Great service and live my carpeting. Should have done it sooner. What a difference in my living space.

We worked with Janine at Floor Decor for new luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen and mudroom, a new carpet for our basement stairs, and a runner for our bedroom stairs. The service we received from Janine and Michael was outstanding. Janine was available and responsive for any of my questions. Michael came out to look at the stair noses and took the scrap pieces of carpet and bound them for us. They also upgraded the vent in our flooring to match the new floors. Their customer service was really outmatched- there's a huge value in being able to call or email and get a real person who can help you. I definitely recommend floor decor ! read more

This is the worst flooring company I have ever been to. The customer service was horrendous, came in to get a quote and the guy working was so incredibly rude. Do not buy from this place. He repeatedly stated " we aren't in the price game as you can see from our show room" the ARROGANCE. I guess he didn't want our money. You have to be really careful with flooring contractors. I feel that there is a lot of slippery( pun intended!) stuff that goes on behind the scenes. Are you getting the product you paid for? Will it be installed properly? Will they honor the warranty. Indeed, we had had a really bad experience with a prior flooring contractor, so we were really careful. We went to at least 12 flooring places, looking for the right product and price. The way Mike stood out was by straight talk, which most of us can identify. He was not full of hot air as many of he others were. It was not about the sale, but about the job. He found us the floor we wanted and installed it almost perfectly and then fixed the little problems without any fuss. Isn't that how it should be? read more

We needed to replace our bedroom carpet and were recommended to Floor Decor by a neighbor. Mike came to our home in short order, bringing samples to choose from that were within our desired price range. The price was right and the service we received was exemplary. The carpet came in promptly and the install conveniently scheduled. The install crew of 4 arrived right on schedule and proceeded to take care of everything. We were in awe as they seamlessly moved around large and heavy furniture, removed the old carpet and prepared the floor for the new carpet. The install was professional in every respect. Flooring contractors are a potentially tough bunch. I mean, you walk on floors every day so problems arise. So it is hard to know what you are getting and whether it is the right price. What I liked most about Mike was that while he was not the cheapest contractor, he was the most honest. It was like, "I can do well it for this much". That is the degree of professionalism that I would hope to find, but all too often in flooring you have to deal with fast-talkers. We had a very good experience at Floor Décor! We were looking for a tile that was unique and different and we had many options at Floor Décor. The staff was helpful, stayed in close communication and we love the tile we picked out! It was great that they had samples we could take home with us to see what would look nice. The only place we stopped by and needed for our kitchen floor to be removed and replaced,new carpeting in the living room installed.Mike the owner and his daughter Janine where very helpful and friendly.They called us when the product was there within a week and set up times for the 2 separate installs.Everything went great and the crew worked all day until the hard jobs where done.Cleaned up and where very polite to us.We couldn't have asked for a better experience from a "family" run business. read more

My wife and I replaced our old vinyl kitchen floor with tile, and a whole lot of old carpet with hardwood. Mike and his team were great to work with, and they definitely went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. The installers were very professional, always cleaning up after themselves. Is this the cheapest flooring place? Probably not, but you get what you pay for. The service and products are top notch, I would definitely recommend Floor Decor if you're in the market for new floor.
