AVOID this company like the plague. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Young man on the phone became angry and flippant and hung up on me twice, and then refused to answer the phone. Finally answered the phone and handed it over to an extremely abrasive, rude women who lied to me and told me my mother's flowers had been delivered. I had spoken to my mother that morning, there were NOO flowers anywhere. I call back again, and she refuses to acknowledge her mistake and tells me the delivery driver is actually 45 minutes away. This is a day and a half LATE. This is over 24 hours after I ordered the flowers, paid for same day delivery, and even tipped 20%. Truly disgraceful customer service, pleas be warned to not use this company. Have never felt compelled to write a negative review about anything no matter how bad the service, but truly this is next level. read more

Absolutely, terrible customer service, save yourself stress and anger by NOT using this florist. They did not deliver a potted flower arrangement I purchased through an online service that they are partnered with. The purchase was made on December 1, 2021 - and they "claim" it was delivered the next day, but it NEVER was. (we live in California). They cannot provide a picture of the delivery (they said they would) and blame me because i didn't write my name on the card although i did write a note. They only thing they've provided me was irritation, major disappointment, and frustration. They told our newly WIDOWED friend to "F off ", that she "got enough flowers already", and that "she got what she deserved" - horrible people - who says that to someone?? I'm sure i will get blocked but at least I'll know THEY READ THIS!! They are also too afraid to call back. I left them a message and they also hung up on me the second time i called them - I would have liked to talk to them about this, like civilized adults do! I've also contacted Denver's Chambers of Commerce to complain about how rude they are. I hope they enjoy the $17.99 florist fee i had to pay, that can't be refunded. The roses, and most of the Lilies, died after 3 or 4 days without opening. The arrangement had a strange color assortment. The note card for this June delivery was a Christmas/poinsettia card. I called to let them know, prefacing by saying I was not looking for a replacement or refund, but they did not care. It was a quick call. Amazing local florist! I was traveling and called on a Saturday to see if they could do same day delivery near Wash Park/Platte Park. They were very helpful, prompt and had the delivery to my wife in the next few hours. Most of all, the flowers were gorgeous and she was blown away. I've ordered deliveries online from other places for a similar price point before and never see the type of arrangement or value these guys provided. read more

Came here with my cousin to pick out flowers for her wedding party. Myrna was so sweet and made sure all the flowers would be satisfactory to each of wedding party guests. She had a lot of great ideas and made the process really easy. I would recommend for your everyday and special occasion flowers. The prices were very reasonable as well. Future Brides go somewhere else! I put a deposit down without knowing how much it would be for my quote. I just wanted to lock my day down. So it took a few months for them to give me a quote and I was only sent a few pictures of sample bouquets (which I really did not like) Knowing this, It made me feel a bit nervous on how everything would turn out, so I had no choice but to change my decision on using them. Every time I called this place a mean/rude woman answers which should've been my first clue that this was going to be a negative experience. I emailed the girl who I was working with to let her know well in advance that I didn't want to use them. I understand they would keep some of the money being that there is a non-refundable deposit, but on a total amount that wasn't determined yet because they took forever in getting back to me. I should have just gave them 10bucks down!! I got a nasty email saying how much work they have done for me already and turned away other brides.... blah, blah, blah.. Look! Most places give you quote in the very beginning Free of charge!! So What work did you have to do for me to keep my money!! Their email should have said to hold the day we need x amount! Don't try to guilt trip me of all the work you had to do! Shame on you!! read more

If I could give this business on stars, I would! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!!!! My nephews ordered Easter flowers to be sent to me - they went online through a service and apparently "Floral Expressions" was the florist which they were routed through. When the flowers arrived, the driver wanted me to sign, but the flowers looked a few days old and looked like they were pulled out of the clearance bin. The driver called his boss and told him I was unhappy, and I asked to speak to the boss/owner John, and he pretended that he could not hear my voice (even though he had just spoken to his driver)! So unprofessional. The driver, Nick, then called the shop and spoke to the manager, Yvette, who apologized profusely and said that fresh flowers would be sent to my tomorrow. In the meantime, I received a call from my nephew who said he received an email stating that I rejected the order. My nephew should have never been contacted, as Floral Expressions agreed to simply furnish me with fresh flowers. Apparently, the owner, John, took it upon himself to cancel the order and refused to honor Yvette's earlier promise to provide fresh flowers. The delivery man, Nick, even said, "I should have checked these flowers before I left the shop". When I called Yvette, she said, "It is not our problem and you will not be getting fresh flowers". I've been looking for a new florist for a while now. Last Saturday I drove up Pearl Street hoping to find something, and at the very end of the road, right before the highest, I found these guys. Yay! But how are they? Well it was February 13th, the Christmas Eve of the flower world, so I felt kind of dumb wandering in asking for a floral arrangement. They were like "no problem! Let's start now!" And in two minutes they were helping me to pick out flowers, colors, a vase, you name it. Everyone was friendly! In less than twenty minutes I walk out of there, a guy who still knows nothing about flowers, with a beautiful arrangement (plus a box) for not a whole lot of money. On the busiest flower day of the year? Awesome. I feel like I should buy some flowers here and just hand them right back to them as a thank-you for keeping my Valentine's Day plans alive and running! read more

Stay far far AWAY. My sweet fiancé ordered my vday flowers from FTD and this was the florist who had the nerve to send a so called arraignment to my house. This florist is AMAZING! I ordered flowers online for a friend in the hospital. They sent a delivery driver so quickly, that my friend was still in the operating room and hadn't been assigned a room yet. The very friendly driver called me and brought the flowers back to the shop. Two hours later I had a room number, and they waived the re-delivery fee AND re-delivered the flowers after hours. They were all so friendly and accommodating. I will absolutely use this florist in the future! read more

My experience was enormously disappointing. The flowers were lovely, however they died within 3 days. I recut the stems upon delivery, and placed them in fresh water. I called and spoke with the owner, and was promised a return call and help with remedying, and this never happened. I hired Floral Expressions for my wedding. The bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and table centerpieces and groom/groomsmen boutonnieres were great. However, the misc boutonnieres (for fathers, ring bearers, ushers), corsages for mothers, and flower girl crowns were horrible. The boutonnieres looked limp and lifeless like they had been left out to wither in the hot sun (or more likely, a hot delivery van). I ordered seven of these and ended up using only five because two of them were absolutely unusable (I only used the others out of necessity!). The corsages were also like that. I was plucking flowers off the outer edges in an attempt to make them look better. The flower girl crowns looked pretty but they were made so front heavy that they were not wearable at all. I was pretty embarrassed about the quality that I was handing out to some of my nearest and dearest. After the wedding, I emailed the owner about my issues. She was EXTREMELY defensive and rude. She said she has never had a complaint before and that it was MY fault - that I chose freesias for the boutonnieres and they are delicate flowers. FYI - I did NOT choose freesias, I just asked for white flowers. They picked the type. I honestly did not even know what freesias were before this! She also said that the flower girl crowns were my fault - that I wanted them full and that they advised against doing that. Um, the only thing I had asked them was if they could incorporate similar colors that were in my bouquet. It's so irritating for someone to be saying things that never happened. I have all my email backup and asked her to show me where any of those things were said and of course, she never responded. I spent $1200 with the company. I asked for a $130 refund - to refund for the full price of the misc boutonnieres, the flower girl crowns (which were not even used AT ALL), and half the price of the corsages. When you take into account how much an entire wedding costs, do you think I would be spending my time trying to get back $130 if the flowers were truly not that bad? I mean, the delivery fee alone was $200, so you would think they could eat the $130 I was asking for. Anyways, the owner did end up sending me a $50 check with a rude note saying something about a "goodwill gesture". In conclusion, my wedding day was great and these flowers did not dampen my day. But, when you are paying for something, it's just natural to expect a quality product. And I would certainly not expect to be treated/accused the way the owner did afterwards. If she had only given me the $50 back but been apologetic, I would not have even written this review. MYRNA - LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!! I'm sorry I had to complain, but anyone who saw those flowers would have! I mean, my hair girl and photographer and bridesmaids were in the room with me when I first saw the flowers, and they were shocked at the quality. It was definitely not a case of bridezilla expecting perfection - just some bad flowers and some bad customer service. read more
