Awful business. They never answer the god damn phone. Trash customer service. Even when you are in the store they don't help.

We were looking for engineered wood floor . Found the right color and material in Floor & Decor Saugus. Called their customer service if they can ship similar one to Nashua Store since my contractor could pick up for free. The customer service said if I go to store they can get a store to store transfer. Went to store and they said they won't do a store to store transfer No problem. We looked around, found the perfect shade , material etc. It was box packed with transparent cover. Looks great. Ordered and said we would pick up within 7 days. Came home and checked online.... the color is completely different Went to the store again. They checked and said -- Sorry it was upside down so I could see the back color ! No problem. Cancelled and Ordered another one. All verified, color ok. Even before I reached home, they called -- sorry, we made a mistake. It is not in stock ! This Nashua, NH Floor & Decor store shipped me extremely damaged tile, every single tile I received was cracked or shattered, in which I sent them several photos. They still left me with a 400lb pallet of damaged tiles that sat in my driveway until I had to load it on my own truck, drive 30 minutes to a recycling facility, and pay $43 to dispose of it. This was a major waste of time and money which delayed my project, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Although I was refunded for the product, I asked to be reimbursed, or at least be given store credit for the $43 recycling fee which I have the receipt for, and had to dispose of myself. I gave them an opportunity to extend some reasonable customer service courtesy, for sending me completely damaged and unusable product, that delayed my house project, and this store was rude on the phone, and even hung up on me. I did not inquire about how the tile was damaged, but they offered no explanation or reason, and it was not discussed. The tile was received on a large pallet that was secured tightly with metal straps. I find it hard to believe every single sheet of tile was damaged during the 90 minute drive from Nashua, NH to my house. My Wife and I were crushed when we saw all the broken tiles, we really wanted this tile, we went out of our way to get it, and even paid the large $170.00 price tag for the shipping. The tile work was starting the next day, so we had to settle for a different tile. The folks at the store were very rigid, had no empathy for my Wife and I's situation, they stuck to the fact that reimbursing me was enough, and would offer no other customer courtesy for us not being able to use the tile we had our hearts set on after picking it out at the store, or the project delay this damaged product cost us, as well the time and money I spent to dispose of the damaged tile that was dropped off in our driveway. By the end of the conversation, I would classify their behavior as a power trip, and not customer friendly. I think that says it all about this store, and the corporate office who wouldn't handle the situation either, and actually connected me back to the Nashua store who was rude to me. In the end, it was us, the paying customer, my Wife and I who wasted our time picking out the tile, and delayed our project, and spent our time and money to dispose of the damage product Floor & Decor sent us and left in our driveway. read more

The store itself is very nice, the people working there are very friendly, and there is a good selection. But please be aware the return policy is absurd, and in my opinion the product itself not great. In 2 of my 3 visits to the store I observed a customer arguing about a return. I admittedly assumed the customer was being unreasonable...until I ran into my own issue. Without going into too much extra detail of my encounter, effectively it took 3 managers, 2 days, pictures and emails to issue a refund for a defective product. The defective product (rolls of wrinkled flooring underlayment) was unusable, but there was no way to know that until I removed it from its packaging and attempted to use it. I was told the issue in receiving a refund or replacement was that the product needs to be in "re-sellable" condition. There was no disagreement that the product was defective (kind of hard to know the stuff is junk until you remove it from the packaging and try to use it!). One might think there is more relevant information to this story than that...but effectively there isn't. Basically the store has an "all sales final" policy unless you happen to strongly argue your case. Ultimately I did get a refund, but there is no way I should have gone through those conversations and that process. Separately, though the defective product was underlayment, the flooring itself was far from good. I have installed many other floors of this type from other big box stores, without these challenges. We purchased tile grout from the Nashua, NH store. We specifically asked for an epoxy grout. However, upon installation we discovered that despite our request we were sold Spectralock 1 grout which is NOT epoxy. This information is in the product description although it is not easy to find. I am not commenting on the properties or performance of this product, only on the fact that we were misled in the store. read more

BUYER'S BEWARE OF THIS FRANCHISE! Ordered some flooring from this franchise that had to be shipped in from one of their other warehouses. When I went to pick up the flooring all of the boxes were opened and there was either severe damage to flooring or missing product from each box. The employee called management and they said someone else would have to take care of this and they were at lunch. They took my number and when they called said they could give me a $200 discount. Needless to say we are bringing back the entire order for a refund. What a disappointment after spending thousands, and waiting for this flooring. On Jan 20,2023, I purchased 16 boxes of Gunstock Oak Wood Flooring Floor and Decor in Nashua, NH Store 237. Floor and Decor delivered all 16 boxes to my address. I noticed that one of the boxes was wrapped up in clear tape. I thought nothing of it. Maybe the box got damaged. My contractor on February 27, began installing the flooring. He brought to my attention that the box that was wrapped, most of the wood looks like it was used. Some had nails, pencil marking and discolor. I brought the box back to the same place I made the purchase. The lady in the front counter asked me why I am returning it. I told her I received bad flooring. Before I can make the return, someone had to inspect it. Two men came from the back and inspected it. I told them I received the box as is. They proceed to ask me irrelevant questions, like what is the contractors name and does he know what he is doing. I told them "does it matter", I received used box. I WAS SO FURIOUS, I TOLD THEM NEVER MIND. One of the men asked me if I was sure. I said yes. Never will a spend another dime as this place again. They send out used boxes, and when the me the customer return it. They give me a difficult time. I posted pictures of the damaged product they sent to me. read more

WARNING**ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS RETURN POLICY** After 120 days, you must bring the leftover construction material back to the store, where they will look at and give you a slip of paper with a phone number to call where you can file an appeal to attempt to get store credit. It does not matter if you have a receipt, or if the material is unopened. I hauled 200 lbs of flooring up to and into the store, just to be given a slip of paper and be told to take it home. The flooring now belongs to the ReStore in Billerica (at least they helped me unload it!). BUYER BEWARE!! read more

Worst customer service imaginable. No one helps you and there's only one person at the checkout register. Every time I go in there the workers are standing around doing nothing. Large selection is the only plus. Return policy is also terrible. read more

if you are purchasing hardwood flooring from floor and decor understand they don't stand behind the quality of the product. You will not be able to return any defective flooring if it is 10% or less of your order, they consider this acceptable and that you should account for this when purchasing. So consumer do the math if you are doing 450ft. of flooring expect two box's to be not usable and there is nothing they will do about it. So just to calibrate you it cost me 350.00 to purchase replacement material. Lesson learned purchase your flooring from someone that stands behind there product. read more

My experience with this store was amazing. I purchased porcelain tiles for shower walls 2 1/2 months ago. I thought they were expensive but let it go. I needed 2 more boxes and when I got to the cashier, she told me the price and something didn't make sense. I asked her to check what the price was on my original order. Short story is she got her manager who checked out my order and gave me a rather large refund. They made me a customer for life. Not only did I get great tile but the way they handled the situation was with a high level of integrity. Can't thank the staff enough! read more

I was able to find someone to help me petty quickly with tile for 2 large backsplashes- they helped me find the right with grout and adhesive -- and also brought it out to my car. A bonus since one box was very heavy. There is a huge selection as well ! read more

Everything was fantastic. They helped advise what was needed to complete our project and colors to use for grout. Products are great, awesome selection, staff has been fantastic. We've been back 3 times! Will use them again!!! read more
