Were they ever going to let me know? I ask if they can still deliver them, so they send them at 6:30 -- but it was the wrong bouquet. They sent a bunch of yellow flowers - which were not what I had ordered and not appropriate for the big day. At this point, it feels insane, so I ask for a refund. They said that Valentine's Day is hard for them and they had a temp worker who made a mistake, so they wanted me to drive the flowers back to them - on Valentine's Day - or they wouldn't refund me. I call back the next day and they agree to send a delivery guy to pick the flowers up and then give me a refund. When I agree to this, they ghosted me and stopped replying. This ended up being the worst experience I think I've ever had with a local business? Such a bummer.
