I am so impressed with Suzy and her team. It was my sisters birthday and at that last minute, I decided to send her flowers. I found the most beautiful bouquet on their website. I ordered it online and within a few minutes Suzy called me just to confirm the information. She texted me a picture before they made the delivery and then sent me another text once the delivery was made. My sister called me within minutes crying telling me how beautiful the flowers were and what a wonderful surprise to receive them. I felt like I was in good hands the entire process. I was treated with kindness, care and the utmost professionalism. I recommend 4 Seasons Creations to anyone who is looking for fantastic florist who goes the extra mile!

I randomly chose this florist due to review and high star ratings since we don't live in the area and wanted to order flowers that would deliver to our friend at Northridge Hospital. Suzanna was so helpful in my flower arrangement selection. She was also able to deliver on the same day. Since our friend was in ICU and apparently hadn't been released to a regular room yet, Suzanna was kind of enough to make a couple of attempts to deliver. After doing so, she confirmed with the room number, name of person left with and a photo of our arrangement. Over and beyond and so appreciative of their customer service. Thank you Suzanne.

When I called the flower shop yesterday, they happen to be closed on the Monday, however Suzy went out of her way to make sure I have my flowers timely on Monday. The flower arrangement is gorgeous. Sunflowers Roses Beautiful Center Pieces

I can't express how amazing Anna at 4 Seasons Creations is. My friend flew in from out of town as he is proposing to his girlfriend tomorrow. By the time we would get to Anna, she would be closed so we called and she said she would wait for us! She waited an extra 45 minutes for us to get there!! Not only did she wait but she was so extremely kind, caring, and generous; she wanted to make sure the proposal went as well as it could, she cared!! Her selection was perfect, fresh, beautiful and exactly what my friend was hoping to get for his soon to be fiance. Everything was so reasonably priced, under priced in my opinion but it goes to show you there are still caring business owners out there that aren't trying to rob all of their customers! And to top it off even more she gave him a BIG bag of beautiful rose petals that he wants to use to spread around the area where he'll be proposing. Thank you, Anna; we absolutely will be coming back and you are now our go to spot for all of our floral needs! Thank You!

On Sunday afternoon I had to look for a flower store to get bouquets of flowers. You know it is hard to find. They open till 9 pm and the lady was willing to accommodate my requests and made these gorgeous bouquet of flowers. These gifts made my friends uplifted and smile. Suzy was Amazing !! I needed a bouquet of various types of lilies for my daughters baby shower. Came in on short notice. Was working on a budget. Suzy listened, asked a couple of questions, and 15 minutes later came out with a bouquet that absolutely blew my mind !! wish I could give this place more stars. I've been nothing but disappointed with flowers that my boyfriend has sent me in the valley and they all cost the same as these. I feel like these days the companies are taking advantage of the online orders so we get crap flowers. This company over exceeded. My first set of roses smelled like candy roses they were so beautiful and so unique. Beautiful floral arrangements but most of all, amazing service. I ordered through door dash for delivery to a sick friendly. Door dash didn't realize that the shop was already closed and still took the order. I called up 4 Seasons Creation and talked to the lady on the phone and she said that she could still make the floral arrangements for me if I was willing to wait a bit longer for her to make them. True to her words, it was done at the given time and delivered to my recipient. Thank you for the excellent service as most places would've just canceled the order and called it a night. read more

This will be my go-to florist for LIFE. I wanted a different look from the cookie cutter flower arrangements for a special friend and that is exactly what I got. The creativity is Susy's work is not like anyone else in the valley and at a decent price! She incorporated different, vibrant and beautiful flowers which made this masterpiece simply spectacular. Very, very disappointed. They claim to be open until 8 PM on Friday. I went out of my way to get there at 6:45 only to find a door locked and nobody around. What a joke. I ended up going to Flower World on Reseda..They were AMAZING. Beautiful flowers at reasonable prices and friendly owner! I will drive out of my way to go to this place again. You should too! Thank you for your response. However, I was not there yesterday Friday, September 28 during an apparent emergency that you had. My review was based on the experience I had two weeks ago. read more

They made a very painful process easy and took out the guesswork for me. They offered ideas and thoughts, working hard to get what I saw as a vision. Five star experience!…read more I wanted to send flowers to thank a sales associate for their great service. I Googled florists near Canoga Park, and Dottie's was the top result. I called Dottie's on a Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Niall answered and was incredibly efficient. I explained what I needed and that I wanted the flowers delivered by 5:00 PM. Nile/Niall was able to explain all of the details to me: they usually stop same day delivery at 12:00 p.m. However, if I was open to it, they could use a third-party service for the delivery. I agreed to this. Because the website was easy to use and had examples of their arrangements, I was able to quickly choose my selection which they had ready to go. Despite being there first and waiting patiently, I was repeatedly overlooked. What made this even more frustrating was that my order could not have been simpler. I had already selected the five flowers I wanted within a couple of minutes and simply needed someone to put together a small arrangement. Instead, I stood there waiting while customer after customer was served ahead of me. Eventually, I left without purchasing anything. The flowers were for my daughter, and because of the lack of attention and basic customer service, I now have to find another florist on short notice. More importantly, after more than a decade of being a loyal customer, I don't plan on returning. Everyone can have a busy day, and mistakes happen. But completely overlooking a customer for more than 20 minutes--especially one who arrived before everyone else--is simply unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously. We felt so happy that this particular arrangement was the only one that served an extra purpose and held so much meaning for our family and friends.
