Everybody is incredibly accommodating and welcoming from the owner to the instructors to the people at the front desk. The studio is always so clean and has everything you could need including rental yoga, mats, and yoga mat cleaning spray. They also offered 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher trainings that are registered with the Yoga alliance and are highly respected in the Denver community. It seems. The studio has a very spiritual feeling and is a great place for exploration of seekers The studio also offers a wide variety of workshops and events throughout the year. I love the wide variety of times and class selections to choose from. I attended a Hatha class this morning and an All Levels Vinyasa last week. They also have Nidra classes, which are delightful if you've never tried it but totally unlike any yoga you've probably tried before. The studio space is full of light and is warmly decorated. It is also consistently very clean and they have lots of props available to borrow.

It says a lot about the business that it "walks the walk" so to speak--they not only talk about inclusivity and accessibility in a messaging/signaling way but, more impressively, make inclusivity and accessibility a reality with its pricing structure. Not many business owners are willing to reflect their values where it really impacts their business--through their revenue/pocketbook. This studio is aesthetically beautiful. I love the exposed brick and the plants. While not a hot yoga studio, it's a studio that will make you feel relaxed. We went around and shared our names, and that made it feel like a little community. I haven't experienced that in a yoga studio in Denver. Mats are available to borrow, free of charge. I love that. Way to go!!

The classes are warm, mixed with weights = you leave a sweaty mess (in a good way). You need to bring your own mat and water bottle. I suggest getting there early if you need to change because the fitting room gets crowded. Also at the end of the class the fitting room will be full so take your time leaving!

I took a power yoga class and was a little nervous Intel. I showed up and realized every class is welcoming of all levels. The studio was incredibly clean, including the yoga mat that I borrowed. If you forget your mat, they are available to rent. Props like yoga blocks, yoga, straps, blankets, and bolsters are available at no charge. This studio has a strong community atmosphere, and is not intimidating. I think this is an excellent place for people continuing their practice or just giving yoga a try for the first time.
