Based off the reviews of this place I thought I would check them out. I called last night around 5pm to place an order for 36 roses arranged in a vase to be picked up today. Thinking I was to late the owner informed me its no problem she will pick up the freshest roses for me that morning. I wanted to get my wife 36 roses for her 36th birthday. Not only is the arrangement beautiful it's beyond what I expected. The customer service deserves more than five stars. The owner was helpful and kind. 1 star is being generous. My husband ordered an arrangement through FTD to be delivered to my workplace for our 33rd wedding anniversary. The morining after it arrived, the bouquet looked lifeless and half of the roses included were limp and brown around the edges. At the advice of my co-workers I called the florist to complain. The replacement bouquet not only looked like it belonged at a funeral home, but the roses died in this arrangement after 2 days. I work in a climate controlled office and changed the water daily, they were simply substandard flowersl My second call was to FTD as Roberto's Florists obviously can't do any better. I'm now waiting for a replacement arrangement from a real florist. I might add that when the Roberto's delivery man came back to retrieve the 2nd bad arrangement, he tried to convince me that the roses were supposed to look this way. That's some nerve. read more

We both took time to meet with him for 2 hours to discuss what we wanted. He carefully wrote down everything that we said and told us that he would get back to us with a price in a couple of weeks. We waited. After 3 weeks I called him and was told that "he would call us by the end of the week". It has been about 4 months now. We're still waiting.
