Loved the atmosphere on the patio. Food was good. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. I would eat here again.

Nachos with the $2 add on for chicken. 1/2 quart of sour cream.

the food was good we had nachos and a burger that was amazing, and the sound system -3 stars for the bartender who was extremely rude to more people then just myself. When I asked about the specials of the night and to see a list of what they offer she quickly retorted "we don't have a list it changes all the time. We have fireball shots for $3" I asked if that was all they had and she seemed exasperated that I even asked. I'm sorry but if you can't take the time to print a sheet of paper everyday with your specials on it then you should be prepared for people to ask about them. Same thing with the beer list. Further more this is a small town if you haven't seen a person before maybe say hello and give your name and maybe a menu??? We stood by the door awkwardly for a minute before we decided to just seat ourselves. This woman who's name I did not get should not be the face of the bar perhaps locked away in an office where she can be rude to the walls. One other thing I found to be quite odd considering it was 8:30pm on a Friday is that there was 2 young boys there 8-12yo 2 separate family's. Swear words blaring from the speakers drunk people stumbling around.... not a place I would EVER bring my son. The nice guy that brought our food out was very accommodating asked if we needed anything else and even check in on us to make sure the food was good and it was! 5 stars for him!! Bottom line: probably will not be back. Wouldn't recommend based on this visit. Good food. Limited selection (vegetarian options) Good sound system CRAPPY bartender Good food delivery guy Not so clean environment Kitchen is outside so if there is inclement weather they will not take food orders.

Laid back atmosphere with a great beer selection. Limited food menu; burgers sandwiches, and brats are on the menu. Off the menu they were serving jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzels and 12" pizzas. The pretzel was great. It was soft with the right amount of salt and spicy. The chicken sandwich with cheese, bacon, jalapeños was great. The jalapeños were fresh and way hotter than expected. If you like heat, add jalapeños. Only four stars because they served craft beer in a bottle; not with a glass. Yep I'm a beer snob.

They have horse parking just in case

They now have bud light on tap and fresh salads on their menu. I like to make it down at least once a week to see what kind of new beers they have on their big tap beer board. They also have live music every weekend, which my girlfriend loves. If it's your first time, the flood burger is a must try. If your feeling frisky try the one with a chicken breast on the burger. Wow just wow!

He was quick and helpful and seemed to have a great rapport with the regular customers. The beers were ok. I tried 8 different ones. My favorite was the Frost Bite. A mint chocolate oatmeal stout. It was very good. Their blood orange ipa was especially good as well. Their honey red "cream ale" is definitely not a to style cream ale so heads up if you're ordering it expecting a cream ale. Their peach blonde was pretty good as well. I wasn't a big fan of their Mexican lager taco matic and the peanut butter blonde. I'd probably try the cherry Belgian strong again as well. Overall they do have some good beers and some that I wouldn't try again. But they're worth supporting!! I wish they would have something that talked more about their beers. As a brewer I'm interested in some of the ingredients they used in their brews so I can understand more of what they are shooting for flavor and style wise.

Perfectly fresh, perfectly fried, and somehow managing to strike that ideal balance between a crisp, golden exterior and a rich, melty center, they absolutely blew me away. Every bite tasted fresh, hot, and made with care. I kept waiting to find a cheese curd somewhere in Wisconsin that could top them--and honestly, I never did. I've eaten cheese curds from places that Wisconsinites consider legendary, and Windfall's still sits at the top of my list. If you're a cheese curd lover, do yourself a favor and order them. They alone are worth the visit. Five stars without hesitation, for the food itself. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the service. We've had a few waitresses who came across as rude or dismissive, which takes away from an otherwise excellent experience. That said, the food always comes out very quickly, and the cheese curds are genuinely unforgettable.

Until I realized they must have gotten frustrated with the long wait to be seated. I mean 10 minutes at 2PM. It's not busy. Then after being seated there was an additional about 15 minutes for my order to be taken. The wait for the food nearly drove me to walk out. I was ready to walk out when the burger finally came. Not worth the wait. It was dry. The onion rings were okay though. I should have left. Not coming back.

They have also somewhat recently added other options besides beer, but they don't have alcohol. Check out their latest menu update. The food isn't much, just pizza, popcorn, and tinned fish, all of which I think are priced too high, especially the tinned fish -- it's wild. There's a lovely back patio and another covered area behind that for people to sit and chill. There's lots around to do here, such as an oddity shop, Sie Film Center, City Park, other restaurants nearby, and more that I'm forgetting I'm sure.

The interior is dark with cozy bar stools and tables inside for sipping beer. Bruz Beers (a play on the Belgian Bruge) has an extensive menu. I got the bartender Tim's recommendation for my first beer. It was their dubbel, which is a dark abbey style ale. It was very tasty and not overly heavy. I wanted to try one more and am a big fan of sour beers. The grape saison (only available at Colfax location) is tart and fermented with Gewürztraminer wine grapes. It was also very good with the right of sour and not overly sweet. The bar has some snacks for purchase like popcorn and meat sticks. I guess they normally have food trucks offering different types of cuisine. There are bathrooms just outside the taproom shared with R&R head labs and another business. Just ask for the code as they require one for entry. The parking is challenging as the bar is just south of Colfax on York. You can find street parking.
