I recently moved to Las Vegas and was really disappointed with this store. I wanted to try on a bikini before buying it since it was final sale, especially because I was worried about the bottoms slipping due to the style. The security tag was attached in a way that connected the bottoms together, so I could only try on the top. When I asked if they could remove the tag so I could try on the bottoms, the associate said I'd have to try them over my pants outside the fitting room so they could watch, which felt unnecessary. Having worked in retail, I know security tags should be placed near the seam to avoid damaging the item. The whole experience felt unprofessional, and even though I still chose to support the store, I didn't appreciate how it was handled. read more

I was there earlier today because I was trying to get couple things for Karol G concert. I walked in at 7:38pm and as you can see in the screenshot it says they close at 8pm. I only wanted a couple tops and accessories, nothing that would take more than those 22 minutes. As soon as I started browsing around, this rude girl came to kick me out of the store, claiming that they were closed. I told her that in their description says they close at 8pm, she kept insisting they were closed, so I insisted with this page in my hand that it says they close at 8, so she mentioned that they decided to close at 7:30 to make it easier for them, I suppose. If that's the case you should put that on the information for your business and get more friendly workers. I was back in my car at 7:42pm empty handed, but I rather go to that concert in a hoodie than going back to this awful place. If I could I would give them half a star or less. Stopped in with my daughter to find an outfit for her birthday. Your greeted by security at the door. Yet he was very polite coming in & when we were leaving. The place is packed with clothes, jewelry, shoes, purses etc. I find a lot of their pieces to be truly eclectic. The decor was very pretty. It maintained that chic eclectic vibe all throughout. The customer service we had no problems there either. The staff was extremely helpful. They also have bilingual speaking staff members that can further assist with your needs even better. Walked in an hour and 10 minutes before they closed and was greeted with " we close soon" Took about 5 minutes to pick out a few tops and were told the fitting rooms were closed when there were 3 other girls trying on clothes. It's true, their customer service sucks. It's not the fact that they ignore you, because sometimes, we just like to be left alone and shop for ourselves. What I didn't like was that they made it obvious they're pretending to straighten the racks while closely following me around. Please little girls, you need better loss prevention tactics than that. You can't return anything to the store. Anything you buy can only be exchanged plus you only have two weeks to exchange your items. The clothes are cheap, bad stitching, and the sizes are weird. I like this store, they have some nice clothes and cool club dresses. Not much normal clothing though so know that before you walk in there. Now the employees here are a different story... they almost harass you the moment you get there. We walked in to the store today and right away a girl popped out of nowhere "hi is there anything I can help you find?" So we politely responded with no were just browsing thank you. We continued looking around and then 5minutes later she came back and said the same thing so again we responded with no still just looking around. As we were walking to go see the shoes she literally came back and asked the SAME THING!!!! No we don't need anything...... we know that you are two feet away we will ask for your help if we need to. We stayed there a bit longer looking at shoes and when we saw her coming we had to leave because she was so annoying. Honesty ruined the whole shopping experience. This is my go-to store for what I call "one-hitter-quitters". Very cute and sexy club clothes, quite reasonably priced, but by no means high quality that will last for years. They definitely cater to the younger crowd, but have a pretty good selection of everything from club tops, to dresses, to bottoms, to accessories, to shoes. Items generally range from $15-$60. The staff and customer service is a bit hit or miss- some days, they'll be very friendly and helpful, while others, you'll get barely a hello, but for the price, I don't expect a personal shopper. They do have a rather strict return policy- no cash/credit card returns, only exchanges within 7 days, and not on "fancy" dresses, tops, or sale merchandise. Loved how big the store is and all the options! Overall the staff is friendly but I couldn't have one thing in my hand without being asked for it to be out in a fitting room. I understand this is for Loss Prevention but it gets annoying when I have a pair of pants and want to put it up to different tops for looks that I may want to try on. Yes, Hottie's has very cheap quality clothes for prices higher than they should be. This place is convenient, and that's all there really is to it. Good to visit for last-minute dresses if you are headed out to a club or for EDM costumes. Shoe selection is wide and many of them are pretty cute. I noticed that they have started selling a lot of sweats and lounge-wear as well. You'll have a lot of options, but be sure you love what you're getting. Their return policy is pretty much non-existent. I never had an issue with customer service. All the girls I've interacted with were pleasant and helpful. read more

EVERY TIME I come in here; the service is horrible. The last time I walked in, I had to acknowledge the girl that worked there. She was walking to the front to put some clothes away when I was walking in. And when I was ready to pay, I walked up to the register and said "hi, how are you?". That has never happened to me; where I have to say "hello" first? The clothes they have there is not that bad and the prices are ok. Well out of desperation for trying to find a club dress I stopped in and I'm happy I did I got my whole outfit here the dress the clutch and the jewelry and I would have gotten shoes but I already had some. I really like this store the have age appropriate clothes for women in there twenties and early thirty's. They have a variety of different clothes shoes and jewelry for reasonable prices. I don't have any problem with them, they were always friendly. They don't have any reward program, and I wish they did. They also don't call another store for the size I was looking for. I cannot believe what my wife and I experienced in this store. Didn't think you could have such a horrible retail experience. After finding a dress, my wife proceeded to checkout with a cashier by the name of Mary Sinoy . We pulled out a hundred dollar bill to pay for the dress that was priced at around 35 dollars. The cashier rudely said "I can't change that" which is understandable so I had to run to the car to get my car and come pay for the dress. When I handed the cashier the card she said " we can't give you a refund on your unemployment card" sharply and rudely while there were other customers all around that heard her. We have no plans on returning the dress and we unfortunately have been affected by the COVID closures so I'm currently not working. The woman at the cashier literally tried to shame us for coming into your store to purchase a dress for my pregnant wife's pregnancy photos. I have never been so appalled. The fact that I'm on unemployment doesn't mean that I am poor. My money management skills are very good actually and I have several investment portfolios and savings, so for her to try and shame us is just ridiculous. I will be contacting the manager and letting them know the discrimination that we experienced at the store. Please do something about ignorant people like this cashier. 40 million people have been affected by job losses right now and it's not uncommon to be on unemployment. I really hope that she gets some kind of disciplinary action so she wont be able to treat other people like this. read more

I would honestly leave zero stars if I had the chance. Upon arriving to the store, the gentleman who greeted me was super nice and informative about new policies. I came here to get a dress for my maternity shoot, since I am 8 months pregnant; for I have shopped here plenty of times before and I know that this store would have something to accommodate for what I was looking for- a long form fitting yet stretchy dress. I found the perfect one and as I went to pay, this is where the one star review comes into play. The cashier had a horrible attitude. I politely asked if she could accept an $100 bill for the transaction (which was $36.83) which she then responded that she could not accept it. Of course, she still had a nasty rude attitude. Then I asked my husband to get our card from the car. After I handed her my card, she rudely and loudly tells me that she cannot give any refunds on unemployment cards. That's fine, however, if someone tries to pay with cash first, then hands you a card to convenience you- the cashier, you do NOT have to go and be so blatantly rude and raise your voice loud enough for the entire store to hear you. I am beyond embarrassed. This was supposed to be an exciting experience shopping for a maternity photo shoot dress, not a horribly embarrassing experience. Lots of trendy styles, not all great quality but perfect to wear for one season or if you are desperate for an outfit for clubbing. Definitely for ages 17-30's.
