This grey edging creates distinct grey lines throughout the cabinets and is very clearly visible when any door/drawer is opened. Needless to say, my order was refused upon delivery. I would never spend $10k on a kitchen I was unhappy with. The customer service as Wren is nothing to brag about either. They're friendly and accommodating until the moment you put your deposit down. Once they lock you in, all bedside manner goes out the window. It is constant back and forth with changes, delays with a "compliance team", MULTIPLE measurements taken because they were wrong the first time. Then trying to talk to a decent human being about this grey edging as been a nightmare. I would never recommend for anyone to use Wren Kitchens in ANY capacity and will never be taking my business back to them. This was truly a disappointment.

If you want the job done right, go somewhere...anywhere...else. While ruining your home, they'll also smoke inside your house (that actually happened, in my condo unit!) and leave doors open for pets to go out, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. I was recommended J&C by my GC to remodel both my kitchen and bathroom (although their first line of defense when I confronted them about their shoddy work was to say they had no record of working with me....lol). Less than a year after they remodeled my bathroom, I had to have it COMPLETELY REDONE. They did NOT WATERPROOF the shower, and used what my new contractor said was some of the most negligent, blatantly lazy "techniques" they had ever seen to do the first job. While J&C was working here, I constantly raised concerns about things, to which they would tell me, for some reason or another, that my request or concern was a non-issue, OR I was given a reason for why it couldn't be done (for example, them not wanting to carry something up the stairs). My favorite example is when I raised the concern about the fact that the tub they installed was not level, and they told me the bouncing and cracking noise it made was "normal and my floor is bad." (it's not). They absolutely took advantage of me not knowing technical standards like waterproofing the shower to take the most insane shortcuts. See photos of the unwaterproofed wall that they just tiled over (sloppily), and the subsequent leak and mold forming from their "work". My new contractor I hired to fix the bathroom said what he saw when he came in, and even moreso when he demoed the bathroom, was some of the most blatantly negligent construction work he had ever seen to date. I had to have Cash come back a couple times to fix cosmetic sloppiness....grout left covering floor tile, disgusting globs of lord knows what on my shower edges, chipped cabinets, shoddy crown molding, random gaps in the kitchen......but nothing could have prepared me for what lurked underneath the equally as off-putting surface in the form of a leaking shower that was negligently constructed. I just had to re-do the entire bathroom, J&C will cop to NONE of this. I reached out to give them the option to fix this behind the scenes before I posted a review and reported them but they simply started ignoring my emails. Run far away. Please do not trust these people with your home.

They were very nice to work with in the beginning. They were hired to demo our existing cabinets…read moreand install new ones we purchased from them. When it came time for the demo their assistant refused to wear a mask. We explained that one of our kids just had surgery and we are being cautious to make sure he doesn't get another infection. We asked if he was immunized and they said yes but when we asked to see the card, they said he has a medical exemption. We tried to compromise and asked them to go to Walgreens and get the quick over the covid test so at least we know he's not positive but they said they could not force him to do so. They left the cabinets in our garage and left saying oh well it was covids fault. We've called a few contractors as they've left us in a very difficult position and would t have gone with them if they were up front about their position and they were all dumbstruck that they didn't fulfill their agreement because of a paper mask and suggested contacting the contractors board. I guess my warning to others would be to beware as they seem amenable in the beginning before services are paid for.

I told them if we can get our counters with no issues and our missing item delivered with no issues I would consider it. But weeks later, we still have no counters because they cannot figure out how to measure for our countertops. It's not a complicated kitchen. Also we were supposed to have a delivery today for missing parts and nobody ever showed up. So I had to call to find out where they were because I waited around all morning and I was told that the truck is delayed and it's going to be a few more hours. Nobody ever called to tell us this... so again it all comes down to the fact that this company has zero accountability. Still do not recommend. Edited again to add: they did not deliver in the delivery window and did not bother to call. When I called them they say "oh we called your husband and told him" -- that was a lie. Finally received the missing parts that I waited around all day for and guess what?? ITS. NOT. CORRECT. Zero respect for their customers time, zero respect for the significant amount of money that we paid in full for, and still zero accountability.

Service requested: Walk in shower with 2 shower head one on the side and one on the ceiling. Stone…read morewall next to the shower behind toilet, vanity and above light set and medicine cabinet. Quality: stone cut on top and 5" addition on wall and in shower. The shower is a cheap Home Depot on bathtub shower door so I have to duck-in and duck-out to take a shower. The ceiling shower head was not put on. They left the part for me for homework at 9:15pm that somebody will do it another day. They made an electric wire hole above the half wall of the shower mistakly as per the shower door did not fit by the drawing so they had to put 4" to the left and the glued up stone with the hole was done already. I can not put the medicine cabinet on the wall because the wire will connect outside on the stone wall. The half wall is not finished outside of the shower you can see the sheetrock. The vanity is 1" away from this wall, so you can not even paint it. I had to buy the flooring too otherwise they put the toilet and vanity for a cement base flooring. This job was done May 11-12 pd $31,950 and as of today with the 100% warranty they are still not coming to fix the wall with the hole, the half wall finish, move the vanity with the piping, put on the 2nd shower head, replace the whole shower with a taller shower. Today is July 7th 2026. I am in Danbury, CT 45 min from Milford. Where are they?

I should have put a stop to it all during demo when they ruined every wall surrounding and the ceiling below (all of which were brand new due to water damage). But it they promised to fix it. The company has a license but the crews do not. There are no qualified plumbers yet they mess around with plumbing. And they destroyed it. They stuck an unsealed flange repair kit into our sewage pipe (that they bent when cutting!). Our home has smelled like sewage and the company refused to take onus and repair. They refused to put me in contact with the business owner after asking many, many times. After going back and forth for months, we finally had to hire a plumber and he unearthed the disaster underneath the toilet. Next are the walls and ceiling, on OUR dime?! Bath Planet of CT will ruin your home and not take any accountability or make any effort to make right what they have broken. I was so excited for a new bathroom. But I would take the 1940 original over the awful ordeal and money grab we have been put through any day.
