I scheduled for them to come look at my floors to give me a quote. They gave me a date and then I received a call asking if it was a place to park because it just snowed days prior. I told that person I would make sure they have a spot. It seemed like she wanted to reschedule or something Then a day or two later I get an email stating the sales rep was all of a sudden sick. How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer. read more

I have tried multiple lawn service and they never did a thorough job! Makeda and her team did absolutely amazing work. I had my back yard cleaned out and other yard work. They did excellent work l. They painted my rusty railings on my porch and back steps and it looks brand new. Excellent service always! read more

This place was a lifesaver! I ran out of flooring to finish a room and after calling several local flooring places they had exactly what I needed to complete the job. I would have had to wait weeks to months and pay crazy shipping charges for a small amount of flooring needed if it weren't for these guys. Their price was fair and they were honest. They refunded me for some of the flooring when they inspected it before pickup and saw damage. I enjoyed my experience with them so much I ended up buying more of the same floor to complete another room. Pickup was quick at the rear of the building and the guys who loaded up my vehicle were very careful and professional. Their showroom was clean and organized. A lot of flooring places do not stock merchandise (with good reason upfront cost/space is an issue, etc.), but these guys have a big warehouse. The workers from this company are the best. However, the rest of the company is a consumer nightmare. They were unable to properly match flooring with stairs leaving us with staple riddled plywood on our stairs for 6 weeks while they attempted to correct this issue. We were encouraged to spend an excessive amount of money on bullnose for the stairs without advising us that landings would have a different edge leaving the stairs looking unprofessionally installed. We were promised that at the end of the installation, a supervisor would walk through to ensure our satisfaction. We are still waiting for that walk through. Too expensive for what they deliver, promises not kept and no interest in customer relations. read more

Very competitive pricing for quality name brands, unlike the flooring/carpet place that advertises on tv who had given me a much higher quote for unbranded carpeting. We had purchased from Floor Coverings International before and were very pleased with the quality and results so we recently went back and purchased carpeting for our stairs/bedrooms/upstairs hallway. We couldn't be more pleased. Our salesperson, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and gave helpful recommendations. The carpet is beautiful and appears to be a very good quality from a well known name brand. These guys are great. My salesman, Bill is a super nice guy. Very honest and makes you feel comfortable with everything he is telling you, from price to recommendations. Not like the sleezy salesmen from televised flooring companies. Their showroom is HUGE with a ton of selections or the salesman will bring samples to your home. (I did both). The installers arrived exactly when expected and worked extremely hard all day to install flooring and baseboards throughout my entire condo...moving (and replacing) all furniture along the way. And the pricing was perfect...exactly where I expected it to be...and much lower than others that I compared to in the area. I can not give a high enough rating to everyone involved.
