I didn't call right away b/c I'm a single parent (busy!), I rarely complain, and I thought it might recover this spring. Terrible customer service. So rude and accusatory towards me. And then when they responded to my review on another platform, they misconstrued the facts. One star is one too many. Being a loyal customer was not reciprocated when they damaged my plants.
