I was nervous as, I wasn't sure what I had in mind for a dress and this being my first session. There was no pressure to buy a dress when I tried each one on either. Ofelia was assisting me for my session and she was wonderful. My nerves disappeared as she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I loved getting to work with her. I had some ideas for a dress but didn't. She was able to work her magic and find the perfect dresses for me. She picked a dress that I fell in love with! People are right, you will fall in love with a dress you didn't think you would like. Depending on the dress you purchase, you can customize it as well! One of the perks of Silhouette Bridal is that they have in hour seamstress! You don't have to worry about it getting dirty or damaged for places that don't have in house seamstress. My favorite thing was having a shared stage room! It was so fun to see what the other bride had in mind for her dresses. We had similar but different tastes. My entire experience from my initial visit, ordering my perfect dress, to the first fitting, alterations, and final fitting exceeded my expectations. The salon staff Ofelia, Sandy and Marissa were super sweet and extremely accommodating even with a bit of a mishap with ordering a Porscha Scarlett gown I wanted for a Christmas party, and time was running out for my event. After meeting Marica their professional seamstress, I knew my dress was in good hands. Marica brought my vision alive of how I wanted my gown to fit me which was absolute perfection! Granted the cost of the gown was pricey, but to be expected for a higher end Porscha Scarlett dress, along with the alterations, however, highly worth the price as the result was a gown that will surely turn heads and fit me like a glove! A wonderful boutique, amazing staff however the heartless policies are unforgivable. Purchased my gown on Feb 5th and had a wonderful experience. The gown I purchased was the floor model (due to timing of our wedding) and i made appointments to come back for the alterations next month. Remind you at this time, the gown never left the boutique and no alterations were made. The gown was never in my possession. Unfortunately, on Feb 6th my soon to be father in law suffered from a heart attack and had to have a quadruple bypass. Due to his age, complications have occurred. He has been in the hospital ever since and in ICU. We are now faced with the upcoming medical bills and his after care. Financially we cannot afford the beautiful gown that I fell in love with. I did reach out to Silhouette Bridal via email with all this information and asked if they would consider refunding us. Alicia was so kind to respond and informed us she would do what she could to get us a refund. Of course it all comes down to the policies. I do not think they purchased a replacement for the boutique immediately after I made the purchase. Ladies if you're looking for a gown I would avoid Silhouette Bridal. Not because of the staff, they are amazing as I stated before. But because of the heartless corporation that this boutique is ran by. I am not going to walk down the aisle as planned. My then-fiancée, now-wife came here looking for the perfect dress for our wedding. She found one she loved and couldn't have been happier with the service she received from the staff at Silhouettes. As the groom, I wasn't there for that portion. But I did just tag along with her to get her dress dry cleaned. The bridal shop is adorned with mannequins modeling the shops many dresses. When we mentioned getting the dress cleaned they mentioned their cleaning package that will preserve the dress for the next 35 years and they'll even ship it to us instead of having us have to pick it up. I went shopping at Silhouette Bridal earlier this year to find my wedding dress. I went in with a few photos of what I wanted and they helped me pick out all the dresses that matched my vision and then some. They had a large selection and I had plenty of dresses to try on. I was the only bride there at first which was nice, but after that there was just 1 other. There was plenty of room for the both of us in the mirror area and it still felt like my own space. They offered us champagne while I tried on dresses which was nice as well and I ended up finding the one! Every bride that finds their dress also gets a cute boomerang picture posted on their instagram and sent to you, so it's a nice memory of the shopping day for you & your squad. I ordered my dress with plenty of time to spare & it took about 6 months to come in. When I went back to try it on, I interacted with some different employees than originally, but everyone I've worked with there has been so nice and helpful. I haven't gone back in for alterations yet, so I can't speak to that just yet. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone shopping for a wedding dress! read more

As a girl, most of us dream about picking out our wedding dress. I was so excited to go with my friend to pick hers out. After looking at many dresses in different shops, she finally found the one of her dreams here. when she first tried her dress and it was a size 12 the girl helping her said that she should get a 14 and they should take it in. Even with A size 12, the slip was not showing When we went To her fitting, we were surprised that the slip part was hanging about 2 inches below the lace. When questioned about why this was the girl working there was just saying that there must've been a mistake. To see my friend so upset after being told that they may just sew on a piece of lace at the bottom, but to wait and see what the alterations would be. Once again, she was brought in to try on a dress, but was told that it was a 16 by the manager of the store, Cindy. Which my friend had requested a manager because the previous girl who helped was very unprofessional. We tried to explain to the manager, Cindy that the previous girl told us that a 14 would work, and that a 16 would be too big my friend did not understand why they were trying to have her try on a 16 when we knew it would be too big. the manager was so disrespectful stating that the girl did not tell us that a 14 was the right size. luckily for us I have a video of it where the girl actually used the F word talking about the sizes. I've attached that. after trying on the 16 just to show the manager. She's so aggressively put her hands on my friends hips trying to pull the dress down and talking about the size of my friends hips. If she tried on a 12 in the beginning and no slip was showing why wouldn't the lace cover the slip. By that time My friend was in tears, which is something she does not do , cry , that is the point my heart was broke for her . what was supposed to be one of the best days for her turned out into a nightmare. we then asked the manager could we just get a refund and get the owners phone number. As she was getting the refund, the manager. Cindy decided that she would further humiliate my friend by walking up to a row of dresses and humiliate my friend by grabbing a dress and saying hello my name is () and I won't say my friends name but saying I'm not happy with my dress and complaining about it , who does that a five-year-old it was so insulting. The whole experience was horrific. We did call the police to file a report and have sent a message to the owner to Please call, that has not happened. The devastation that my friend has endured was so humiliating my heart is still breaking for her. Thank you for ruining it for her. Please Watch the video that proves that the clerk before said that 14 was the right size and also uses the F word. I wish I could've had a video when the manager Cindy was mocking my friend, hugging a dress. I am still in disbelief that this is the kind of service. Went in 2 weeks before the wedding with a $300-500 budget. I called in on my drive there even though they usually take appointments in advance. They were ready and available for me on a random Tuesday afternoon. Ive been to other bridal places before and even after getting a $300 dress from the clearance section, they charged $400-600 for tailoring + expedited tailoring fee. I wear a size 0/XS, and although this dress shop didn't have dresses in my size, they found dresses that were adjustable and ended up needing no tailoring at all. I walked out in an hour or two with a clean dress I love for $400 (no tailoring needed). They were extremely helpful and very smart with how they went about my needs/budget. So so grateful I found them. Would highly recommend, especially for desperate, low budget, last minute brides like me haha read more

I came here after having a terrible experience at Bridal xoxo, and I'm so happy I did. They have an amazing line up of dresses and my consultant Alena was so attentive, so sweet and she ended up bringing me the dress I said yes to because she knows women, their bodies and listens to what they like. Alena is exactly what you dream your consultant to be, she's awesome. I was in between giving it a 3 and 4 because Alena is so great, but gave it a 3 because the salon itself needs some updating. The lighting isn't great, they need to invest in better lighting and everything feels kind of old. They should invest in the dressing room and the mirror area where the brides stand to make it feel new, fresh and modern. This is that one moment brides dream about, but the space definitely doesn't align with what you want to say yes to the dress in. read more

I am not happy. I went dress shopping today and I went to Silhouette Bridal. I told the girls my budget and everything they gave me was over my budget. Which really should have been my first red flag. It respectful of budget or boundaries. Long story short I kept asking for certain styles, kept getting pretty much the same thing. To be fair I am a size 14 bride and it was probably the only style they had in my size. I ended up feeling very pressured to buy a dress and finally settled on one. Unfortunately I paid in full for 1300 dollar dress. I sat down at our celebration lunch for finding the dress and immediately burst into tears because I hate it. It's not my style and it really doesn't fit my body properly. Went back less than 2 hours later to see if I could return the dress. Dress had never been touched. Bag has still never been opened. Sales girl made me feel like I was going to make her loose her job for asking for a refund. Said that because I left the property with the dress I could not get a refund. My daughter made an awful mistake going here for her wedding dress. Yes, her dress is beautiful. It was over her budget but I stepped in helped. She read as she signed to purchase that "alterations are included in the final price". But when she went to pick up her dress 6 weeks prior to her wedding the staff told her she owes $1400 over the agreed price for alterations. Just for alterations. When she pointed out that she thought it was included, they told her that was not the final price. I am offended by this kind of fraud. Here's a young bride on a budget and they pull this. She was in tears. She called me and I told her to just get her dress and we would find somewhere else to do the alterations. We found a wonderful place and got it done for $400 which is $1000 less than this shop was trying to charge. However the dress was over $3000 and we thought alterations were included. This is unscrupulous and fraudulent. I consider this a predatory vendor. read more

In response the owner: To be clear the $50 discount was NOT for the alterations, I believe it was because you didn't actually honor the 5% off buying a dress like yelp says you offer, which on a $2600 dress is not 5%. Or because you charged me $200 for shipping on a dress that you said was in stock and I questioned you about it. Also, to be clear that discount was given at time of payment for alterations and BEFORE this all happened, so I don't like that you're continuing to lie to your customers and make it appear you were doing that as a result of how bad the alterations were. In fact when you said "fazila" my sales girl was giving me $50 off, but since the alterations is paid to Merica that you would make sure she receives the full amount and adjust on your end. Not sure if you recall that convo??? Regardless you are still not accepting responsibility for any of it or offering a resolution which is sad. I shouldn't have had to pay another person to do something you both told me was not possible and you said it was not possible several times. I ordered a dress around May 2022 or June. Gorgeous dress as my Wedding is June 1 2023. I received my dress Sep 22, and tried it on Oct 21 23. The fit was ok it was gathered on the hips and the slip lining underneath the lace was longer than the dress. I brought this to the Attention of the female that was working with me I cant remember her name brown hair. She was very dismissive of my concern or needs and as the fitting continued she cursed allot. I have a a video as proof and became very condescending. She finally acknowledged the dress was made wrong and she would contact the owner of this situation I received a call from Sandy the manager advising me another dress had been ordered im a 16. I advised her I ordered a 14 not 16 and furthermore why didn't she speak with me prior to ordering. She was very rude saying I'm trying to help you. I advised ordering the wrong size is not helping me. I go in for my second fitting Nov 11, 2023. Right when I arrived with my Friend Lora she points to the computer saying the dress was made right the maker sent us a picture of the dress on a manican. I showed her my pictures to let her know this dress was not made correctly. She then said are u saying I'm an ediot and allot more crazy things. I'm really upset at this time crying. I try the dress on waay to big she pulls it back trying to make it make sense. DURING THIS TIME SHE SLAMS HER HANDS ON MY HIPS..SAYING ITS YOUR HIPS THAT'S WHY THE LAST DRESS DIDNT FIT. I advised her to get her hands off of me and she had no reason to use force on my body. She apoligized very nonchalant and said what do u want me to do I said a Refund. She said done so you can get out of my store. I had already payed 1621 and owed 800. I did call the Police and an assault complaint will be filed against Susan. She took it upon herself to order a 16. Also when she was processing my refund she kept talking and talking saying I was ungrateful and should accept her Idea of alterations at my cost mind u. My friend asked her to stop talking to me as I had my back to her. She goes over to a DRESS and says Dress because Tia is not talking to me I will talk to you Im giving you Dress a full refund.
