The lady I spoke to advised me to go to Home Depot with my measurements and get something there. I explained that I was looking for something that was custom made to fit the dimensions and not look like an "after market" product and she sounded beyond confused. Any business that wants to send you to Home Depot when they can make money in their own field is one I will stay clear of.

I had called and had to wait days only to hear that they never got my message. I did call the owner, Corey, who called me back and heard my concerns around the service department communication. I will say that every person that CFC has been sent to my house was courteous and knowledgeable however getting in touch with them to schedule a visit was more effort than expected.

The showroom is very tastefully done and surprisingly big inside with many displays and samples to see. Zumra and Lisa are both very professional and both were great help with our project. Zumra worked on our design and even came out to our house to take measurements and was there for our countertops template and installation. The service call went smoothly, two plumbers/technicians did get to the root of the problem and a new electronic board needed to be ordered. I was immediately charged $320 for a service call that lasted about an hour. Several days later two plumbers/technicians returned with the new electronic boards and some other items that needed to be replaced. I was presented with a bill/estimate for $2,100 with no itemization and when asked I was told their customers like things to be "kept simple." In this way they can supply as many technicians as needed without worrying about costs... Logic does not add up. So, they are competent and have fixed my problem, but I have issue with their honesty. You can make your own decision but, be sure to get a few estimates for your job.

They have a large selection of carpeting with experienced salespeople who can assist in selection by assessing your needs. I originally went in to look at hardwood (which they also sell) but my budget took me to carpet and I couldn't be happier with our selection. The pricing is reasonable, they have a wide range of pricing options, and they often have 12 month (or higher) financing available through a 0% credit card promotion. A recent promotion for 18 month financing prompted me to jump at my second room. The installers have been excellent in both circumstances. Very friendly, courteous and professional. They represent the company positively, performed the install with great care, and cleaned everything VERY well. They made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I feel that a company can be reasonably judged on how they handle conflict and I feel that Dean's does the right thing for their customers from my recent experience. I got an e-mail and mailer about a memorial day sale so drove an hour to get there and they were closed on the days of the sale. When I called after, Russell informed me of a miscommunication from corporate (they didn't know the sale was being advertised) and honored the pricing and financing rate for me. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR TIME, MONEY & ENERGY!…read more We mistakenly used our positive experience when merely buying chemicals at the Bemister's Hudson, NH location, to decide we wanted to have our liner replaced by them as well. We were directed to the Salem location for this sale. 1. Timeline...dates of install, lack of appropriate lead time to secure water delivery, etc....this led to more expensive water due to lack of lead time. We were notified on a Friday to drain our 32,000 gallon pool ( ourselves ) and to personally secure water delivery at a specific time 3 business days later. Having already waited weeks, we did our best. 2. Wrong Liner design installed, "a simple mistake.. " per owner, Darren. Which would have been ok if there was an ounce of compassion or customer service coming from him. 3. Lawn Damage...serious damage done to lawn from van being driven on property. 4. Dangerous methods of install...one person in unsafe conditions. We personally had to watch over the lone installer to ensure his hydration, safety, etc and constantly monitor him for heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Basically working a shift for Bemisters and Pool Liner company, cleaning up vomit in the pool and monitoring for health issues. The night ended in calling 911 to have the worker safely taken to a hospital for heat related health issues. Darren was kept in the loop as the events of this evening took place. Again zero compassion or concern for the installer, he literally said "It wasn't my fault he got heat stroke" and "Well, didn't he come back after leaving the hospital the next day and get it done?" All I have to say is thank God he was with us that day. I hate to think would could have happened if he was out there alone. 5. Cost of liner...was told $1200 and it was $1300. 6. Lack of appropriate response to calls/texts throughout the ENTIRE process. First contact was just shy of a year ago. 7. Trash and old liner was left in our pool area. This liner project was quoted at over 10k after adding separate installation and water fees. Darren was quick to sell then quick to wash his hands on any responsibilities. Only in the very end did he make any attempts to remedy this situation- and even with that, his excuses are endless and his poor communication continued to the point that we just agreed to pay half the balance owed, keep the wrong liner and fix our grass ourselves instead of going through another round of chaos and losing a complete summer and being frustrated.
