Our dryer was up and running in no time. But the thing that stood out was their guarantee and professionalism. The same dryer had an issue within 60 days and they came out and fixed it, quickly and easily without an extra diagnose fee. Major kudos and thanks to Collin.

Adam correctly diagnosed the second issue as a clogged water inlet valve, but the $129 diagnostic visit only identified the problem and quoted repair costs -- $385 for a new valve assembly plus installation -- rather than attempting any fix on-site. We ended up buying the OEM part ourselves ($133) and found the cold-water screen inside the old valve packed solid with sludge. (Adam also took a picture of this as he showed me, as well). A quick rinse under a sink tap likely would have resolved it. My husband installed the new part himself and the washer runs perfectly. I called Omega Force afterward to ask about this and was told diagnosing and quoting repairs -- not attempting minor on-site fixes -- is standard company procedure. Worth knowing before you book: you're paying for a diagnosis and an estimate, not hands-on troubleshooting. Good technical knowledge, but manage your expectations on what the visit actually includes.

(I usually wait until I have a full day of work for him each time.) Clearly, it is past their return policy of 30 days. I ordered online, but called to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my model cooktop. They recommended and sent the wrong part. So, I called today to see if I could send it back and get the correct part.* I wasn't asking for a refund. After speaking with a woman for some time I asked to speak with the owner. Don reiterated that I was calling more than a year past their return policy and that there was nothing he could do because he didn't know who I spoke with. It doesn't matter who I spoke with, it is his company and it's his policy. Reading the recent reviews it seems the current ownership/management has a few very unhappy customers. I'm one of them. We quickly searched up and then decided on getting a new one from a small business. After our in store visit and finding what we wanted, with a better warranty and price than the big company offered, we paid. We skipped the delivery and haul away as we are capable and I wanted to give the community a chance to part out the fridge (appliance parts are $$$$) for no cost. Also made it lighter for us taking to drop off for recycling. Fast forward 11 months, we decided our washer and dryer had been fixed enough times and it was time to upgrade. Again, we found better pricing and warranty at Appliance Depot. Our 3 appliances are doing great. The one service call we made, for the fridge, was soon after the request was made, repair person was timely, and we had a laugh at the user error that prompted the call to begin with. Fast forward again, and we need a microwave. Likely a dishwasher coming up too. We will be going back to Appliance Depot!

The technician - Eric - who came out to assess our washer was courteous, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. It took him between 30 and 45 minutes to examine our washer and determine one of its electronic boards had gone bad. The already expensive part was even more expensive thanks to tariffs, but this wasn't anything Mr. Appliance could control. Despite that, we still decided to have the board replaced instead of junking the entire washer. It took until the following week for the part to come in, but fortunately we had a follow-up visit booked as soon as they knew when it arrived. Eric came back and replaced the board without any problems, and even happened to notice that the outlet our washer was plugged into seemed to have a short that might have been why the board went bad in the first place. So now we have a fully working washer again (plugged into a different outlet!) and useful info on a related issue we hadn't anticipated. Eric was great, and the scheduling process (and subsequent notifications on estimated arrival) were precise, accurate, and helpful. This would be a five-star review, but the mandatory ~$150 service visit minimum definitely seems more expensive than average.

They also did not provide me with a quote for them to actually fix the issue. Despite not receiving a clear diagnosis or repair estimate, I was charged $150 for the service call. I requested a refund given the lack of useful service, but they refused. I feel the $150 was not justified based on the service provided. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company & will not be using them again.
