He quickly reviewed the situation and called us with an apology and a promise to please us. Chelsea Floral Design went out of their way to correct their mistake. They also took the extra step of corresponding with us through each step of the process and sending pictures of the completed arrangement. This extra, personal touch is what is missing in the flower business today. When you order from 1-800-flowers or one of these huge national companies you never communicate with the actual florist who is creating your arrangement. Her prices are very good for the amazing quality of flower and creative design elements you will get for your dollar. The variety of flowers Ginger pulled together were stunning. And then there was the smell...oh my...they just smelled fabulous. Our bride wanted a romatic English garden look and Ginger nailed it.
