I ordered flowers for my Mother's Birthday online, as she lives in Hemet and I do not. I picked a beautiful tulip arrangement with yellow, rose, orange, violet tulips, simply arranged in a glass vase-no other flowers. I was contacted by the flower store, saying they only had a few tulips but could replace them with a dozen roses in mutli-colors, fresh that just arrived that day. I wanted then to be as colorful as the tulips, and asked, "That includes the yellow, orange, and purple with the red?" She said yes. I agreed. My Mother sent me a picture and there was only red, yellow and orange roses with BABIES BREATH (YUK-tacky, so old school) and WAS NOT in the picture that I picked.ALSO NO PUIRPLE ROSES. If you do not want to deal with an extremely rude owner do not go here! My husband went to this florist the Friday before Valentine's to get me a dozen red roses arranged in a more modern way. He shared his horrible experience with me and I just cannot believe it! Because she did not understand what he was looking for she was extremely rude, he felt like because he didn't want to buy one of her arrangement that she was upset. She didn't help him with ideas and treated him like he was an idiot for wanting something different, she literally grabbed 12 roses wrapped them in plastic and charges him over $60! This was not what he was looking for in the slightest! If he wanted something like that he could've gone to Stater Bros and bought the same thing for $20 or less! Price wasn't the issue, he had no limit. She just didn't want to help. You know the customer service is bad when your child asks you "Daddy, why was that lady so rude to you?" Called in 2 orders and they were handled perfect. The lady was very nice and helpful. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is the balloon order that was delivered started to sag after only a few hours in an air conditioned office. Ordered an arrangement, cost was close $70. I thought it was kinda expensive for what I was asking for (a mixed flower arrangement including roses and sunflowers). When I received the photo of the flowers, I was shocked to only see 2 roses and 3 sunflowers surrounded by other Flowers. I called the floral shop asking for prices of flowers per stem and found that the flowers were relatively inexpensive ( according to the pricing per stem the arrangement with the vase, delivery fee of $12,and tax, it should have only cost about $50 total) so to be paying $70 for them to be put in a basic cylinder vase, I feel very taken advantage of and will not be using this flower shop again. I recommend asking how big the arrangement will be BEFORE giving them your money, especially being over the phone when you can't see examples! And if it seems too expensive, it probably is. read more

Horrible horrible horrible. Walked in, saw no one. Someone peaked over and didn't greet me well. I started looking around and there wasn't really any variety of flowers. I said I was looking for some flowers to put together as a funeral arrangement for my aunt is a florist and she can just make it for me. She gave me a stern and attitude type of look. The roses came in quickly at a great price. They were beautiful, in tact, and the color was perfect. I had Kim make me 4 single rose boutineers and they came out wonderful. I called her very last minute and she was able to get them done before 2 PM the next evening. She was so helpful. I had ordered flowers for a client of ours and since I'm based in Colorado, was unfamiliar with the locations of all the flower shops. I went with Floral Expressions based off of the other reviews. A few minutes after I placed the order online (which was a smooth process) I received a call from the company. Our client's address was out of their delivery area, and they gave me 2 solutions. The first was a refund and to give me the name of florists in the area, or to delay the delivery by a few days and the owner would personally deliver the flowers on her way home. I chose to work with them since they had exceptional customer service. They could have just voided my order and sent an email, but instead they were willing to work with me. I walked into this shop after my Aunt's memorial in tears. I had ordered flowers online at 1800flowers.com. BIG MISTAKE!!! The arrangement was delivered from a florist in Riverside for her memorial in San Jacinto. It was NOTHING like I ordered!!! When I went to Floral Expressions I was VERY upset and the lady in there was sooooooo kind and compassionate. They had some beautiful plants and flowers and I had wanted a nice, big, live plant arrangement. I bought one of her several NICE peace lilies. I took that to my cousins house for the gathering of family and friends. It was a MUCH better representation of my, my husband and our adult son's expression of love and condolences for our cousins.
