I needed some flooring for a bedroom. The flooring staff were helpful and polite. Even tho I only got 120 sq foot of flooring, David was more than just helpful and polite. After paying, wich didn't take that much time at all, David already had the flooring ready to go and followed me to my truck. By the time I put my receipt inside my truck, David loaded all the boxes safely. I had a great experience and felt like I mattered regardless of how much money I spent. read more

We used Flooring Liquidators for laminate flooring, and it has not been a good experience. There were chips, and broken pieces after installation. Getting them fixed took more than a few weeks. Once they had my money, I felt I was no longer a priority. On top of that, the installer blames the nicks and scratches on us. This floor has a 30 year warranty; our moving furniture in is enough to break and scratch the floor? I don't buy it. Those floors are built to last, and my wife was adamant about putting soft pads on all furniture; likewise many chips and scratches were in areas we we had not moved any furniture in. Then, their idea of fixing their mistakes was to color them? That's low quality and unprofessional in my opinion. I would strongly recommend somewhere different for flooring, like a local place that has a name to rely on. read more

They did the measurements very nice man. What I didn't like was I called and they said that the guy that handled the estaminet had a run to the John. I gave them my email for them to give me the estimates I got no email no phone calls every time I call, phones are too full to take any messages I finally got one person voice mail asked them to call me, to let me know if they're gonna do it or if I have to go somewhere else still no call I guess that means I need to go somewhere else. read more

They actually have New and current product at Liquidator pricing. If you are wanting your floors done I strongly recommend the Merced Flooring Liquidators. Such an open clean store compared to Modesto. They greet you when you come in but don't hound you or follow you around. We were able to take tons of samples and go home to see what would work best. After deciding we worked with the store employee Hemdi, he is incredible. Great with communication and getting back to you immediately. He came the next day and got measurements for free and sent us a quote by the end of the day. Jeff was the contractor and his work was absolutely stunning and highly professional. Very friendly, easy to talk to and experienced. Was straight up with us about everything and fit as in for the job within a week of everything being ordered and arriving. He let us know when he was coming ahead of time and cleaned up everything along the way. Highly satisfied with the overall experience and the line of work. These people know what they are doing and care about there customers. I honestly have nothing negative I could say about it from start to finish. read more

Went in to look for flooring. Girl at the front didn't even bother to get up. She just tells me if I like something to "bring it up" to her. Seriously? I called later to ask about installation services for laminate vs hard wood and the guy on the other line tells me I should hire someone else to do it! Huh? I've never had a company NOT want more business. So I ask him why and he tells me that it's because they will charge me too much. I guess I should be happy that he was honest with me???? Went in to pick out new flooring with my MIL and Matt C. was one of the friendliest customer service representatives I've ever come across! He was not only crazy friendly but super knowledgeable as well! I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person to think this because there were at least 4 other people waiting around just to personally get his help (I noticed because we waited patiently just for his help too). The ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of another employee who had recently gotten hired and used the "I'm new" approach to everything and was checking his phone more than helping customers. Maybe it's just me but, when I start a new position the best way to learn something new is to dive right in. Mistakes will be made but can always be fixed. 5 stars however definitely go to Matt C. We ordere carpet from here for our rental, they quoted me 2 weeks and it was installed within that time (I did have to call a few times to make sure they met their deadline) a piece of wall was removed when the carpet was being pulled out but the store manager gave us a credit for the repairs. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our verbal agreement. I'll be returning for any further flooring projects. read more

I'm going to give this place a two star only because Rosa was very patient and helpful when my husband and I went in to look at the different options for our flooring. After talking to her we decided to have her take our number so the flooring guys can come and measure our floors and give us an estimate. The guy calls us on the 12th of July and said he would be by our house at 6:00 pm on Friday to give us an estimate but by 7:30pm we decided to call and see what was going on because he was a no show. He said he had forgotten about us so we rescheduled for the next morning at 9:00 am and guess what? A no show! We waited for two hours! We've cancelled our plans to wait for this person for two days!! We definitely were not going to call again after the second time! Well, maybe, it was meant to be because looking at others reviews on here, the job doesn't look that great. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. It's too bad because we wanted to support our hometown and we really liked Rosa. read more

This place had some of the worst customer service. We walked in hoping to talk about some flooring & counter tops and not a single person bothered to ask us if we needed help. I agree with the installation bad reviews - their installer "Sal" is worthless!! He lies, he sets ups appointments and either doesn't call you back or does a no show...then at the end says he's not sure if he can do the job after waiting for him for (2) months. Do not use him as an installer - you will be sorry!!!! read more
