verbal cues and adjustments. Highly recommend giving this studio a try. read more

One Yoga..... ah I love you. I was on a quest to find a great non corporate studio and One Yoga met all my needs. The studio is clean. They have props galore. The real topper here is the instructors. Every instructor is well versed with tons of experience. I go several times a week and have never had a bad experience. They offer so many different types of classes, it's hard to find one that you wouldn't like. Additionally, their workshops are amazing. I LOVE THIS PLACE! After attending OneYoga for a few months, I have only grown to love it more. This is the first workout that I actually wish I could do every day and I get excited for! For my first visit to the studio, I attended a community class ($9 - Sunday at 9:00 am) which non-members can attend. I suggest this as a way of trying out the studio if you are unsure. The first person I met here, Kourtney, was so sweet and really made my decision to become a member quite easy. I have tried several classes, but I have found that the Power 2 heated classes are my favorite, but I like knowing that I can go to other more gentle classes as well. The teachers are all different and inspiring...I can't really pick a favorite... all I know is that each time you will leave very sweaty and feeling great! read more

I was looking for a supplement to cycling and also something to help ease the lower back tightness that comes with hunching over for hours on end while cycling. Having never done yoga before, I was a little unsure of the whole experience. Would it be helpful? Would I enjoy it? Do guys really do yoga? Yes, Yes and Yes. I found the experience to be positive. The studio itself is nice and has plenty of room. They offer a wide array of classes for all levels ... which are posted on the website. This yoga studio makes me feel like I have come to the land of milk and honey for my mental sanity! I did Kirtan with Gitali on Sunday and was transported into a space of pure love and compassion. The studios are so beautiful, filled with grace and Ahimsa. I have a hard time with yoga. I don't like yoga (usually). Being flexible and bendy (not my best attributes.) I also don't like studios who act super zen, but the energy doesn't match the perceived effort they are giving off. One yoga is congruent, and has authentic flow to me. What it is, is how it presents itself. This is very comforting to me as yoga is such a vulnerable and whole hearted practice. TY Gitali for a magical night of chanting.
