We settled on one midsize chiminea, and Eric volunteered to add a varnish at no extra cost to make it look better at last longer. Before I left, they gave me a bag of Pinion pine firewood, as well as a package of fire starter no extra cost. Not too many businesses these days, give you the extras that make the purchase so worthwhile. Eric also took the time to show me around his business, and I was very impressed with the amount of firewood available in the back as well as all the decorative items in the store. I highly recommend these folks as they are new owners of this business and are going out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely be back.

But with great craft talent comes great crowds seeking Christmas presents or home decor items; this place was PACKED. I almost lost my mind in the shuffle and press of people looking at the booths. The organizers should consider spreading out the exhibits a little more to make the experience less claustrophobic.

It was my first year going and I was impressed with everything I saw. Admission is $5, which lets you in the whole weekend (Thanks Yelp for the free tickets!!). The first 50 people on Friday got a swag bag that was supposedly filled with amazing things. I wouldn't know since I didn't get one - not that I'm bitter or anything (F.Y.I. Getting there RIGHT when it opens = too late for the freebies. The lobby was PACKED before the doors were even open). Saturday afternoon, they have free crafting sessions (specific crafts to be made/schedule is on their website). Saturday night, they have a fashion show. The only thing I really, really hated was how packed it was. A show like this REALLY needs a bigger space. Often, I couldn't even look at a vendor's booth because there were SO many people/booths were TINY. Luckily, crowds started to thin out an hour into the event. Another downside is parking downtown....hopefully you're lucky enough to find a street spot. If not, you can take a chance like me and park in a random parking lot...and hope your car doesn't get towed.

I told the lady that I wanted that exact arrangement. It didn't have enough roses in it so I paid for 8 more pink roses. When my mom received her bouquet she sent me pictures and imagine to my surprise when I didn't see 8 pink roses nor all of the purple flowers that were in the original arrangement that I went in and bought. I called the shop and a new lady answered the phone this was the Friday before Valentine's Day and I told her what happened. She took my name and number and said she would have someone call me back. No one called me back which in turn made me very unhappy because that let me know that they didn't care about me or my business or the large amount of money that I spent that day buying flowers. The pictures attached is what my mom got versus what I paid for. You count and see if you see 8 pink roses. My mom took the pictures from the front and back. You should get what you pay for not whatever. I'm sure they didn't think that I would see them and know it wasn't what I paid for.
