I went in today with a gift card from Christmas ready to shop. There was a large girl with long brunette hair, and a small girl with shorter blond hair and glasses. I was in there for at least 20 minutes. No one ever greeted me, no one ever came to tell me about any specials. They seemed to notice almost everyone else shopping in the store. They seemed to start fitting rooms for almost everyone in the store. And I seemed to wander around with a pile of cloths waiting to even be acknowledged. After being passed by several times by both associates waiting for anyone at all to offer me a fitting room , I set my pile of stuff on a table and walked out. Not sure what happened to the great service I've become accostumed to receiving here, but it was anything but. Worst trip in I've ever made. Maybe retracing these 2 so called customer service associates would be an idea. Very disappointed.

Gi was very knowledgeable with the skincare products and will curate her recommendations based on what you're looking for and your skin type. She is not pushy and very transparent about pricing. I've been using a combination of professional lines and Korean skin care products for a while and am always looking for ways to grow my regimen, so coming in was very valuable. There is also a boutique with chic clothing, purses, accessories etc I don't know how I've missed this store on my side of town. Such a hidden gem!

I've also found cute clothes, home décor, furniture, kitchen items you name it, I've probably bought it here at some point. The store is usually clean and organized, and the employees have always been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed assistance. Overall, I've never had a bad experience shopping here. My only complaint is the T.J. Maxx Rewards credit card pitch at checkout. I completely understand that the cashiers are doing their job, and this isn't directed at them at all. But being asked two or three times after I've already said "no" gets frustrating. A simple "No thanks" should be enough. It makes what starts as a pleasant checkout experience feel unnecessarily awkward by the end. If management or corporate ever reads these reviews, I'd suggest letting cashiers ask once. If the customer declines, just move on. I honestly think customers would leave the store with a much better overall impression. Other than that, this is a fantastic T.J. Maxx, they have a good deals, and I'll definitely keep shopping here.

Before I knew it, I had 12 items (all tops) to try on in the Dressing Room. I stuck to my favorites. I selected four tops. by C & C, Nicole Miller, Cynthia Rowley, and Marled Essentials. Three of them were short sleeved, one was a long sleeved tunic. Again, I was looking for solid separates, 2 of them were, for work, to match with my khaki shorts and various skirts. The other two are printed. All in all, was very pleased that the selection is excellent here and the quality of the tops was very good, ie. the material was very soft, and the tops fit well, for the most part. Cotton and linen. Prices ranged from $10, $12.99, and $13.00. I am petite but I have broad shoulders from being on the Swim Team in high school. Two of the tops I tried on were very boxy looking, not flattering on me at all. I also have a very short torso. Hubby found New Balance shorts- two pack, different colors, boys, size XL, for $13.00- clearance, and New Balance underwear- four pack in size XL. Yes, our stringbean is growing. Well-stocked, organized, and the clothing was not super jam-packed on the racks. Clean store too.
