I made an appointment to meet regarding quote. The company even texted the following morning and confirmed the appointment time. That same day I showed up on the job sight at the agreed time. 10 min passed the appointment time no one showed up. I texted the company and asked if we were still meeting. Received a call shortly after stating they couldn't make it. This was a complete waste of my time. Moreover it's unprofessional not to give a heads up prior that you can't make it. Response to Garrett: whatever job you have going on is not my concern. You agreed to meet me at a specific time. If you can not make it simply call the customer prior to the appointment time and let them know. This way they are not wasting their time showing up when you know you can not make it. STOP, no need to continue looking for that needle in a haystack for your tiling projects. After listening to 3 handymen and one licensed contractor inform me how they would go about tiling my floor, I decided to go it alone only to discover that cement floors, unlike cabinets, are not perfectly even. Garrett informed me of a product that would correct the hollow sound that my tiles were making without suggesting that I tear out my entire tile floor. To make a long story terse, Garrett saved the day by finishing my tiling project. Had Garrett tiled my entire hallway, I would have broken even and saved myself a whole lot of time. I contracted Garrett to replace our kitchen and half bath countertops. His price was very reasonable but what really impressed me was his willingness to make changes to the installation. He would listen and at times make other suggestions even if it meant more work. At one point we changed our minds on tile he had already set and he didn't flinch when we told him we wanted a changed.
