Mike and Alicia were both very courteous and did an excellent job keeping the communication going and helping to get the work scheduled ASAP to replace my damaged floor. Couldn't be happier with our experience! We had purchased flooring from another company and thought we could DIY extending existing flooring into another room. Unfortunately it was beyond our skill level. We called Floor Show and explained our situation. They said since we didn't need the product they'd pass our information to their installer. Their installer, Mike, called the next day and came out that afternoon to give us an estimate. It was a wonderful price! He ended up finishing the job that same day in 2 hours! He never made us feel bad about our terrible attempts to DIY it. He was kind, efficient, and cleaned up once he was done. GREAT experience! Spent time explaining the various hard floor options for our project which was the master bedroom, oversized office, and large open dining/living room and hallway. Then again explained the options for new carpet in 2 bedrooms. Received the quote and it was HALF the cost of a local competitor for similar products. The hard floor installers were amazing and were courteous, knowledgeable, and did a great job! Once the hard floors were done the carpet installer was also amazing and courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. We LOVE the new flooring - a GREAT addition to our home. Literally the worst experience all the way from inception. . Not only did they take advantage of my elderly mother.. but the installer (only one guy)left seams that are visible in the middle of the floor because they brought the wrong roll..put cheaper carpet than what was ordered which we didn't notice until after the fact.. then they wanted to charge to rip it out ..of course when we called them out we were treated so rudely . I just needed one bedroom carpeted. Went to a couple different stores. This one was the best price. They gave me a quote for taking the old carpet out, painting on the Kilz Oder block, and installation. I decided to do that part myself, but their quote for doing all that wasn't bad at all. Good luck with trying to get another company to do that. My installation guy was super nice!! I believe his name was Michael. I will be using this company again. Over the last 15 years, I have used the Floor Show for a few different flooring projects. They have carpeted two (2) different houses and laminate flooring for another. I have always had excellent customer service with Matt and the installers they use are friendly and do an excellent job. They have a very nice and abundant selection of both carpet and wood/laminate, as well as tile. I will continue to give them my business over the big box stores.. read more

My wife and i spent quite some time in there on Saturday, we looked at a lot of displays and the salesperson was quite accommodating, she offered to let us take samples home so that we could see it in our lighting and surroundings. we selected some samples and asked what the price was, she quoted us a price of $3.29 a sqft. later she said that she was wrong and it was actually $3.79 per sqft. Then she offered to write the original price quote down so that if she was wrong they would honor the lower of the two. I thought wow that is good customer service, she was ready to own her mistake. Well today i went back to order the piece we liked and was told by another person that the price was wrong, and that the price would not be honored. That the price is $4.44 per and that's the lowest they can go with giving me a break. Then when i told them how upset this made me they threw the employee under the bus. Talking about how new she was, - yet she was in the store all alone on Saturday (able to run the store but not figure out pricing, pretty shady). I work in customer service also, and when mistakes are made we always offer concessions that work to the customers benefit. I wouldn't expect a full concession of the (over $700 before tax) difference but give me something. Also I would never bad mouth an employee to a customer. read more

Would not go into this place. We had trouble from the start trying to get the company to help us with a install on carpet for a tri plex. They were never able to give us a firm date on carpet install. Eventually after many calls to a rude office person, we got the install date. The installer was so rude and aggressive towards me and a perspective tenant that I had go to the property! He was so angry that the tack strip was removed even after I made a point to them that it would need to be installed. I would never want my family wife or anyone I know to be alone with this aggressive person. Do not use this company and be at risk of this person being at your install. He was in my face cursing calling me names even saying my apartment was crap. Thankfully he stormed off the job and left. When I got back to office they gave me a check of the money I had already paid and told me to leave. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! So I ended up leaving going to Home Depot having the carpet scheduled to be installed in 3 days time and the same exact carpet install and all was cheaper then floor show. Lesson learned stick to the name stores so you can get professional people that you will not need to be afraid of hurting you or your family. read more

Worst experience with any home remodel project in 30 years. While Sales Person seemed helpful at first, nothing went as promised including they sold the carpet we purchased to someone else, added charges not explained during sale and both owner and installer had terrible attitudes. I've dealt with this business for years. The previous review seems hot-headed and not anywhere near the kind of business relationship I've had with The Floor Show. It also doesnt seem realistic that a business and their employees would respond to a customer in that manner. It's not always a one sided relationship where a consumer is always right, and the poor retailer is always the bad guy. 't's not fair to have a single review from a disgruntled customer. We've just finished having Floor Show redo our floors completely with carpet and LVT, and I couldn't be happier. They had a very broad range of products to choose from, they offered lots of accurate information about different possible choices, both Linda and Matt spent as much time with me as I needed. I love the LVT that I chose. They had so much more to choose from than Home Depot or Costco, and the price for what I wanted was better. Matt helped me find a carpet remnant that was high quality for a great price. The staff was so helpful and accomodating, just really nice people. The whole thing went very smoothly. read more

I am currently involved in a total home update and rehab and chose to use the Floor Show for the new flooring in our home which includes using carpet and LVT (luxury vinyl tile) that mimics wood flooring. My initial contact with the staff was with a lovely lady by the name of Candy who was an incredible assist in helping me make choices. I've also worked with Linda and Matt who further helped us to make choices and have guided us along with what needed to be completed before the installation date. I had researched choices for our home and with Candy's help chose carpet for the master and guest bedrooms and LVT throughout the rest of the house. She was a great help in getting these two items pulled together as I struggle with decorating. It is definitely not my forte. The flooring we chose had to be brought in from Belgium which took several weeks but allowed us to get the inside of the house painted and all minor repairs made prior to the installation. The fellow they sent to install both the carpet and the LVT has been WONDERFUL! He has worked very hard and is quite efficient. He is there each day right on time and wastes no time going straight to work. Each day when I check on the progress there has been a significant amount of work done. I'm truly amazed at the transition. He also helped me choose which way to lay out the planks so as to maximize the look of the floors. I asked him specifically for direction as he is the man who does the work all the time and I was sure with his experience knows the best way. I have not regretted one moment since I made the decision. He has been very respectful of our home, takes out the garbage and refuse each evening as he winds up his day and vacuums up the dust and little bits of cardboard left over from the boxes the flooring comes in. I could not ask for a harder worker than this installer. He's doing a very nice job for us. I thank the Floor Show for helping us with this remodel of our home and for sending this young fellow to do the work of installing these two products. read more
