Unfortunately, we had to call for service several times. Each time technicians came out, they made a temporary fix and told us they would come back and repair it permanently once the correct part came in. We were told they would order the part and contact us to schedule the installation. When we eventually reached out to have the part installed, we were told the technician didn't know how to install that particular part. After multiple visits and assurances that the issue would be resolved, a manager ultimately told us they were not going to fix the problem and claimed it was somehow our fault that the oven was broken. To make matters worse, the manager refused to give me the contact information for anyone above her and was extremely rude during the conversation. After spending a lot of money and purchasing an extended warranty, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will never purchase appliances from Warners' Stellian again, and I share my experience with anyone I know who is considering buying appliances there.

The technician - Eric - who came out to assess our washer was courteous, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. It took him between 30 and 45 minutes to examine our washer and determine one of its electronic boards had gone bad. The already expensive part was even more expensive thanks to tariffs, but this wasn't anything Mr. Appliance could control. Despite that, we still decided to have the board replaced instead of junking the entire washer. It took until the following week for the part to come in, but fortunately we had a follow-up visit booked as soon as they knew when it arrived. Eric came back and replaced the board without any problems, and even happened to notice that the outlet our washer was plugged into seemed to have a short that might have been why the board went bad in the first place. So now we have a fully working washer again (plugged into a different outlet!) and useful info on a related issue we hadn't anticipated. Eric was great, and the scheduling process (and subsequent notifications on estimated arrival) were precise, accurate, and helpful. This would be a five-star review, but the mandatory ~$150 service visit minimum definitely seems more expensive than average.

I went to look for a rolling, plastic draw to keep supplies, lots of tape, bubble wrap, etc. Well, I went walking through to see everything. at his particular store address I had never been to. One man jumped out into the aisle and asked me if I needed help after greeting me cheerfully and kindly. I said, thank you, but I'm just looking around. I placed my purse in the cart and made sure it was visible. I was checking prices on my phone which I did take out of my clear to see purse to compare prices. Seeing that the price was cheaper else wear I continued to look at shelves. I did not see what I needed. I decided to check other stores in the area, so I decided to leave out of the same door as the one I came in and it also says also says to exit. I put my purse on my shoulder and thought should I leave the cart here for the next person at the door? No. I'll be kind and return it at the stack. When going out the door and alarm goes off. OMG! I thought my cart was stuck on the flat rug. I nearly push the back up trying to pull back and push a few times. Then , I noticed, the wheels froze at the doorway. Huh? I'm not even near the end of the property I thought. Until, one of the young ladies at the front desk runs over with some kind of remote and says, oh let me push this button. You're fine. Then, I finished returning the cart. I was upset. I did everything to let security see my purse. I practically walked in down the middle of the aisles. Empty cart. I was mad. I though I should not have to do this. Did the security take their eyes off me and decide to lock up my cart while I looked at items or when I walked in the door? I believe it was one of those. I know it was just for me, because when the alarm went off, a man walked right out the door with his cart and looked at my cart. I have to add, I am a black woman. Also, obviously there is a new way to stop grocery carts before people take off with the goods. I will never go there again. I did enjoy the enthusiastic guy in the back department in the middle.     Customer service is getting worse and worse in this country. The reason is that the staff hired…read moreisn't interested in working, nor are they trained. I've been trying to install a ducted exhaust fan in the kitchen under the counter for a month. GE's products are increasingly poorly made. Best Buy hires installers who have no idea what they're doing and don't care if they do it right. I asked BB not to send those people again, and they keep sending them. I finally decided to have them come and remove and disconnect the exhaust fan and credit me. That requires a technician to remove it from the wall and counter. To top it all off, they only send a truck driver to pick it up, and the poor guy obviously couldn't do it. I called BB for another unisntall and piock up and the employee did not do it. On the contrary, he was making fun of me or pulling my leg. He did not do anything as he said he was going to do.Totally disrespectful. Completely unprofessional. The guy that came said that he could not unisntall. I put two and two together and realized THEY SET ME UP WITH THE STORY THAT THEY COULDN'T DO IT AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO TALK TO BB SO BB WAS GOING TO CALL ME. Ni one call. It was a scam.
